PoliticsEngage Nnamdi Kanu In A Public Debate- IPOB Dares MEND,FG by outknow(op): 11:25am On Aug 16, 2016
It is no longer news to Biafrans, Nigerians and the world at large that the federal republic of Nigeria, who is under a very immense pressure to release Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, has resorted to fabricating lies to slander and discredit Nnamdi Kanu’s unswerving loyalty to Biafra restoration.

Their paid media outlets have been the major source of this propaganda. In a recent publication, these paid media outlets claimed that Nnamdi Kanu had agreed secretly with the Movement for the Enslavement of Niger Delta (MEND) to renounce Biafra and should swallow his pride, and make a public denunciation of Biafra.

In their words, ‘’MEND hereby uses this opportunity to inform the entire world that following the group’s ongoing negotiations with the Federal Government, Nnamdi Kanu has made it clear that he is willing to renounce Biafra in exchange for his freedom.’’

‘’MEND and the Federal Government have, however, flatly rejected the IPOB/KANU hypocrisy to remain defiant in public; while accepting to secretly renounce secession.’’

‘’MEND, therefore, urges the already frustrated and desperate Mr Kanu and IPOB to swallow their pride and make a public denunciation of Biafra.’’

Recall that in this same manner and on several occasions, the Nigerian government through these sordid and despicable media outlets, have deceived the public of engaging in secret negotiations with the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) as a means of ending the crisis in the old eastern region.

Thanks to Brig. General Mudoch Agbinibo, whose timely and appropriate responses always make a mockery of Nigeria’s nescient approach to resolving matters of such magnitude.

In that same manner, Nigeria has engaged the MEND as an operational tool to not only demean Nnamdi Kanu, but to put an end the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra.

If this detestable organization (MEND), found on greed, with opportunistic and self-serving leaders, could become Nigeria’s darling –decent enough to shoulder the role of an arbitrator between a UN recognized body (IPOB) and a state (Nigeria); then, it will not be erroneous to deduce that Nigeria needs recolonization. This too, has gone a long way to proving that IPOB was right about her claims on corrupt Nigeria.

To this end, IPOB recommends to the federal government of Nigeria to engage Nnamdi Kanu in a public media chat. IPOB believes that this will be the perfect means to prove if Nigeria/MEND’s claims about Nnamdi Kanu is true or mere lies to keep the gullible citizens misinformed.

IPOB dares Nigeria! But we are too sure that Nigeria will not engage in such; transparency is not in her dictionary. Deceit and treachery is the most viable tool she was given by her British masters; Nigeria knows no shame.

Pending Nigeria/MEND’s readiness to prove their baseless and unfound claims, IPOB will like to emphatically reaffirm that:
• MEND is not competent enough to negotiate for IPOB/Nnamdi Kanu.
• MEND is not lettered enough, it is beyond her reach, and far above her call to stand-in for Nnamdi Kanu whose unfeigned loyalty to Biafra is admired throughout the entire globe.

PoliticsMend:Nnamdi Kanu Will Not Throw His Honour To The Dogs by outknow(op): 4:38pm On Aug 15, 2016
The MOVEMENT FOR THE ENSLAVEMENT OF THE NIGER DELTA is obviously in denial of the purpose for which it was set up. As its name aptly illustrates this movement is a group of merchants whose stock in trade is to sell the birth right of the Biafran people in the mainland and the riverine areas for a pot of porridge. The MOVEMENT FOR THE ENSLAVEMENT OF THE NIGER DELTA has no idea what freedom fighting is all about neither does it have inkling of what honor entails. This movement is back to what it does best having obviously exhausted the blood money they made through kidnappings, murder and accepting amnesty from their slave masters for the crimes they committed against Biafran people.

Wonders shall never end. How can the MOVEMENT FOR THE ENSLAVEMENT OF THE NIGER DELTA ever imagine that the Indigenous People of Biafra led by “Onyendu” Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will throw its honor to the dogs by allowing itself and its honorable objective of securing the freedom of the Biafran people be tainted by group of murderers and self acclaimed criminals?

The indigenous people of Biafra IPOB under the leadership of “Onyendu” Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a movement propelled by a clear ideology and the quest for the restoration of the sovereignty of Biafran Nation CANNOT I repeat CANNOT be compromised, CANNOT be watered down in any form or shape and CANNOT be exchanged by your so called “freedom”. The indigenous people of Biafra IPOB have seen groups like you who masquerade as champions of the interest of the Biafran people but are in reality instruments at the hands of the enemy.

