Ortom as a governor can't absolve himself of blame from what is going on. He has contributed his fair share to it.

And while feigning innocense and affection for the people of the state, alot more people have died from far more preventable courses like hunger and inability to procure simple medicare under his watch.

The only people that seem to be living well in the state as the moment are political appointees and BSU staff. Majority of parents can't afford to send their wards back to school because this fool has refused to fulfill his obligations as the governor of the state, owing up to twelve months salaries at the local government level.
