The Ohaneze ndi Igbo saw him as a small boy. All the Eastern Politicians saw him as a huge threat to their political careers. Every soul in the north underrated him. Buhari and his DSS thought he was alone. Obasanjo and Co felt he was hungry. They called him a nobody, little did they know he commands an army of millions. His children are scattered all over the world with a simple demand : Release Nnamdi Kanu ; Give us Biafra. The more they arrest us, we cry out for these freedom. The more they kill us, we held on unto these demands. The more they intimidate us, we never looked back. The more they call us names, we stand united. Now, they go to him for negotiations and he still maintained 'it's Biafra or nothing'. 'We say a big thank you for giving us a shoulder to lean on cos we were almost lost'. May Chukwuokike continue to guide and protect Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of all Biafrans world . #FreeNnamdiKanu Protest Campaign Worldwide on 23rd Sept.2016. http://biafrasay.com/p/322629/he-is-nnamdi-kanu-protest-campaign-23rd-sept-2016 |

The people of southern Kaduna are being slaughtered on a daily basis by blood-sucking Fulani herdsmen yet the government has done nothing. They are the sons of Lucifer: the seed of Al Shaitan. Yesterday's horrific gunning down of Pastor Luka Ubangari in southern Kaduna by Fulani herdsmen and the recent hacking to pieces of Pastor Eunice Elisha by muslim fundamentalists in Kubwa, Abuja means that in the last 3 months no less than 2 Redeemed Church of God (RCCG) pastors have been butchered by islamist terrorists in northern Nigeria. The government"s refusal to clamp down on the terrorists has clearly emboldened them and this is unacceptable. I hope that G-O Enoch Adeboye and Vice President (Pastor/Professor) Yemi Osinbajo, both of RCCG, are taking note of this gruesome and tragic movie that is unfolding. I guess that we must all live with the consequences of the choices that we make. That is "mai chanji" for you. May the souls of the departed RIP and may the Living God avenge them. http://mobile.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10154409684747210&id=62188827209&refid=28&_ft_=qid.6320859720962116211%3Amf_story_key.913837822022250467&__tn__=%2As |
A region so bless by God with abundant of resources, man power with other resources are very poor, hunger every were, disease everywhere, lack of infrastructure, institutions like; Universities, credible institution to harness the potential of the people. It is so pathetic and provocative that a few people bless by God that has being sustaining Hundred and Seventy Million Nigerians is known to be a poor, hunger driven people of the Region that is only good in only sustaining the Nation with Exploration and Exploitation, for example there are six Exporting Terminals in the country all located in the Niger Delta, Shell owns two while Mobile, Chevron, Texaco and Agip owns one each. Shell also owns the Forcados Terminal which is capable of storing Thirteen Million Barrels (2,100,300 m3 ) of crude oil in conjunction with the nearby Bonny Terminal. Mobile operates out of Qua Iboe terminal in Akwa Ibom State. While Chevron owns the Escravos terminal in Delta State, and has a storage capacity of Three Point Six Million barrels (570,000 m3 ). Agip operates the Brass terminal in Brass, a Two Hundred and Thirteen kilometers southwest Port Harcourt, and has a storage capacity of Three Million Five Hundred and Eighty Thousand (565,700 m3 ). Texaco operates Pennington Terminal. Natural Gas reserves are well over One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Trillion (2,800 m3 ) the gas are three times substantial as crude oil reserve. The biggest Natural Gas Initiative is the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Company which is still in the Niger Delta. With all these activities going on in the Niger Delta that sustain One Hundred and Seventy Million Nigerians for the past fifty years is being threaten with all these vices in this 21 century example suffering, hunger, diseases, sickness, intimidation, killings, No good drinking water, No light, No motorable roads, the people in the region cannot farm of fish any longer. Life expectancy is cut short because of Oil Exploration and Exportation, our human existence and heritage is being threaten in this 21 century. The big Question about insincerity, justice and equity, Ninety-One Trillion Naira gotten from the sale of crude oil since the discovery of crude oil in commercial quantity in Oloibiri of Bayelsa State and Fifty-One Trillion Naira under Geoduck Jonathan’s Administration. The big Question with all sincerity is; How much was stolen by the Northern Elites? How much was stolen by our Elites to acquire choice property all over the world? How much was starch in Swiss bank and other safe Heaven all over the World? How much was used in the development of Abuja? How much was used in the development