It is very obvious from their paid advert that the MOVEMENT FOR THE ENSLAVEMENT OF THE NIGER DELTA has no clue of what the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB under the leadership of “Onyendu” Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is all about. We are not a secret society. Transparency is our watchword we do not enter into secret agreements or negotiations with acclaimed criminals and enemies of the Biafran people.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by “Onyendu” Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will not allow itself to be distracted by irritating house flies and publicity seeking agents of enslavement of the Biafra people. Our focus is total freedom of our people from the contraption called Nigeria, our objective is the restoration of the sovereignty of the Biafran nation and our determination is set in stone.

The 19 northern state governments have appointed a British firm to carry out oil exploration activities in the region.
Chairman, Northern Nigeria Development Company, owned by the 19 northern state governments, Mallam Bashir Dalhatu, at the weekend, said the company had commenced its prospects for oil and gas in the Lake Chad and Benue basins.

He made the disclosure when the company’s board and management visited Kastina State governor, Aminu Masari.

His words: “We have engaged a British company that is already working in the Lake Chad region and from Niger and Chad side in the same area with us and we have been meeting with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in order to put efforts together.

“The Federal Government has also re-emphasised to us, during those meetings, its total support for exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in the North-East of the country.”

PoliticsNigeria Misused Massive Technological Inventions Inherited From Biafra-Garba She by outknow(op):
The presidency has said that President Muhammadu Buhari is committed to inventing a new and prosperous Nigeria despite the current economic meltdown in the country.

It also described as unfair the flood of criticisms which it said had greeted the government in recent times.

The presidency spoke through an article by the senior special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, “In Defence of President Buhari: Is This The Change We Voted For? Yes, It Is!”

He said that Buhari’s critics had already forgotten the ruinous years of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

He said “When they ask the question, is this the change we voted for, the critic forgets how far we have come from the scam-tainted years of the PDP rule.

“Unfair criticism of the Buhari administration especially on account of escalating prices of foodstuff and the liberalization of the currency exchange needs to be challenged before it overshadows the commendable job the President has done in fighting terrorism as part of overall effort to secure the country, reducing corruption and yes, arresting the economic slide before it sinks the nation.”

According Shehu, Buhari’s government would be commended for its effort to exterminate insurgency in the land and the eradication of corruption.

He also said that the APC government under Buhari had reinvented a new image for the country abroad.

“It is a proud moment for many citizens that the country is being perceived differently now that it has a different kind of leader creating a positive buss abroad, the kind of sentiment that can lead to foreign investments when properly capitalized upon.

“Wherever they go these days, in London, Dubai, Beijing, Washington, New York or Tokyo, Nigerians get the good feeling of being asked the question, how is President Muhammadu Buhari?”

“How many people have given a thought to the possibility of Nigeria doing something that the combined strength of Europe and America have failed to do?

“There are many today who take for granted the declared victory over the Boko Haram terrorists, forgetting the reign of the bomber who made it almost impossible for regular attendance in Churches and Mosques in many of our cities, including the Federal Capital City, Abuja.

“Victory over Boko Haram has brought peace not only to Nigeria but to the countries in the Lake Chad region”, he said.

The presidential media adviser regretted that president Buhari has not had it so good with prices of crude as was the case when he was the Head of State.

He however believed that with the efforts of the president, coming months would herald goodness for the country.

“In addition to hard work, all leaders need luck on their side to create what is sometimes seen as economic miracles. As leader, President Buhari never had the luxury of high oil prices as did his predecessors in office.

“When he first emerged as the military Head of State, General Muhammadu Buhari saw oil price, the mainstay of the nation’s economy sank to as low eight Dollars a barrel.

“He rolled up his sleeves, worked on diversification strategy of the economy only to be eased out of power just as they began to take hold. Thereafter, his successors abandoned these efforts.

“On his second coming, this time as a democratically elected leader, the collapse of oil prices has challenged President Buhari to quicken efforts towards the diversification of the economy with emphasis given to agriculture and solid minerals mining.

“Every crisis, it is said, is an opportunity. Not so in Nigeria. This is a county that inherited massive technological inventions from Biafra, yet failed to take it forward. We must not lose this opportunity to diversify the economy and our foreign earnings presented by the present oil crisis.

“As the country hopes for a bumper harvest this year, government is taking steps to ensure that no farmer will sell at a loss or fail to find markets for their harvests. Grain silos are being readied nationwide to receive excess produce for warehousing to ensure food security, avert market glut and price collapse. By this, government will ensure a minimum guaranteed price”, Shehu stressed.

