source of CBN memo from a newspaper is not valid in this court; try and show us the said memo from their website. |
@Tmoni even the dog food she wan give us she don collect am back |
@pcicero There were no errors in the figures. |
SANUSI is not confused. He has only made 2 publications since this whole debacle and has since got the blessings of his constituency of our commander in chief. Even the justice minister has released a statement commending his actions. The senate even in recess threw their weight behind him so also the house of assembly. The man is on track. |
ALI DANGOTE is up to the task and has made some payment. The errors in that list pertain to names and not figures and have since been corrected so i don't see any point in your premise which is wrong. Wrong premise leads to wrong conclusions. |
She surrendered to the authority of the EFCC as commanded in the bible; they will probably seize her passport and tell her to go home and report periodically. |
The CBN has a statutory function to protect the banking sector and act in the best interest of Nigerians. The Board of the various banks acts only in the interest of its shareholders. He who pays the piper dictates the tune. Those saying the banks had no liquidity problems are just lying. CBN can't inject funds in the banks and allow the same people mismanage it. The debtors too have to pay up because the funds injected is to be recouped within a time frame. Up till now the total billions repaid is not up to 10% of the funds advanced. SANUSI has indeed done very well. |
SANUSI can't be held liable for the actions of EFCC, he has done his own bit my publishing a list as at 31 May 2009. He has also released a correction which included two entries. His actions have definitely helped restore confidence in that sector of the economy. |
ok, let them give them their passports and also dash them air tickets out of the country. |
They will still release all of them so no qualms; carry go. |
EFCC should not have kept them for so long; they should be released and placed on permanent surveillance with their passports seized. |
come and see repackaging? |
I don tire for this whole matter; the whole thing don dey become another thing. |
Pastor/Priest/Reverend is now an occupation. In any case, it serves the woman right; a lot of them are so gullible. |
Use your ATM cards in the ATM machines of the bank branch your account is domiciled. |
No basis at all. |
cool |
Beer is not bad in itself; drunkenness is. Jesus turned water into alcoholic wine and the marriage guests were blessed. So please you can work in a Brewery. Even Jesus sef worked there at one time. |
Some people na wa o |
That woman has started misbehaving again; who made her the spokesman of the CBN? |
It is 13 billion |
I have not seen anyone abuse DANGOTE yet because he has the capacity to pay back and borrow much more. Its people like OTEDOLA and JIMOH that have problem. Even at that not much is even said about them. The painful ones are that "NANNY"? We have many boutiques all over Nigeria and that is a small enterprise not even to reach small medium. Then you give that small enterprise 13 billion. Which collateral will such a person have? CECILIA no do well at all at all. |
I don't understand how some people think left left. The "Nanny" is qualified for a loan of 13 trillion naira as long as she has an asset that is worth more than that. To start with she is not even Nigerian and the only asset she has is the boutique building. CECILIA will have to provide an asset that will liquidate that 13 billion. It is only in Nigeria that people get loans without any collateral. |
In western countries the collateral is worth much more than the loan giving so even if the beneficiaries evaporate into thin air there is no cause for alarm. In Nigeria these banks gave loans without any collateral. The money given belongs to the poor masses and the beneficiaries live in opulence claiming to be Africa's richest billionaires. The Nigerian government having unmasked the directors of such corporate bodies has every moral right to harrass them till they cough up the money. All their properties would be sealed up including their private jets and their foreign passports seized. For those like the infamous "Nanny" who obviously has no property except that business house, CECILIA will be made to personally repay that 13 billion via the seizing and sealing up of her assets. |
All those oceanic bank workers present here should please explain how their ogas granted loans of over 250 billion and most of them without any collateral. They should also explain or shed more light on the "nanny" loan of 13 billion. |
@BEAF If she is innocent as you claim, why has she refused to report at the nearest EFCC office? why has she gone into hiding? why did she attempt to flee via Jimoh's private jet? Indeed the wicked flee when no man pursueth. Now she is wanted by the law enforcement agents? |
@BAC Loans are secured with collateral. When you go giving "nannies" 13 billion to open a boutique without any security then there is a problem somewhere. |
Come to think of it, the lawyer is right no "ordinary Nigerian" gives a "nanny" 13 billion to open a boutique. |
This is only a reflection of society, many people lack courtesy and are not firm in taking right decisions. |
@Adaku123 That your guy started in biomedical engineering then moved to public health and finally he is entering business administration. Which area does he want to specialize in? Public health looks more like it but he should try and get a PhD over there before coming here. |
This same man gave NANS national executives 1 million naira to organize demonstrations and TV appearances against ASUU. The students did organize one mockery 1 at IMSU but condemned both ASUU and FG on NTA news. |