of Lagos? How much was allocated to discover oil in the lake Chad Basin in the North? How much was allocated to the Niger Delta Region? How much was given to the southeast? How come that the Niger Delta Region that has being sustaining One Hundred and Seventy Million Nigerians is very Poor? Underdeveloped, Impoverished, hunger and frustration everywhere. President Muhammedu Buhari as a General cried before Nigerians and the world to be given a chance to lead Nigeria to a greater height and prosperity, he was very eager and emotionally desperate to restore justice and equity in this 21 century. We believe that Nigerians and the World accepted him base on his antecedents as a former military General that was disciplined and honest, but after been sworn in he made Nigerians and the World to believe that he is for everyone and he is for nobody. The Buhari we all know and Nigerians trusted is not the Buhari we are seeing today. He has surrounded himself with his brothers, his immediate family, the people of his faith as a Muslim, the people of the North as a Northerner, as if there is no other Region or Faith or competent people in Nigeria as a Nation. He as not only promoted Sectionalism but he has being able to promote Tribalism and Nepotism. The Niger Delta Region that has being sustaining One Hundred and Seventy Million Nigerians, Thirty-Six States and the Federal Capital for fifty years is at high risk because of oil Exploration and Exportation, Pollution and Degradation and Contamination of the Soil has cut short the life span of the Inhabitant of the Niger Delta Region. Hunger is everywhere in the Niger Delta, Poverty is 90 percent in the face of Niger Deltans, Disease everywhere, no good drinking water, with abundant of Gas there is no Light, but Nigeria is interested in generating Light to other Nations. The people of Niger Delta is now subjected to a pathetic and provocative condition. The president Muhhammedu Buhari administration is not sincere and have a hidden agenda against the Niger Delta Region, if not after our Plight for the past fifty years and our present pathetic and shameful condition he Muhhammedu Buhari couldn’t have being saying or threatening to deal with the Aggrieved Niger Delta Agitators that he will deal and treat us like the senseless Boko Haram terrorist organization. If he is also truly sincere and mean well for the Implementation of the United Nation Environmental Report to clean the Ogoni Land and appeasing the Niger Deltans that he is truly sincere towards the people of the Niger Delta, he should have appointed a distinguish personality from the Niger Delta Region to oversee the implementation of the UNEP report in Ogoni Land and sanctioned his Minster of Transport Rotimi Ameachi who is from the Niger Delta Region for recommending the scrapping of the one and only Maritime University of Gbaramantu Kingdom in the Niger Delta. This university was born out of the struggle imbedded of the sacrifice of the Niger Delta Youths. A region that sustain One Hundred and Seventy Million Nigerians, Thirty-Six States and a Federal Capital is under risk in this 21 century because its Youth and Graduates that are supposed to be the leaders of tomorrow are subjected to menial jobs for survival, our Graduates are now; Okada riders, Mechanics, Brick Layers, Try circle Drivers (KEKE NAPEP), while its Female Graduates are into Prostitution for survival, and the most painful aspect of it is Hunger in the midst of plenty. We keep seeing Billions of Dollar on the pages of Newspaper from the sale of crude oil and gas deposit in our land in Niger Delta but its people are die-ing of hunger and diseases and basic amenities/infrastructure. What a pity in this 21 century. But let it be told that the Niger Delta Youth of this 21 century and the Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders (NDRC) in solidarity with the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) we shall wage this war of EVIL OVER GOOD. We urge all Niger Delta Youth that are all Host to this Six Exporting Terminals to stand up and defend their Father land, as failure to adhere to the genuine negotiation of the Niger Delta Elders, will lead to the total destruction of the remaining FIVE EXPORT TERMINALS. Spokesman WO1 Izon-ebi http://biafrasay.com/p/322586/niger-delta-youths-should-stand-up-and-defend-our-land-ndrc |