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Friday announced sack of lawyers representing its leader Nnamdi Kanu in his on-going treason trial.
Barr. Nnamdi Ejiofor, one of the counsels to Kanu had at a press briefing disowned the Niger Delta Avengers as well as MEND over their reported negotiation with the Federal Government.

However, in a reaction signed by‎ Barrister Emma Nmezu and Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya, spokespersons for IPOB‎, they said new legal team would be constituted.

The statement read: “Following the press conference earlier today by our legal team, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Worldwide has been reliably and incontrovertibly informed that some of the utterances of their defence lawyers were made without consultation.

“These utterances border on negotiations and some were against the Niger Delta Avengers. As as a result of this unsolicited and unguarded utterances, the defence team has been sacked and will be replaced.

“The IPOB leader wishes to state categorically that the only thing we are open to is negotiations that will lead to modalities and processes to restore Biafra and avert further hardships on the people of Nigeria who have been under bondage since his kidnapping and illegal detention.

“The Niger Delta Avengers arose because of the inherent injustice in Nigeria as manifested in the disregard to the rule of law when Buhari refused to obey court order to unconditionally release our leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

“We spoke the mind of our leader when we stated for record purposes that IPOB and Niger Delta Avengers share the same ideology of freedom for Biafra.

“Anybody publicly dissociating IPOB from Niger Delta Avengers is a mortal enemy of IPOB family worldwide under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu.

“Let it be known that as long as Buhari and Daura continue to tamper with Nnamdi Kanu‘s defence team through bribery, inducements and intimidation, IPOB will keep on changing the team.”

It added that “for the records, the press conference by the now-sacked legal team was about bringing to public knowledge the foolishness of the Department of State Services (DSS) in bringing treasonable felony charges against our leader and the lack of evidence thereof.

“The press conference was NEVER about negotiations because should negotiations start, IPOB will notify the world about it. Right now, we are not negotiating and will not negotiate until existing court orders ordering the release of Nnamdi Kanu are obeyed.

“In the interim, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor will continue to act as lead counsel until other counsels are appointed who will not sell their souls to the devil. Biafra or death!”

PoliticsSingle Soul Of A Christian Or A Church Burnt Will Set Nigeria On Fire- NDRC by outknow(op):
The Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders wants to tell Nigerians and the world that the Islamization plot has been proven by the Boko Haram new leader Abu Masab el Barnaw. The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) on Wednesday the 3rd of August, 2016 that their new mission is to kill all Christian and burn down all churches. But we want to warn them that we the Niger Delta youths in this 21st century will not accept killing of innocent Christians, nor burning of churches. That if they try it in the north or any part of Nigeria, we the Niger Delta youths will not see any Muslim or Mosque in the Niger Delta. President Muhammadu Buhari should demonstrate that statesmanship as the current leader and the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, just demonstrated that courage and statesmanship that he believes in Nigeria and the well-being of Nigerians by visiting the President, that he believes in the unity of Nigeria and he is not part of the planned declaration of the Niger Delta Republic.

President Muhammadu Buhari should demonstrate that courage by listening to the advice of well-meaning Nigerians to restructure the Country. Former head of state Gen. Yakubu Gowon, has come out openly to advice Mr. President to listen to the voice of wisdom, that under his watch as head of state, Nigeria was Restructured in 1976.

Mr. President should demonstrate that courage and wisdom to exonerate himself from the Islamization of Niger Delta, because the whole indices are there. To the military and our ex-militant brothers that before the dialogue starts properly they have drawn their master plan on how to enrich themselves and actualize their Islamic agenda with their planned “Operation Crocodile Tears and Operation Moses”.

Our brothers that call themselves MEND are the ones packaging the whole thing. They have outlined how to visit the multi-national oil companies, NDDC, Niger Delta Ministry, State Governors of the nine oil producing state to rack contracts for themselves. We want to put it categorically clear that this whole show is been package by the faceless MEND.
This faceless leader of mend kept quite during the proposed scrapping of the one and only Maritime University in Akrankoko in Gbaramantu Kingdom because of his political affiliation with his god father and his greed for self-advertisement.

As if that was not enough he has the effrontery to blackmail the prince of Ijaw Deity (Egbesu) Government Epkomopolo aka Tompolo. His reckless comment by this self-styled leader of MEND that NDA are Nimassa Avengers, that Tompolo is behind them and sponsoring them just to avert arrest from the EFCC prompted the Nigerian Army to descend on Gbaramantu Kingdom, searching for Tompolo that they destroyed, looted, arrested, raped, killed innocent women and children.

