ENUGU PDP LEADERSHIP CRISIS: CALL CHIME TO ORDER, AJA TELLS MU’AZU http://theadvocatengr.com/new/enugu-pdp-leadership-crisis-call-chime-to-order-aja-tells-muazu/ The leadership crisis in the Enugu State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has continued as the acting Chairman, David Aja, has asked the National Chairman of the party, Adamu Mu’azu, to call the State governor, Sullivan Chime, to order. |
ROUND 2: http://m.allafrica.com/stories/201411030027.html/ Jonathan to meet with Chime, Ekweremadu Over Rift 3 November 2014 , By Celestine Okafor, Source: Independent (Lagos) Abuja Barring any last minute shift in plans, President Goodluck Jonathan will, on Thursday, meet with the Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime, and the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, at the Presidential Villa Abuja, where he is expected, as previously scheduled, to formally intervene and resolve the political differences between the duo. The political difference ensuing between the duo stems from who picks the ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Enugu West Senatorial District at the forthcoming senatorial primaries. The meeting is said to be coming at the instance of President Jonathan a previous advise to him and to the leadership of the party by some concerned PDP leaders in Enugu State. The party's leadership in Enugu believe unless the deep political skirmishes between the governor and Ekweremadu are resolved before the November pre-election party primaries in the state, Enugu may be engulfed in serious political bloodbath that may ultimately threaten the hold of the party in the state. |
http://www.osundefender.org/?p=192449 Congress well conducted - Aja, Acting State PDP Chairman Congress postponed - Asogwa, Factional Chairman (Chime faction) |
Chime having clearly lost round 1, mandated his puppet factional party chairman Ikeje Asogwa to call for a postponement and re-run of the party ward congress. Is he PDP to unilaterally announce a postponement and rerun? All national officers and observers were in Enugu and observed a peaceful congress all round the State. Someone pls prove me wrong: Chime don go kolo o! We will just be watching. |
2015: Enugu youths caution aspirants to distance self from Chime, call Governor a liability By Daily Post Staff on November 1, 2014@dailypostngr http://dailypost.ng/2014/11/01/2015-enugu-youths-caution-aspirants-distance-self-chime-call-governor-liability/ |
Who has followed events in Enugu recently? Politics of 2015 is imploding big time and Chime appears to be losing his political fortunes fast. His grip on things are just out of whack, fighting the national secretariat of the part with state chapter. Who has ever won like that. Could someone pls tell him that Zenith branch in Enugu cannot enter into a fight with its headquarters. On public perception, it is a shock that someone that seemingly has done well could be so despised in his last days. It is a case study for students of history and comparative politics. Here what an wawa son had to say "While I may not be privy to his political philosophy and accomplishments, I applaud Speaker Odo’s courage to defy the rule of engagements and muster the heart to untangle the tangled blind political webs of hand picking system of Governor Sullivan Chime. At the same time, I implore the weak minded followers and political yes-men of Mr. Chime to follow suite in splitting out of his servitude bondage. “Enugu State politics should not be up for sale, it should only be up for grabs”. That was the concept of Democracy as defined by the framers of the Constitution. These ping-pong ball politics of Mr. Chime have deprived Senator Ekweremadu the gubernatorial race which he was espoused to run. Yet he continued to chase him around in spite of his courage to take the other route to run for the office of Senate. Why should the electorates and the people of Enugu State bent on kowtowing to the governor as though he is our small god? These shenanigans persists because of the do nothing approach of the legislative body of Enugu State which allowed these systematic shuffling of cards and rearrangement of desks at the governor’s whim. Democracy is the other way round, “not the government of one man by one man for one man.” Enugu State must rise up to master its creeping paralysis, recharge its mental batteries to confront head on, the onslaughts of malignant manifestation of social and economic decay stemming from the makings of the gangsters and deep throats which they have voted into power. The ethic norm is spiced with impurity when the political destiny of our State is rested in the hands of one and only one man alone." Isaac Ike All of today's papers carry screening headlines of chime trying to wrestle his party to have his way. The man head correct so? Or heis an undercover for APC? He's not going to lion building tho ![]() |
