IPOB has started a media war against vanguard newspaper.

This was made known this evening on Radio Biafra by Uchenna Mefor the Deputy leader IPOB. Vanguardngr was accused of helping Buhari and APC-led government of federal republic of Nigeria to propagate lies against IPOB.

It can be recalled that Vanguardngr has been the only newspaper that keeps reporting and lying of a splitter group TRIPOB and REIPOB from IPOB.

Uchenna Mefor refutes the vanguard newspaper's report by contacting the IPOB coordinator Aba on a live radio broadcast of their family meeting which was attended by over a thousand IPOB members.

The Aba coordinator pledge their loyalty to IPOB and recognised Nnamdi Kanu as their leader and further reiterated that IPOB Aba remains united like never before.

Uche mefor warned vanguard newspaper to stay away from reporting lies against Biafra and quietly return the brown envelope to maintain their credibility.

Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) has descended heavily on elder statesman, Alhaji Adamu Ciroma over his statement that if Biafra wants to go, that the people should be prepared for the consequences.
Reacting to the statement in a telephone interview, the leader of MASSOB, Solomon Chukwu while stating that it was unfortunate that a personality like Ciroma would make such statement, said his group would not be threatened, intimidated or be deterred by the utterances of people like Ciroma, in its quest to actualize the state of Biafra.
When Sunday Sun drew the attention of the MASSOB leader to what Ciroma said, he snapped back without hesitation, “Anybody can say whatever he likes, we are not threatened, we are not afraid and can not be deterred in our struggle, Biafra must come to pass and Alhaji Adamu Ciroma himself will witness it”.
Chukwu said there was no war greater than what MASSOB and Ndigbo in general are facing presently from the federal government and the Nigerian nation when hundreds of MASSOB members and thousands of Igbo are massacred at will.
“I want to let Adamu Ciroma and his likes know that no agitation for freedom by a people the world over, came without a price. We as MASSOB members have been paying that price and we will continue to pay until we get to the Promised Land”.
He said those who do not like to hear the name ‘ Biafra’ have gone and are still going extra miles to cast aspersions against it and her leaders but insisted that, that will not change the perception of the agitators and their set goal.
“Even in Ikwere land where I come from, many of my people were initially against me but today, they have realized the truth and moreover have seen the hand writing on the wall and their perception has totally changed”.
The MASSOB leader said 1, 000 Ciromas can not stop Biafra and that there is nothing his likes would do or say that will make MASSOB to carry arms. “We are using our brain not gun to agitate for Biafra, we will not go to war with anybody and we will get what we want. We engaged this line of action not out of fear as the likes of Ciroma may think, but out of the respect we have for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) we signed with the international community”.
Chukwu said as far as the struggle was concerned, that Ciroma was living in the past, having not been abreast with the extent the agitation had gone. “If he (Ciroma) knows the extent we’ve gone in actualizing Biafra, he would not have said that; but anyway, I think he is entitled to his opinion”. He insisted that Biafra is unstoppable.

Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka and a former Governor of Abia, Dr. Orji Uzo Kalu, have been listed among a seven-man team to lead the negotiation between the Niger Delta Avengers and the Federal Government.

Other members of the team are Prof. Steve Odi-Owei, Etubom (Dr.) Anthony Ani, Nalaguo Chris Alagoa, Chief (Mrs.) Alice Mobolaji Osomo, and Mr. Inienimi Ballantyne Agiri, who has been acting as spokesman for the group. The committee is expected negotiate on behalf of a faction of the militant group in the eastern and central Niger Delta.

A statement signed by Agiri, who speaks for a faction of NDA, representing the eastern and central parts of the region and made available to SUNDAY PUNCH on Saturday, said that Soyinka will serve as adviser to the committee.

Agiri, who also spoke to our correspondent on telephone, said that the list was not exhaustive as other people outside the shores of Nigeria had been contacted and had shown interest in being observers in the dialogue process.