Will the Ijaw Nation close its mouth and their eyes and watch these faceless MEND and their Islamic partners to succeed in eliminating all the bravest youths that are the future leaders of tomorrow in the Niger Delta? Enough is enough. Let them be told that the Niger Deltans are all Avengers, we are proud of the Avengers, we are all Avengers. We will continue to avenge until Nigeria is restructured.
We are not against President Muhammadu Buhari granting the Boko Haram Amnesty, if sole purpose is to own an Islamic caliphate in the north, but they should mot shift it to the Niger Delta. All we know and want is resource control and true federalism, if truly they believe in one Nigeria, and are working harder to build a prosperous One Nigeria. Let them shift their Operation Crocodile Tears to the Fulani Herdsmen and the Boko Haram that is threatening the Unity and Peace of Nigeria, by shifting their next line of action to innocent Christians and Churches, because a single soul of a Christian and a Church burn will set Nigeria on fire. Let them stop playing politics with the lives of Nigerians, to achieve their planned Islamization.

PoliticsHow FG Spent $340m, N27bn In Search Of Oil In The North by outknow(op): 3:27am On Aug 01, 2016
AFTER 3 decades of elusive search for hydrocarbons in the Lake Chad Basin where the Federal Government spent about $340 million and additional N27 billion, in seismic expedition, Nigeria looks set to continue its crude oil exploration in the North East region.

But petroleum engineers, investment experts and geologists have warned the Buhari administration could yet burn its fingers in the long run as the geography of the zone may not guarantee a commercial find.

It was on the basis of this sentiment that the recent marching order handed down to the management of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to resume oil search in the Chad Basin after 30 years of futile efforts is eliciting reactions from stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.

They have argued that the quest for hydrocarbons in the Chad Basin, which is adjacent to Niger Republic, Cameroon and Chad, would seriously be hampered by economies of scale projections, insecurity and the unwillingness of oil companies to drill outside the Niger Delta with already proven reserves. This may also have been responsible for their inability to invest in the North East after 30 years of exploration.

But the Group Managing Director of NNPC, Dr. Maikanti Baru, had, while receiving the Governor of Bauchi State, Mallam Mohammed Abubakar, disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari had directed the Corporation to resume its oil search in the Chad Basin and other parts of the North East.

The President’s directive is coming after the Federal Government had burnt a whopping N27 billion and $340 million in the three decades of search for oil in the region without commensurate result.

However, those who are conversant with investments in the sector say the NNPC’s plan to resume exploratory activities in the Chad Basin may not be a viable option for an economy in recession, at least, in the short and medium term.

Studies have indicated that the Nigerian end of the Chad Basin has little potential for commercial oil deposits and would require huge expenditure in addition to security challenges in the zone. In an era of low crude oil prices, international oil companies would be very unwilling to commit resources to drill in the North, particularly as prospects of commercial finds look largely slim.

“While there are about 37 billion barrels of proven oil reserves and about 187 trillion standard cubic feet of gas in the South South of Nigeria, what we want to explore in the North is an unproven reserve of about 2.3 billion barrels of oil reserves and about 14.65 trillion standard cubic feet of natural gas available for four or more countries in the Chad Basin,” the study asserted.

“If you do the cost benefit analysis, you can see that it is not viable in the short and medium term,” said Henry Boise, Petroleum Economics, Management and Policy Researcher at Emerald Institute for Petroleum and Energy Economics, Policy Strategy, University of Port Harcourt.

Notwithstanding, however, Baru has informed that the renewed search for hydrocarbon deposits in the Chad Basin would entail extensive probing of some allocated and non-allocated oil blocks in the region to establish the magnitude of the deposits. And this would involve huge investment from the public treasury.

The NNPC GMD noted that the Corporation has identified specific oil blocks in the area where some of the finds have been made and would move to re-invigorate exploration based on fresh strategy.

“You know that very close home, we have exploration activities on the frontier basin in the Chad and some areas close to the Kolmani River where Shell had made some indicative discovery of hydrocarbons. Now, Mr. President has directed me to go into that area to further explore the magnitude and prospect of those finds.”

“We are taking steps to re-strategise and get into those regions. We will re-invigorate the frontier exploration and see how they can collaborate with NNPC that is holding Block A09 where some of the finds have been made, and also for the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to assign redundant blocks,” he said.