Na waa. This boy has been so ruffled after his lame attempt to criticise Chime that he no more knows his left or right. The litigation scare hs worked with him. Good luck to you dear josef. May be ifeoma will make you a legislative assistant or t PA. Next time, if you know u don't have liver, better not talk. Ayogu has demonstrated a fearlessness that has upped the the guber race in d country. We may be thru with the anointing culture after his act. Pls show him some respect. He isnot going to lion building |
And now, the grand design to finally humiliate Chime has been hatched. The NWC came clear and decided against Chime's position that his appointed new chairman should not take office, rather that the deputy chairman (an in law to Ekweremmadu) should hold the saddle as Acting state chairman and that he should organise an election of SEC to elect a new chairman. Two major salvoes against Chime: 1) the party delegate election is around the corner and will be concluded before any hope of Chime getting his man in. If you know that the ward delegate election decides the primaries (head to toe, all position), it is game over for Chime, even his anointed 'consensus' Ugwuanyi 2)if you check composition of a. proper PDP SEC, the membership include all former members of SECOND including his arch enemy Chimaroke and his Ebeano PDP structure. In real count, chime will be outnumbered. We are keeping a watchful eye. |
The Op clearly shows his preference. Very well. I can help his course a little, but before then, he should not be shy to face the fact inenugu today that the attempt at achieving consensus on pdp guber has collapsed irretrievably. Good attempt but completely a failed venture. Yes, the speaker has exercised his right to contest but there are many issues. I don't believe serving in the maritime committee chairperson. Of the lower chamber, even as the chairperson provides any unique experience and qualification to govern a state like Enugu that has zero inland water channels and capability. But I concur that as hopeful beneficiary of broader zoning arrangement, the domestic version of it might hurt Odo. My take is that Odo's greatest undoing will come from the rubber stamp reputation of Enugu house of assembly which he will have been in for the past 12years and chaired for the past 8years. Some of the issues have been raised about this in public fora but the one never remembered by many is that Odo presided over the disqualification and total humiliation of 2 highly reputable sons of nsukka,Denis Agbo and Prof Ugwuani by the house. Both served in the first tenure of Chime, got nominated to serve again as commissioners only to be disqualified right under Odo's watch, with no concrete reason offered only that orders came from above, a usual reference to government house lion Buildings perhaps from the then powerful madam at the top. ODo operated as a lap dog of guv chime, even denying his members their right entitlement to please chime in the hope of his annointment. I totally concur with the Op that Odo's candidature is DOD(dead on arrival). He had a greater chance seeking the senatorial ticket, my view. Ugwuanyi may be riding on the trumped consensus but buyer beware! From all we have hear, he is a free giver and when a giver expects favour back from his 'gift', the arrangement is bribery. So when we hear gists about N800m house bought for former Enugu strong woman, ship procured for the henchman, N50m for former gov and senate president, Enugu go hear am when he gets the goods he has paid for. Buyer beware is my thots for Enugu about Ugwuanyi whose governance mindset and political philosophy are summarised in his usual campaign slogan 'afia'. Or in ful 'afia azumama'. Meaning is that politics is like market (trade), that when properly done, all goes. Cheers all |
So why would Nigerian media be against TB Joshua? Overseas, such inquest will receive 24x7 live coverage, even a little cough in d court room will be recorded and analyzed. Or u prefere a secrete inquest? -no press? Take a look at d pix above and see why d church should take it easy. It's propaganda machinery is on overdrive yet they are accusing the media of bias. See that all the cardboards have same handwriting. If u know wot it takes to organise such protest and look at this one, u know it was arranged. There is no frankness, period. how and when did those handicapped come from their different homes to the court premises to demonstrate? They didn't come on their own. Rather, they are being used to sway public sympathy and by that subvent a due process Of the laws of the land. |