Barrister Aisha Wakil who was declared wanted by the Nigerian military authorities last Sunday was until recent largely unknown. Almost always totally veiled, her identity has been as inscrutable as the tale about her origins. Popular folklore is that the woman activist, who was born into an Igbo Christian family converted to Islam during her time at the University of Maiduguri where she studied law. Prior to the transformation of the Islamic Boko Haram sect into a fighting force in 2009, Wakil was well known to have close ties with Mohammed Yusuf, the leader of the sect, whose killing led to the radical transformation of the group. Following her education, she settled in Maiduguri and made a home with another lawyer, Wakil Gana who is presently a judge with the Borno State High Court. The news report declaring Aisha wanted undoubtedly came to her and nearly all who knew her with surprise especially against the fact that she had almost always carried out her conduct and liaisons with Boko Haram with the knowledge of the authorities. In fact, she is known to be a staff of the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC and was during the Goodluck Jonathan administration an important liaison that was used to make contacts with the Boko Haram. She has not for once denied a link with the group, having said in separate fora that she knew some of the insurgents right from when they were circumcised. It was perhaps on that account that when the Jonathan administration constituted a committee to negotiate with Boko Haram she featured prominently on the list. Even more, when the Boko Haram group announced a group of prominent northerners to negotiate with the government she and her husband, Justice Wakil were featured among those nominated by the group. Calling the Boko Haram insurgents at one point as her children who moved in and out, she said: “That was how I got to know most of them. Then they were not Boko Haram and Jama’atu ah-lil Sunnah members. It is surprising how these children turned out to be what they are now. I keep on saying there is certainly no smoke without fire. Something must have triggered those innocent-looking children to grow up behaving the way they are behaving now. “You needed to see them growing up. Sometimes when I start talking about them, I shed tears. Those children prayed, and still pray a lot. I have a mosque in the house, and they would always go in and pray.” Wakil narrated how she started noticing changes in them. How they would go out in the morning and return in the evening and during the fasting period, they would not return until around 11 or 12 midnight. They also started attending Muhammad Yusuf’s lectures to listen to his preaching. “I didn’t observe anything strange about the teaching. Soon, the children began to be conscious of themselves. It was then that the rumour started that they were planning a war. When I heard of it, I went straight to Muhammad Yusuf because I had been very close to him. When I realized that Muhammad Yusuf was frequently being arrested, detained and released, I went to Baba Fugu and asked him why his son-in-law was always being detained? But I learnt he was always preaching things the government didn’t like and insulting them.” At the peak of the crisis when few dared to come out, Aisha was able to mobilise some Borno women to come out to protest against the situation. At that time she was quoted to have referred to the Boko Haram insurgents as her children. “My sons, I have been begging you since in silence to come out and state your grievances and stop destroying your homeland. Please come out and state your grievances and stop these killings,” she was quoted to have tearfully said. Just as she is almost never seen without being fully veiled from the crown of her head to the sole of her feet, Aisha’s origin has been almost always veiled from Nigerians. The nearest revelation about her linkage to being Igbo was when she was quoted to have disclosed in an interview with a national newspaper her peace-making efforts. According to her, she “started the dialogue process since 2009, even before the major crisis erupted because I knew their slain spiritual leader, Muhammad Yusuf. His father-in-law, late Alhaji Baba Fugu Mohammed, was my spiritual father in Islam, and I used to visit his home. “In fact, Mohammed Yusuf almost married my younger sister Amina, but Almighty Allah did not make it possible. So that was how I got closer to the duo. It went even to the extent that I was cooking food and taking it to the house of late Alhaji Fugu, to the pupils of the Qur’anic school, (almajari). “And because I am from the southern part of the country, I normally prepared southern dishes, which Yusuf had always come to eat. In fact, he liked my egusi soup very much, and we became very close when his father-in-law told him that I was the one who cooked the food. So anytime we met, he expressed delight and prayed that Almighty Allah would reward me, for he was eating from my pot and that was how I established a strong relationship with him,” she was quoted as saying. http://biafrasay.com/p/322585/the-woman-aisha-wakil-boko-haram-calls-mummy-is-igbo |