He said the Archbishop of the Canterbury, Justin Weldy, a former Ghanaian President, John Kufor and a few others, would also be consulted.

Soyinka was recently quoted as urging the Federal Government to open dialogue with the militant groups, which had been agitating for resource control for the Niger Delta region.

Attempts to get the Nobel laureate were not successful on Saturday but when contacted Kalu welcomed the idea but said he had not been formally informed by the Avengers that he will negotiate for them.

He said, “Nigeria is our own and we must go on the path of peace. It is the right anything to do if they want to negotiate, I hope the president will accept that.

“I will negotiate for them if the President agrees for us to negotiate for them. I cannot go without concurrent agreement with the President saying that we should negotiate.”

Osomo also said that she had not been formally consulted but expressed her willingness to be part of the team in national interest.

Meanwhile, Alagoa, who was in the list, confirmed the development in a telephone interview with our correspondent on Saturday.

He said that he was not a member of the group but was contacted and had accepted to be a member of the team if only it would bring a solution to militancy in the Niger Delta.

Alagoa said that he was also told that Soyinka and Kalu had been contacted, adding that he was also informed that the list was not yet exhausted.

He said, I was approached and they said that they have confidence in me and few other people to lead the dialogue. If they are authentic to give me the chance to dialogue, it is okay.”

Muhammadu Buhari and agents of the Department of States Services (DSS) will make Suzanne Collins and Gary Ross go green with envy as they (Buhari and DSS) replicate “The Hunger Games“ in Biafr¤land by sponsoring hungry and jobless hirelings to pose as members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). The latest session in Buhari’s “Hunger Games“ is the sponsoring of nondescript individuals and even using non-existent names to come up with acronyms that have “Biafra“ in them. Within the last 24 hours Buhari has sponsored three different groups all claiming headship or ownership of IPOB. One of the groups even boasted that they have sacked the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. This is becoming comical and ludicrous. Buhari and DSS have descended so low that they now take advantage of jobless youths and engage them in “Hunger Games.“

The incompetence of Buhari and his vindictive motive culminated into the ravaging hunger in the land and economic quagmire persisting in the British criminality called Nigeria. From the time he committed treason on 31st December 1983 till date, Buhari has never had any personal development or intellectual improvement of any sort. Yet he wants to lead a quintessentially complex society like Nigeria especially in the 21st century where leadership and organizational agility is the key tool for comparative advantage. No wonder there is mass poverty pervading the land while Buhari is docile and engages in shadow-boxing and shadow-chasing.

Because there is hunger in Nigeria and there is no shortage of hungry and jobless youths enough to do anything, Buhari requires them to do his bidding especially in experimenting in “Hunger Games“ in Biafr¤land. In a country where a woman cannot cook a pot of soup without deploying a security guard, getting riff-raffs to sign up to anything doesn't require much effort. That is why we have miscreants today claiming to have sacked the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

On the other hand, we have been reliably informed that the reason for this “one new IPOB fake group per day“ is to cause distraction from the natural public outcry and possible reprisals that will follow the Buhari/DSS planned slaughter of Biafrans at Enugu. We have confirmed that the slaughter was meant to happen on Tuesday night (August 23rd, 2016) so they fed Vanguard Newspaper the usual garbage about IPOB split so people will be distracted as the slaughter will go unnoticed. Because IPOB is a huge newsmaker people will be drawn away from the slaughter to focus on IPOB.

When the slaughter failed to materialize on the appointed day but rather happened on Wednesday (August 24th, 2016), Buhari and DSS cooked up another split of IPOB to keep the gullible public entertained and it actually worked because people never discussed or reacted to the massacre but rather dwelt on the reigning topic everywhere which was all about IPOB split.

Although this will be our last official response to these hungry nonentities associating themselves with IPOB, we hereby urge the public to ignore these poor and wretched souls who have been engaged by Buhari and the DSS as major actors in “The Hunger Games“ being staged in Biafr¤land.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu is intact and shall continue to be intact till Biafra is restored and beyond.