I Will Not Vote For Mr. Sullivan Chime If I am In Enugu in 2015 My vote is usually influenced by three factors when I vote. 1. The candidate’s personal integrity 2. The candidate’s perceived ability to lead, listen and change/grow 3. The candidate’s vision Mr. Sullivan Chime fails on all three criteria. On the candidate’s personal integrity. Mr. Sullivan Chime would not qualify to be my friend on this basis and here are the reasons why: a. Mr. Chime was the State Attorney General under Mr. Nnamani’s Administration. As the AG it was his responsibility to ensure that the state laws were properly enforced and that the citizen’s rights were safe guarded. He betrayed the people of Enugu in this regard. There is no record to show that he opposed anything done under Nnamani’s administration even though he knew them to be wrong as later events proved. He did/does not have integrity. He colluded freely and earned the trust of Mr. Nnamani who selected him as his successor. b. Mr. Nnamani had salvaged Mr. Chime from a failed law practice and elevated him to the high post of state AG, it would explain why he betrayed Enugu people. But since he has no integrity, it was easy to betray his mentor and savior as soon as he had the chance. No qualms! Even among thieves there is honor. But not with this thief. c. We know of Mr. Chime’s three public romances, two of which ended in marriages. All three women had serious mental breakdowns. It is still a miracle to me how he managed to get a second wedding in the Catholic Church despite the Church’s teaching on divorce. He probably showed the bishop of Enugu the money and the bishop betrayed his church. But then he turned around as he is won’t to do and betrayed the bishop, making it impossible for the bishop to be an adequate counselor to the woman he had married in his church. d. Here is the ultimate betrayal. Mr. Chime got his Deputy Governor for seven years impeached at the last hours of his administration and promised to return him to his old rank in the civil service as if the role as DG was not worth anything in career progression. The guy had served as governor in Mr. Chime’s administration but the value of the experience is worth zero in Mr. Chime’s calculation. Enough said. I will not allow Mr. Chime to be a partner in any business I have or a friend based on his integrity. On the candidate’s ability to lead, listen, and change/grow Mr. Chime has not lead Enugu state any further than where Mr. Nnamani left the state. Inter alia: i. Mr. Chime has been missing in all critical events that are important to Enugu people and SE zone. He had no impact on the effort to make Enugu airport an international airport. He has had no say on the second Niger Bridge. He left Mr. Peter Obi alone to carry the burden; we did not hear from him on the creation of states; etc. ii. Coal is the main stay of Enugu people. Ask any old Udi man/woman where his father worked, the answer would more likely than not be Coal Corporation. What is Mr. Chime’s position on coal? He has none. We have proven power and other resources in Enugu state: Gas in Oji River, power station in Oji River, lime stone in Awgu, which was the major supplier to the defunct Nkalagu Cement Factory, many minerals in all senatorial zones in Enugu, huge fertile lands in all Enugu zones which made Mr. Okpara’s Administration establish ENDC stations in Oghe, et al, and other resources too many to name. These are potential sources for internally generated funds (IGF) which would make Enugu less dependent on Abuja. What did Mr. Chime do with any of these? Your guess is as good as mine. iii. Greater Awgu people have complained, ad infinitum, about marginalization; that they do not have any institution of higher learning in the area; only 8.5 miles of tarred road (5 miles Achi-Inyi; 3.5 miles Amaetiti Achi –Nkwo Inyi) in the LGA; no improvement on the already existing farm schools in a zone that ought to be named Aninri, etc. Ezeagu and Udi LGA had voiced exactly the same concerns. Has Mr. Chime listened and changed or grown? On the candidate’s Vision Mr. Sullivan Chime has no sense of history or a vision of the future as illustrated by: · Only a Mr. Chime would destroy the old sacred Eastern House of Assembly. It was here that the resolutions and debates for Nigeria’s Independence was moved, debated and passed by Easterners. The House, though located in Enugu, did not belong to Enugu but to all Easterners (current SE & SS). It was in this building that the motion for Biafra’s Independence was moved, debated and passed. This House was the meeting place for the old Anambra (Enugu& the present Anambra states). Even Mr. Chime’s father had a seat in this house. Why and how could anyone with a sense of history, and vision