He did not envisage what befell him penultimate Saturday, after coming back to his house in Sango-Ota area of Ogun State. Joe Fortemose Chinakwe, 40, a trader, said he was relaxing with his family when one of his neighbours from Niger Republic accosted him and demanded why he named his pet dog ‘Buhari’. Before he knew what was happening, friends of the foreigner also burst into his house and were threatening to deal with him if he failed to give a reasonable explanation. At this stage, some neighbours intervened and they all ended up at Sango-Ota police station where he was detained for two days before being transferred to the state Police headquarters at Eleweran in handcuff and chain. He was let off the third day after the swift intervention of both the Serikin Hausa and President-General of non-indigenes in the state. The embattled trader from Okwuzu in Aniocha Local government Area of Delta State said he was traumatized by the incident and still feels so bad especially, when he noticed that his ‘lovely dog, Buhari’, has disappeared mysteriously after he regained freedom. The father of two bared his mind to our Crime Editor, Emma Nnadozie at Sango-Ota. Excerpts: “I am Joe Fortemose Chinakwe from Okwuzu in Aniocha L.G.A, Delta state. I trade on second hand clothes popularly known as Okrika. I have a dog for the past one year. I named the dog Bully after buying it because it is very strong and moves fast. I have been living here since 2001. I reside in a place called Petere in Sango here. I love the dog so much that’s why I renamed it Buhari.” Why did you choose the name Buhari I named it Buhari because I found out that the dog is strong. After buying the dog, I named it Bully because of the way it behaved. I decided to change it to Buhari because Buhari, being a military man, the same time, coming back for the second time as a civilian President, he stands on his word. That is how my dog stands on his actions. So, I love the name so much and as such decided to give it to my dog. I was very surprised how a foreigner who lives around here came and said his father’s name was Alhaji Buhari. I have no business with and he went ahead to tell the police. They came to me that night and I was arrested. Which day was that? That was on Saturday at exactly 8,30pm. They got me arrested and our neighbours pleaded on my behalf but they insisted on taking me to the station. People were questioning the policeman why I should be arrested over such a trivial issue and gave examples of dogs in the vicinity that bear names of influential and powerful people like Obama, Clinton etc but, the policeman decided to take law into his hand and arrested me. Even my senior brother has a dog named Obama. One young man called Sunday was also arrested for questioning the police man who was later identified as Sergeant Musa, attached to Sango Police station. When we got to the station, he told me to bring the dog along. I agreed and went to bring the dog. Before I could get home, the Northern community in our area ganged up and killed my dog. They did? Yes, they killed the dog and I am still searching for the dog. I can forgive anything but that dog in particular, I cannot take it lightly because it is what secures me and I loved it so much. Are you sure you are not the one that killed your dog? No, I left my dog in the house alive and went with the policeman to Sango Police station What happened at the Police station? They intimidated me and I told them that it is my right to name my dog whatever I wished. My former dog bore the same name with me. Unfortunately, a car killed it. I called it Iroko because Iroko is also my name. I love strong dogs and that’s why I decided to buy this one and named it Bully before changing it to Buhari. After intimidating me that very night, they locked me up in a cell with criminals. I stayed and slept there on Saturday and Sunday. My wife, a pregnant woman with my baby on her back, came to see me with food because I had not taken my dinner when they arrested me but, they stopped her from giving me food. What baffled me much is that the policeman said that the Igbos have fowl brain. I asked him why he said such about the Igbo community when he should only be referring to me and as such, it is not a tribal problem. He said he had been handling Igbo cases and that they are foolish and have fowl brains and, that I would rot in jail. He said I should watch. I was surprised when they took me to the Divisional Police Officer, instead of listening attentively to me; he directed that they should throw me into the cell. On Monday morning, my case was transferred. The case was moved to Eleweran. After much interrogation, they chained me and my colleague who came to see me and put us in the van in handcuffs. We all went to Eleweran. When we got there, many policemen were not happy with them for bringing us there. The CP came on Tuesday with the Serikin Hausa and the President of non-Indigenes and other prominent people. We were told not to take it seriously because we are one Nigeria. I was told to forget it all. I was released. How come you boldly wrote Buhari on both the sides of the dog? The dog is a hero and I did it. I shaved his hairs and wrote it. Did you do it to spite the President? No. no. no. everybody