A state of emergency in Borno and Yobe states would pause the onslaught of boko haram. Gombe and Jigawa would then be warned to keep the peace or they too would follow suit. The army not the police should then be sent in to keep the peace.

Politicians are not civil servants so this is a blatant lie from the pit of hell.

It is the Boko Haram that should put a stop to killing innocent Nigerians.

Neither America, England or Israel should be brought in to help as they will only add more petrol to the ongoing fire. The Boko Haram who are actually muslims will just get sympathy from the Arab world and more funding with arms will flow through our already porous borders.

This personal view is very flawed.

Nigeria as a nation has no intelligence at all; the other day i was at Port Harcourt Airport and the announcer was saying that such and such a plane will land in 5 minutes time, this is a plane that was already on the tarmac disembarking passengers. Prior to the attack on Yobe state the security forces in the north were announcing their preparedness to ensure a peaceful holiday and see how peaceful it is.

The rise of militancy be in Niger delta or Boko Haram if you look closely is associated with our return to democracy. These people are simply hired helps of the political class so there is not much they can do by way of bringing them to justice unless they are ready to expose themselves.

Going by the near fracas that happened in UNIPORT today, sad but let me be bold to say that there is little or no difference between boko haram and a muslim. It took wisdom by the private security forces to prevent a carnage of immense proportions.

Nigeria

They have the 2 states of Borno and Yobe it appears with occasional foray into the FCT, funny thing is that the state governors of those states and their respective houses of assembly would be operating from the FCT. Goodluck just has to declare a state of emergency in those 2 states and send in the army. Niger Delta militants did not wreck so much havoc on this country like Boko Haram is doing.

The tactical approach of these boko haram guys show that they mean business whereas our president has suddenly become dumb. He should as a matter of urgency sack the NSA, that guy is not doing no nothing. Also the IG and the head of SSS for good measure before this cancer spreads. Borno is gone, Yobe too has just gone yet nothing.