destroy such a sacred history? What legacy is there to leave behind for our children and children’s children? If I become the governor of Enugu tomorrow, I would destroy whatever is the replacement and reconstruct the Old Eastern Nigeria House of Assembly. Certain things are meant to be permanent. Where does SE people meet now? Where can Easterners meet if they choose to meet? Why is Enugu still important? Is this lack of vision or merely his inability to be faithful? · What I wrote above for the Old Eastern House of Assembly also applies to another Historical Landmark – the Old Polo Field. This the place where young boys and girls gathered to watch “Europeans” play polo. Where we came to pick polo balls for these Europeans (there were no Africans playing then). It is where we came to pick mangoes; it was here that all the independence celebrations took place; where we watched the Union Jack lowered to be replaced by Green White and Green; Where Sir Francis Akanu Ibiam replaced the old imperial governor. How did Mr. Chime forget that this was a hallowed ground in the history of Nigeria? He knocked it down to build a shopping plaza. Enugu unlike Onitsha has plenty of land within a stone throw from the Polo Field. There is Trans-Ekulu and lands beyond; there is New Heaven, there is Achara Layout, Awkunanaw area, 9th mile corner. Why was this destruction necessary if not just for lack of history and vision? Or is this another inability to be faithful to history and people? · If Mr. Chime runs for the senate in what document has he set out his agenda for Enugu people? For Nigeria? For SE? What is his position on constitutional immunity? On State creation? On developing Eastern Economic corridor? On rotation of offices? On anything? .Phew! "QUOTE FROM BISHOP KUKAH " ..........................African educational systems have surprising outcomes. The smartest students pass with First Class and get admissions to Medical and Engineering schools. The Second Class students get MBAs and LLBs to manage the First Class students. Femi Falana to the rescue -etc. -etc. Read... The Political Terror Giving Birth To Chicken Impeachment NigeriaJULY 25, 2014 By Okwudili Edeh I gave him the option to resign. It has actually come to a point where we need to know who actually is boss because we can no longer work together. Let the House of Assembly do their job and see if, indeed, he is fit to remain as Deputy Governor. –Governor Sullivan Iheanacho Chime on the Deputy’s impeachment Writing in the History of the Poleponnesian War, capturing the nearly three-decade struggle (431-404 BC) between the mighty Greek city-states of Athens and Sparta, Thucydides dramatizes the preluding dialogue (416-415 BC) to the notorious routing of Melos by Athens. Whereas the Athenians offered the Melians to surrender and pay tributes to them or be utterly destroyed, the people of Melos on the other hand, stuck to their gods-given right to remain neutral in the power tussle between Athens and Sparta. They appealed to the Athenians’ sense of honour, decency, justice, and even mercy towards a tiny peace-loving, but powerless colony of Sparta. To these the Athenians’ responded: “Of the gods we believe, and of men we know, that by a necessary law of their nature they rule wherever they can. And it is not as if we were the first to make this law, or to act upon it when made: we found it existing before us, and shall leave it to exist forever after us; all we do is to make use of it, knowing that you and everybody else, having the same power as we have, would do the same as we do…. The strong do as they can and the weak suffer what they must.” Melos was eventually besieged and starved to surrender. They mercilessly slaughtered all male of military age they could find. The rest, women and children were sold into slavery, while was repopulated with people from their other colonies. Historian, Alan Ryan, described the it as “the worst atrocity committed by a usually decent society, but even more as one of the most famous assertions in history of the rights of unbridled power”. The widely reported brazen acceptance by Governor Sullivan Chime of the responsibility of the ongoing theater of the absurd, aka Chicken Impeachment, in Enugu comes as another demonstration of impunity in modern times. The motion adopted by the State Assembly partly read: “The Deputy Governor is guilty of various acts of gross misconduct in the performance of the functions of his office…. The particulars of gross misconduct are as follows: “By a resolution of the Enugu State House of Assembly at its plenary on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, the Enugu State House of Assembly prohibited the maintenance and operation of commercial livestock and poultry farms