Keshi was an astute leader with a larger than life Charisma as the former captain and one of the very first set of Nigerians to play in an European leauge.

if this story in this link is true, then the matter deep. The link says she got a contract from Akwa-Ibom for her current husband and then boyfriend of about 105 million dollars. Akpabio was the Governor then. I am inclined to believe certain agreements must have occurred before the contract was approved, if it was the state government that approved it.