Boise, however, faulted Baru’s position, insisting that “exploration is an expensive activity. You can explore an entire field and you might not find anything. In the Chad region, oil has been found where the water is deeper. The Nigerian region has shallow waters.”

Who should take the lead?

Having explored the Chad Basin for some decades without any success in oil discovery, experts have advised that the NNPC should not take the risk by getting involved in the process, rather, private sector operators and International Oil Companies (IOCs) should be the ones driving the process that would eventually lead to oil discovery and subsequent exploration activities.

They argued that it would not be economically rational for the nation’s leadership to commit to financing exploratory activities in the North East with the staggering economic headwinds buffeting the nation.

Director, Centre for Petroleum Economics and Energy Law, University of Ibadan, Prof. Adeola Adenikinju, said considering the huge financial obligation of the NNPC, adding the burden of oil exploration in the Chad Basin would be foolery.

He specifically mentioned the inability of the NNPC to manage its upstream assets in the Nigerian Petroleum Development Corporation (NPDC), coupled with its failure to meet up with its cash call obligations currently put at about $6 billion in its various Joint Venture (JV) operations with IOCs.

The petroleum economist explained that committing huge resources for oil search in that region at a time the global oil market is going through a difficult time would not be a good investment decision for the country to take.

‘‘I doubt if NNPC has the resources to commit to such cause. Again, this is where the issue of political interference comes in. This is not an issue of politics but business. Directing the NNPC to resume oil search in that region is not good for the corporation. The corporation should run as an independent business entity devoid of political interference. They should be able to determine whether to resume oil search or not, and not the government telling them what to do,’’ he warned.

His views were equally supported by the publisher of Africa Oil and Gas Report, a magazine focusing on the petroleum sector, Mr. Toyin Akinosho, who warned against the involvement of NNPC in the resumed search for oil prospects in the Chad Basin.

Akinosho said though the IOCs were not interested to get involved in exploration activities in that region, they prefer to concentrate their energy and resources in deep water operations, having gradually moved out of onshore prospects as a result of attendant security challenges.

The publisher who is also a geologist with several years of working experience with Chevron, advised NNPC to allow those that are more experienced in that terrain to develop the assets and then pay returns to government, stressing it would be a more sustainable approach.

What should be done?

But while Adenikinju and Akinosho acknowledged the need for more oil fields to be discovered outside the Niger Delta region, considering the security challenges associated with that part of the country, they advised that such risks should not be for the NNPC to take. Let private sector players, who are more knowledgeable in playing in that terrain take the risk and deliver the benefits to government for the good of the country,’’ said Akinosho.

Akinosho said it was a good idea for government to make new discoveries through exploration activities because exploration is all about knowledge seeking, and not necessarily about discovery of oil because it creates a lead to solving other problems.

He explained that in trying to explore for oil in Chad Basin, gas could be discovered in the process, and such could be used to generate about 100 megawatts of electricity for that region, which, he said, is value addition since that was not the original intention.

He disclosed that there are several smaller oil and gas companies operating in Kenya, Sudan, Angola and some other parts of the world that have taken on similar projects located in the desert just as the Chad Basin, that are giving good returns to the owners of the assets.

On his part, Adenikinju said what the NNPC should do is to complete the seismic programme in order to actually determine if there is oil in that region, and having done that, now share them among IOCs and other interested investors, who may be willing to take on the risk having seen the prospect inherent in the region based on the result of the seismic operation.

He equally advised that the NNPC should quickly complete the seismic operations programme and bring the data for experts at the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) to subject it to analyses and scrutiny.

Meanwhile, Head of Energy Research, Ecobank Transnational Corporation, Mr. Dolapo Oni, said the NNPC has spent quite some time prospecting for oil in that region to no avail and needs to consider deploying the funds to developing reserves in other parts of the country – offshore Lagos, onshore Ondo, Southeast of the Niger Delta – areas where there are less security issues or spend the funds on creating infrastructure to provide alternate routes for oil and gas fields to move their products when facilities are damaged.

He equally submitted that Nigeria can resume the exploration in the North when oil prices recover above current levels.

Efforts on exploration in C’Basin

Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu, had, while in the saddle as the NPPC GMD, said the national oil company, through its Frontier Exploration Services and Renewable Energy Division (FESRED), progressed reasonably with seismic acquisition activities in the Chad Basin frontier area until insurgency led to its suspension.

Kachikwu said eight phases out of the planned 12-phase project to cover 3550sqkm had been acquired when the operation was suspended in November 2014.