within residential neighbourhoods in Enugu metropolis in promotion of public health standards; which resolution was further accepted by the Government for implementation. “Notwithstanding the said resolution, the Deputy Governor continued to maintain and operate a commercial poultry farm within the premises of his official residential quarters. “The Deputy Governor persists in defiance of lawful directives issued to him by the Governor, which defiance has adversely affected and will continue to affect the smooth running of the Government; and he will continue to do so if not removed from office.” The Assembly listed such manifest breaches of the constitution to include his alleged refusal to carry out the directive of the Governor to represent him at the flag-off ceremony of the construction of the second Niger Bridge in Onitsha by President Goodluck Jonathan on March 11, and at the South-East Governors Forum held in Enugu on Sunday, July 8. However, they forgot to include the major sin, which is that the Deputy Governor has declared his intention to run for the Enugu East Senatorial seat that Chime has reserved for his Chief of Staff, Mrs. Ifeoma Nwobodo. Although Sunday Onyebuchi has not told his own side of the story, it is obvious Chime does not know the limit of his powers. While he has the capacity to induce and coerce, he lacks the constitutional right to direct his Deputy to resign. Whereas the choice of deputy is that of a governorship/president candidate and the party, both are always elected on a joint mandate. Impeachment of one cannot be at the pleasure of the other, but of the freewill of the people acting on cogent grounds through their elected representatives in the Assembly. Right now, the Assembly members are acting on the orders of Governor Chime. Two, available media reports (video and print) on the 2nd Niger Bridge event, show that the Deputy Governor was actually there from the beginning to the end. He sat beside Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. Again, why impeach the Deputy Governor more than six months after forcefully evacuating his 3,000 birds to God-knows-where, whereas the Governor himself runs large farms in the same Enugu State Government House? Even the usually quite Deputy Governor had upon the destruction of his poultry farm in January 2013 challenged the Governor’s Office to “deny that there is no bigger poultry, piggery and cattle ranch in the Governor’s (Chime’s) lodge.” In fact, there is even an aggressive brownish monkey stationed at the entrance of the Governor’s Lodge, which keeps harassing unsuspecting ladies (although it is restrained with a long chain). Also, whereas the Deputy Governor’s defunct poultry was located in the designated Farm Unit of the Government House, the Governor’s ostriches and cows prowl the length and breadth of the Government House, defecating all over the place. The ostriches still chase visitors about as I write. Indeed the alacrity with which a notoriously docile Enugu State House of Assembly, that only passed its first Private Member Bill since 1999 (Enugu State Investment Promotion Commission Bill) this in June 2014, swung into the impeachment action is very dismaying. The same Assembly looked the other way while the estranged First Lady of Enugu, Mrs. Clara Chime, was illegally detained and dehumnaised in the Enugu State Government House for over six months. It also lied to the world that Chime was on accumulated leave whereas it turned out (as was widely published) that he was battling for dear life overseas for about four months. Yes, Chime can easily have his Deputy impeached (no thanks to our brand of democracy). But I doubt that he understands the great loss in reputation and political capital this unpopular move is already causing him. Worst still, this chicken impeachment comes less than a year after his second consecutive wife left him in scandalous circumstances. It is a global knowledge that he is in a running battle with members of the National Assembly for unilaterally decreeing that second term lawmakers would be retired in 2015- just to enable him snatch Ekweremadu’s seat and give the rest to his cronies; the current scandal has also reopened the scandalous carting away of his Deputy’s 3,000 birds last January; and his camp is already throwing verbal punches at t the Anglican Archbishop of the Enugu Ecclesiastical Province, Bishop Emmanuel Chukwuma. But I know that although the rule of raw power as taught by the Athenians insists that “The strong do as they can and the weak suffer what they must”, it is both crazy and foolhardy to apply 415 BC rule to 21st century democracy. It is pure political terrorism and Chime should know that it ultimately backfires, for no man, however great or powerful could be greater than his people. Governor Chime should apply the brakes now or burn his fingers- like some others before him. Zedric: Nyc 1 op. Biko, help me find square of 23.12 with ur method. I dey waitwinch |