knows that Mr President is a hero. It is not easy to be a military man and rule a civilian government. Everyone can attest to how many times this man has attempted to become the civilian president but because he is a man that has vision, he made it at long last. . In fact, he is a man that inspires people. He is a role model. Are you comfortable with the situation of things in the country now? Yes, he is fighting corruption. Not that I am comfortable with the things happening in the country now but I like the war against corruption. The only problem is that we, the less privileged ones, find it difficult to eat. As he is fighting corruption, he should remember the less privileged. The guy from Niger, what does he do? He works in a public toilet. My dog stays in my parking store, he does not move around. He ensures my security. How did he know you call your dog Buhari? He said that someone told him and he came around and saw it. A friend of my mine named Peter gave that dog to me. I am not happy I lost that dog. The Northerners in my area came together and killed my dog. So, after all said and done at Eleweran, did they apologize to you? Yes, they did but it was obvious to me that it did not come from their heart of hearts. One of them even claimed he went to my house that morning to apologize to my wife Are you still living in the same area? Yes Do you feel threatened by what happened to you? If I am financially buoyant, I would have left the area for them because it is as if they are occupying the whole area, and a word of threat has been dropped already and they said that the country belongs to them. I am still shocked because Nigeria is in trouble. Can you imagine somebody from Niger Republic, a foreigner telling me that my land belongs to him? How do you feel about this ugly development as a Nigerian and a human being? With this situation, I believe that a Nigerian should have rights. Nobody should rise up and intimidate one for no reason especially, when he has no one to speak for him. No advocate for that person. And since Nigeria is still bearing the name, Nigeria, and I’m a Nigerian, it is my country too and that is all. http://biafrasay.com/p/322567/my-dog-quot-buhari-quot-went-missing-after-my-freedom-chinak |

Facts have emerged that the International Court of the Economic Community of West African States(ECOWAS), has shifted the proceedings of the case brought before it by the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) and leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to a yet to be disclosed African country. According to the information made available to Family Writers, the inter-state transfer of adjudication was paramount as a result of increased pressure resulting from the paranoia being felt by the Nigerian government over the anticipated unpleasant final verdict that will emanate from IPOB/Nnamdi Kanu's suit. It would be recalled that earlier in March 2016, IPOB backed up by their incarcerated leader Nnamdi Kanu had filed an 800million Dollars worth of suit at the West African regional court through Hon. Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor Esq, over the continued impunitious incarceration of Nnamdi Kanu since October 14 2015, as well as numerous rights abuses and extrajudicial killings of Biafran activists by the Nigerian government led by President Muhammadu Buhari. Meanwhile, facts have emerged that there has been an increased tension on the Nigerian government over the suit, as it is certain to all and sundry that Biafrans and Nnamdi Kanu have enough evidences to get justice from the ECOWAS court. It is as a result of this precedent that led to the influential move of the Nigerian government three months ago in which the federal government asked the regional court to back-off from Nnamdi Kanu's case. In May earlier this year, the Nigerian government through the Federal Ministry of Justice had written to ECOWAS Court of Justice to strike out the suit filed by Nnamdi Kanu, stating that the regional court lacks the competent jurisdiction to entertain such case as it is "an abuse of court process or subjecting the Nigerian law to ridicule". A part of the letter reads thus- “The corporate existence of Nigeria as a united, harmonious, indivisible and indissoluble sovereign nation is certainly greater than any citizen’s liberty or right and it survives in pieces rather than in peace”, individual’s liberty or rights may not even exist. “It is trite law that a court cannot assume jurisdiction over ancillary claims when it has no jurisdiction to entertain the main claim, since an ancillary claim can only be properly determined by that court. Thus, it is improper to approach a court which is incompetent to determine only some of the issues in a case if there is a court with jurisdiction to determine all the issues http://biafrasay.com/p/322548/ecowas-court-moves-kanu-s-case-to-another-country-to-avoid-p |