“A total of 1,962sqkm was acquired and processed, interpretation is on at 90 per cent completion, and drilling activities will commence by the last quarter of 2016,” said Kachikwu.

Between 2011 and 2013, Prof. Jerry Gana, then chairman of the Northern Economic Summit, said it got a $240 million approval for oil and gas exploration activities in the Lake Chad Basin and other areas of the North including the Benue Trough, Bidda Basin and the Sokoto-Rima Basin.

Exploration soon commenced in the region and in 2013, following former Vice President Namadi Sambo’s declaration that “oil prospecting in the Lake Chad Basin is yielding promising results and may lead to commercial exploitation of oil and gas,” an additional $100 million was earmarked for the project in addition to the N27 billion he claimed had been spent.

Prospects for oil in Chad Basin

But despite the huge resources that have been committed to the seismic activities in the region, geologists are wary of the possibility of finding oil in commercial quantity in Nigeria’s end of the Chad Basin. “The Chad Basin from the Nigeria end has been proved to be non-petroliferous,” said Omagbemi Kakayor, a petroleum geologist.

Another energy consultant for major oil and gas companies, Christopher Renaldi, advised agencies involved in the reform of the power and gas market that this is not a wise move at this time.

The Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders are very proud of our Royal fathers Chiefs, distinguished leaders that converged yesterday in Warri, on the 30th of July, 2016. We are very proud of them because they have stood fearlessly to demonstrate the true spirit of the Izon Nation.
If the government is truly sincere about solving the Niger Delta crisis, they should discuss with our distinguished elders. The proposed release of Henry Okah, Charles Okah, and Nnamdi Kanu and others is a well come development to build the dialogue process.
MEND should stop embarrassing our distinguish leaders from the region because Niger Deltans knows that MEND has been disbanded, granted amnesty and settled with pipe-line line contract. When we checked Government Tompolo, GOC, Empkomupolo is declared wanted by the EFCC, Alhaji Asari is in support of the cause, Ateke Tom is peacefully in his community, with his philanthropic gesture and spirit to see the well-being of his people earning the title of a first class chief in his kingdom, Henry Okah is in jail, Charles Okah is in jail, so who is speaking for MEND now? Can they honorably unmask themselves, if they are truly fighting for the well-being of the region, or is it a ploy to connive with the federal government to eliminate our bravest youths?
MEND has since lost its glory or been celebrated like the likes of Isaac Adaka Boro, Ken Saro Wiwa, Government Epkomupolo, Alhaji Asari. Instead of standing for the truth and the emancipation of the people they claim to be fighting for they choose to betray the struggle because of their monetary gains, greed and selfishness, which has made them to frame each other, and even brought the struggle into disrepute by introducing terrorist and criminal into the Ijaw struggle. The Ijaws don’t take innocent life, the Ijaw struggle is against kidnapping, bombing of innocent citizens, cultism, armed robbery, sea piracy.
We want to ask why everyone is decamping to the APC, was everyone in the APC before President Muhammadu Buhari won the 2015 Presidential Elections? President Buhari should stop playing politics and concentrate on governance to ensure the well-being and prosperity of all Nigerians, as Nigerians are passing through an excruciating hardship.

In the history of Nigeria a family is exchanging their child with a bag of rice. It is very good to answer this question, why didn’t the Niger Delta agitate during the era of former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan?

We want to put the records straight that after the 2011 elections, GEJ won, President Muhammadu Buhari made a statement that he will make the nation ungovernable for former President Goodluck Jonathan’. After statement, the Boko Haram terrorist organization sprang up with their killings, bombing of churches, and the bombing of the UN office in Abuja. President Goodluck Jomathan was distracted because terrorism was not known to Nigerians, so his focus was to ensure the peace and unity of Nigeria.
Before then the United State predicated the breakup of Nigeria in 2015, President Goodluck Jonathan was busy trying to appease all Nigeria that he is not a sectional leader, but a leader that believes in the unity of Nigerians. There by neglecting his region and was not able to construct roads, even to provide good drinking water for his community. The most painful is the Eat West road that was in controversy that took lots of lives because of its dilapidated conditions. As we speak after six years of the reign of the son of Niger Delta on the saddle of affairs of Nigeria the axis of the East West road is the shameful and most pathetic.
The insincerity towards the dialogue process to finding a lasting peace in the Niger Delta, the Government is not interested in the well-being of the people of the Niger Delta, neither are they interested in the peace and harmony of the Niger Delta. They are only interested in the oil, using divide and rule tactics to exploit our people which is what they are interested in.
The Niger Deltans have suffered in the hands of the Nigerian government through their divide and rule tactics through few criminal minded elites to impoverish the people. This is why from 1957 when oil was discovered in commercial quantity in Oloibiri till date there is nothing to show forth as an oil producing region, all we see is suffering, hunger, poverty, gas flaring, and degradation.
Now their ploy is to cause disunity in the Niger Delta in order to go on with their exploration and exploitation. All what we see now in the Niger delta is disunity, witch-hunting, tribal sentiment, poverty, which they are using in order to achieve their purpose is to exploit the oil. These things are done deliberately to disorganize the people of the Niger Delta to enable them continue with oil exploration.
Even in political appointments they try to use it to create disunity among the people. Example, in the NDDC, if truly they meant well for the region, there won’t be any need for agitation, an Isoko man is from Delta state, why are the Itsekiri people protesting, in Ondo the same thing, Akwa Ibom the same thing, Abia the same thing?