It's not about chicken, peeps. Read below direct from Guv Chime himself. Whatever. My view is that if the substantive head og govt can't trust his 2ic, then in the interest of maintaining healthy chain of command, that deputy must give way. Chime is no more comfortable with his deputy and the house will be helping the progress of the State by allowing him get someone he is comfortable to work with. Guys, I'm no lover of Chime, cos of his sectional one-sided programmes but in this case, I beg to differ. But guys, reading from him according to that report, I couldn't but feel that something is amiss. Am I alone? Didn't sound like a man in charge of affairs. Pls can someone confirm he's okay, serious. I will highlight the sections. E dey somehow. "However, in a swift reaction to the impeachment notice served on his deputy, Governor Sullivan Chime yesterday said he had given the deputy governor the option of resigning from his position before the commencement of the impeachment proceedings against him by the House of Assembly. Speaking exclusively with THISDAY on telephone, Chime said before the problem between him and his deputy blew open, he had tolerated a whole lot from him all in a bid to protect “our common family, called the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)”. He said rather than possibly accept the option of resigning and show remorse over his activities, the deputy governor remained defiant. He said his deputy had severally engaged in acts aimed at undermining him as a governor, but he decided to turn a blind eye to his activities in the overall interest of the state. He also noted that only recently, the deputy governor had assembled some council chairmen and warned them not to take instructions from him (governor) since “I had barely one year to leave office”. “By the time I open my mouth, everybody will be shocked to know what has been happening between my deputy and I in the past years. It has actually come to a point where we need to know who is actually the boss because we can no longer work together. “Let the House of Assembly do their job and see if indeed he is fit to remain as the deputy governor of the state. How can I ask my deputy to represent me in a meeting of the South-east Governors' Forum where the deputy governors of Anambra represented his governor; I think the deputy governor of Imo State also represented his governor and my own chose to go and play football saying that he was not informed,” he said. He also dismissed insinuations that the impeachment proceedings had anything to do with the deputy governor's rumoured senatorial ambition for Enugu East senatorial seat. “What's the link? We are saying he has refused to do his work and even had to tell me to my face that what is happening to him is because of his ambition. My brother, let me tell you clearly that it has no link. He has been going round Abuja telling people all manners of things, but by the time I open up, Nigerians will know that nobody else could take what I've taken from him,” he said. Meanwhile, worried that the gale of impeachment is unsettling the polity, PDP has cautioned its legislators against joining the impeachment bandwagon." |
Can somebody please confirm that the Gov is fine and with his full faculties. I insist there is something sinister about this 'Gov say'. Crucify me (as usual) but I don't trust that statement coming from the governor. First, does he have to clarify? That talking to press is unnecessary and has not even helped. Crucify me (as usual) but I don't trust that statement coming from the governor. First, does he have to clarify? That talking to press is unnecessary and has not even helped. Because, now we know its not about chicken. Again, this is a man know to avoid press like plague, answering directly to ThisDay, not his Press Secretary or Media advisers. I no gree. I usually don't get excited about Chime because I am one of those that believe he ought to have spread development around the State instead of the beautification of just the Enugu city centre. But in this matter, if truly he doesn't want his deputy anymore, its just best to have him get someone he can work with. That is if he is the one talking Let me examine some queer items. "He also noted that only recently, the deputy governor had assembled some council chairmen and warned them not to take instructions from him (governor) since “I had barely one year to leave office”. eh! Onyebuchi did this O dikwa egwu. The Onyebuchi we all know cannot even summon a meeting of his ummunna