Hello House,

Please advise ooo. I just track my application and I saw 'Transferred to VAC'. I did not receive any email. No BRP mail, no collection mail. VAC is VI TLS and I am due to return to Port Harcourt on Saturday, my base.

What can I do now? Do I go back to the VI TLS or.....?

Can I use Birth Attestation collected in November 2022 in place of birth certificate for someone born in 1983. This to show name correctness.

3. Your CAS
4. English test WAEC/NECO/IELTS (if applicable)

Sponsor Evidence
1. Consent letter (from parents/spouse)
2. Birth certificate/ marriage certificate

Travel and residency Evidence
1. TB test result
2. International passport

Financial Evidence
1. Personal bank statement
2. Sponsors bank statement (if applicable)

Employment Evidence
Reference/ employment Letter

2. In assisted service, your documents will be scanned in your presence.

5. Use the same Bank statement as far as it's not older than 31 days from the day of printing.
If you're using assisted service, print all your documents in paper copy and take to the TLS. If you're uploading yourself, ensure all documents are in pdf.

Firstly, who nominated you for the subclass 482 and which of the three streams were you nominated for?

Who sent you paper application?

Which evisa was issued and by whom?

Why do you need ABF assessment after being issued a visa?

I hope you have not paid the agent any money because scam is written over all these questions. It is likely you have been scammed.

All visas can be applied for online without going through the stress of paper application. The department is discouraging paper application for better management of the visa processing. You should ask for a refund now before you are scammed more.