These things are political calculations well planned and drafted by the northern to achieve their oil exploitation. It is so shameful that a terrorist organization that has no regard for human sanctity like the Boko Haram that kill innocent Christians, bomb Mosques, kill innocent Nigerians, abduct and cut shut the dreams of the Chibok girls, kidnap women and children, even slaughter loved ones in the presence of their family members in the name of Islamisation stating that western education is bad.

To further expose their Islamic agenda to own our oil and enslave us, they have gone further to absorb more than 250,000 civilian JTF into the Nigerian Army and even boasting to absorb more into the military and paramilitary force. As if that is not enough, they are offering the Boko Haram Amnesty with the sole aim to invade the Niger delta in the name of fighting militants. The drafting of special forces to the Niger Delta is not a threat to the people Niger Delta, because before this time we have known the Islamisation plot of recruiting Saudi Mercenaries, absorbing civilian JTF, and recruiting of Boko Haram members to form a special force to invade the Niger Delta.
This is an evil plan that will not work, their plans are well exposed. Their first step is to use few of our greedy political elites. The second plan is to frame distinguished leaders with frivolous charges. The third one is to incite crisis for the military to come into the Niger Delta sole purpose to kill all the vibrant and brave youths of the region, that are mouth piece and leaders of tomorrow.
Talking about corruption former President Olusegun Obasanjo, in the 1970’s was the first person that stole money from Nigeria yet he is still in the corridors of power. Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, in the 1990’s, the Gulf oil wind fall, Abdusalami Abaubakar during transition from military to civil rule, discovered and recovered the Abacha loot and the discovering of off-shore oil wells and Bonga Oil field shares. How come about the wealth of T. Y. Danjuma? How come Atiku owns INTESL, a Custom officer and a Vice President, is their wealth from groundnuts and cows? They have all enriched themselves from the proceeds of our oil resources.
They are now using our resources to acquire weapons and fighters to enslave us in this 21st century. We are very sad with our brothers that use Niger Delta struggle to enrich themselves and at the same time been used by the northerners to achieve their aim of exploiting the oil. We want to use this opportunity to thank our distinguished royal fathers and kings and distinguished leaders that stood up to say the truth and we are also proud of our gallant heroes that started this course for the love and pains of their people. “we comort our cap for them” for they have all played significant role for the advancement of the Niger Delta struggle.
The spirit and courage, fearlessness, bravery is motivating us to put a stop to this planned Islamic agenda against the Niger Delta. Just as we are asking our fathers how come their age mates put Niger Delta in this pathetic condition that is why we shall not allow our children to ask us the same question.

They fill they have settled some few charlatans and criminals that calls themselves ex-militants, that are few, using them to hijack the struggle, that this distinguish sons and fathers stood for. Isaac Adaka Boro never took sides against his people or enriched himself, Ken Saro-Wiwa laid his life for this same course, Government Epkomupolo aka Tompolo, the prince of Ijaw deity (Egbesu), initiated the one and only Maritime University.