talkless of the powerful mayors. I no gree“By the time I open my mouth,...." This is gutter language. I don't believe Gov Chime will speak with such mannerism. An aristocrat blue blood, experienced lawyer, experienced governor like him I no gree Meanwhile, does it not sound like he is offering a threat. I.e., in event that the impeachment fails.... he will then open his mouth Expose who?? Onyebuchi or who I say I no gree"My brother, let me tell you....." what?!! which brother, ThisDay reporter Never heard him talk like this. This is not Chime speak. Quote me."I think the deputy governor of Imo State also represented his governor and my own..." Think?!!! yes, he was not around to attend, but has he not been briefed to know for sure and he "thinks", for a meeting always held in Enugu in his chambers Ewoo.Overall, it may just be a cloned effort my his aides. So are we sure he is there and awake to things? Gross misconduct is not taking governors instruction, I agree. But Onyebuchi was quoted in the press as saying he would not take instruction from a junior officer, meaning, that the instruction was not given to him by the governor, in person. I will like to be proven wrong. Let someone go check his bedroom o!!! |
Unemadu: Otil Unem give it up. I already know u as a liar so u lack credibility.Thank God. I am waiting for it. Admin block first |
Unemadu: u said no single structure has been added to TTC/LTC? Chaiiii!!! there is God o!!! U said no budgetary allocation was made for the school?Don't continue Chai ing when you can do smthn creative for this forum. I asked you earlier, since you are now at Iwollo, stroll into the College, snap the admin building and post it. That's how we know who is lying. For complete avoidance of doubt, I said: 1. No single additional building aside old TTC's 2. No single release of College's capital vote in the State's budget 3. No take off grant given to the College Ngwa, your work is crafted for you. I await... |
Unemadu: Like i said i just dey laugh u because im in iwollo right now but all u rely on is the media for info. No, I don't rely on media. In fac, you av been posting the govt said here. Let me educate you a little and then give you an assignment. Budget allocation is not budget release Approval of expenditure (announcing to press) is not expenditure. After that media release which follows cabinet sitting, the responsible cabinet minister or commissioner writes for release of the approved sum which must be approved again by Gov. If he changes his mind or not enough money in treasury or allocation Abuja is low, no show. So pls learn to compare and contrast and read in between lines. Assignment: The Provost of the College is from which community? Upon answering above, if you are sure you are from Iwollo and visit Iwollo, cross over to him and get this gist right. Feel free to post your findings for us to share |
eaglechild: I am a supporter of harsh criticisms and I actually think his performance in health is sub par but not to the degree you are painting it.For sure Eaglechild. Yes, you like it harsh but not too harsh. Yes. My girlfriend too. Ok, I will adjust as from dis moment. I promise |
centje: Damn! Dude, you don't even know Enugu stateCentje, I am from Enugu State. I've been admonished here for being too harsh and I have cautioned myself, ok. I was just on my way to find Alomo bitters to take cool temper and you spin dis one. When did I say that the college of medicine started in Chime time? It was by his predecessor who was clearly pro-medicine but d delay was caused by your man who refuse to fund the college on the premise that it will swell up credentials of his predecessor. That's what caused the 5plus years' delay. The kids where doing just fine in Chima's administration. In fact they were his baby's and he pampered the so much only for your man to come show them that khaki no be leather. I've also sought forgiveness asking that question and it looked like an assertion. I honestly didn't know, because many of us tuned off. Pls na, allow me go drink alomo. |
eaglechild: When you start mixing lies with your criticisms you lose credibility.Yes Eagle child. Your right. My asking that question in there was wacky. Truth, I was totally unaware that that issue has been resolved. Many just lost interest. Me too. When Chime Thot that funding the college will add to his predecessors credit and ignored them for long. My asking was to have an answer given. So yes, our gov sat and kids spent 11 years for 6 years. And it's not only one set. All admitted behind the foundation students were affected so the backlog is being cleared, thank God. |

And he "thinks", for a meeting always held in Enugu in his chambers. Ewoo. Ndi press unit, where is our governor?
