The annual event which is opened for both 100 and 200 level students of all higher institutions in Nigeria has the topic "Nigerian Content and Opportunities in African Local Local Content Advancement".

Each of the ten finalists was presented with a laptop computer and the three place winners went home with award plaques, mouth watering cash prices and other items.

Miracle Chibuike Okoli is an undergraduate Law Student of the Prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