Alhaji Asari Dokubo truthfully and courageous, Farah Dagogo brilliant and focused, Ateke Tom, brutal but yet stands for his people, his humanitarian services have earned him a first class chief in his kingdom. We learn so much from our distinguished fathers and leaders, that is why we have decided to take up the fight to a logical conclusion that enough is enough.
If the federal governed can fight the air, and the gods of equity and justice that is when they can defeat us. We shall not wash the Islamic dominated government, Islamic dominated military, Islamic dominated police, Islamic dominated DSS, to harass and arrest our prominent Niger Deltans any longer.
The battle this time around is our sanctity as human beings and people of the Niger Delta, our survival as human, our dignity and pride as people. After exploiting and polluting our region with nothing to show, but yet cities are built out of desert and rocks, but we in the Niger Delta have nothing, no clean water to drink, no good roads, no electricity, despite the fact that we have the gas and resources that feed the nation.
We are impoverished in the midst of plenty, all what we see is gas flaring, from the water we defecate and bath with is the same water we drink. Enough is enough we cannot take it in this 21st century.
We had better fight to see to end than to be killed like slaves, let them acquire their drone, recruit their Islamic fighters, acquire their weapons of mass destructions, we are not threatened because wed blessed by God, let them check our history, the Almighty God never made a mistake in blessing us with our resources.
Our love, humility, friendship, brotherliness, togetherness, has reduced us to slave in the hands of the jihadist. But let them be warned that we extended a hand of understanding as a people of God for equity and justice. So everybody can be blessed by our resources but they choose to own us and also want to own us. It will not work in this 21st century.

The Ijaws and Niger Deltans are not Cowards.

PoliticsYour Acquired Drones Won't Stop Us-ND Avengers Mocks FG by outknow(op):
ND Avengers has accused the FG of using delay tactics on peace talk to acquire drones.

Read from them:

The NDA intelligence agency gathered that the said peace talk or dialogue by the federal government is a delay tactic employed by the federal government, to enable their purchased drones that are said to arrive latest end of August from the United State.
This whole thing makes us to wonder what kind of country is this? We can all see that President Buhari led government is fraud. They are not serious about any dialogue and made it seems the Niger Delta Avengers are the ones not ready for dialogue.
Mr. President you can purchase all the drones in Europe and Untied State. It won’t stop the Niger Delta Avengers from bringing the country’s economy to zero.
The worse you can do is to kill poor innocent people which the military is good at but know the Nigeria Economy will suffer. Also noted, you will not be able to export one litre of crude in the Niger Delta. Just intensify the oil exploration in the North East as for the ones in the Niger Delta forget about it because the Nigeria government won’t export a drop from our land.

PoliticsImo North Senatorial Election: Okorocha On A Wild Goose Chase – Ekweremadu by outknow(op): 1:53am On Jul 26, 2016
The Deputy President of the Senate, Chief Ike Ekweremadu has berated the Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, over his reported claims that he (Ekweremadu) relocated to Imo State during the inconclusive Imo North Senatorial District re-run election, in a bid to influence the outcome in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In a statement issued by the Special Adviser (Media) to the Deputy President of the Senate, Mr. Uche Anichukwu, he said the Ekweremadu would have “allowed the governor to continue to wallow in his delusions and wild claims, but, considering the fact that this is the second consecutive statement by the governor in one week wherein he attempted to impugn the integrity and democratic credentials of the Office and person of the Deputy President of the Senate, we are being compelled to set the record straight”.

Continuing, Mr. Anichukwu said: “The Deputy President of the Senate visited Imo State for the last time in 2015. It is also instructive that the governor’s claim comes on the heels of another statement by some All Progressives Congress (APC) elements in Ezeagu Local Government Area on Sunday where they whined bitterly over the huge solidarity shown by the good people, stakeholders, and traditional rulers of Enugu State to Senator Ekweremadu during his annual Ikeoha Scholarship and Bursary Awards/Adult Literacy Day at the Council headquarters on the same Saturday, June 23, 2016.

“For the same party to also claim that the same Ekweremadu who was empowering his people at Ezeagu in a well reported event on the same Saturday was also in Imo State at the same time to influence election is just another showcase of the buffet of lies, deceit, and confusion that has become the order of the day in the ruling party”.

He advised Governor Okorocha and other APC leaders in the South East zone to “preoccupy themselves with ending the invasions and killings by purported herdsmen, gross marginalization of Ndigbo in the distribution of opportunities and the blessings of democracy as well as the worrisome trend of inconclusive elections”.

Mr. Anichukwu said Governor Okorocha’s statement also showed poor understanding of the workings of the legislature, noting that Ekweremadu was not perturbed in any way by the wishful prospects of an APC Senator of South-East extraction.

“The Senate has a ranking rule, and if Okorocha was not able to secure a principal office, even Deputy Majority Whip for the two House of Representatives Members from Imo State, it is left to imagination how he would be able to appoint a Deputy President for the Senate. He is on a wild goose chase”.
