Now this is beyond the ridiculous!

What does this guy want to achieve? What's the endgame? Is it his ego at play here or what exactly?

This policy is killing the hustlers in Nigeria. Livelihoods are at stake

Thank you very much for this information comment.
I'm intrested in what you said about finnish masters beign competitive.
Please what and what do you need in other to stand out?
Most of them have very limited places and there's a high number of applications. Most of them(at least those in STEM) usually expect you would have worked after your first degree so they expect you to prove your experience.

You'll have to write personal statement. Summary of work experience etc

Hello all

Pleases is it possible to study in Finland with dependent kids(I have 2 kids) 5yrs and 7yrs. Yes its possible

Will I be able to apply for myself and both kids. Yes you can apply for residence permit but itll be easier if you are going with your spouse as it'll show the kids will have a caregiver apart from you to enable you do well in your studies

Can a get admission to study education? I have experience but my BSC is in another course. don't have much info about this but Finnish masters are very competitive so you have a high hill to climb to prove you have what it takes.

How much is needed as proof of funds please. 6720Euro for a session for you individually. with the kids, prepare for x3

I tried reading previous charts but couldn't find answers to these questions. visit Studyinfodotfi and check through the school websites and you can also visit enterfinlanddotfi or migridotfi

Kindly help please. Thank you so much
I'm sure others will have more detailed information than what i did here

I have been reading reading and reading....also researching and researching......now I will start the process...and as I move along, I will write down everything I do one by one

1. Am calling everyone I know, so they I can gather £9000 to get ready for block account

2. Now, I want to start looking for schools (am soooooo excited)
That makes 2 of us. I'm about starting too. Pray for God's favour for us all

Oga. I'm sorry but this is hasty generalization. I had a cgpa of 2.7 on German scale and i got admission to study Geoinformatics at 2 out of the 3 schools i applied to (Hannover and Berlin). I am currently at TU Berlin studying for my course. So please don't try to mislead people by making assertive statements when you don't have your facts correct.

Also, my wife had a cgpa of 2.6 on German scale in Chemistry amd she got admission from 2 schools (Leipzig and Kassel). She will be going for her visa interview next week.

Moreso, it is only the state of baden-wuttenberg that has applied the tuition fee stuff. So it is only universities in the state who pay the tuition of 1500 euros. Though i agree with you that others may also change their policy soon but that doesn't mean someone should not use the better opportunity of studying for free which is still available now because of an uncertain policy change in the future
This your post is really giving me plenty hope as my gp is similar to yours on the German scale. I was also denied admission in the USA. Really wish to hear about your experiences particularly with respect to your wife's program as I'm planning on going with my kids and would wish to get all the knowledge I need. I'm in the applied sciences too like you.

Congrats bro

Dear fam of this great German thread. Greetings

Pls I want to know if there's anyone here who went on this German expedition or is about going with kids. How did you good people cope? What are the important non written rules to know? What secrets to learn? I'm a young mother who doesn't want kids to be an excuse not to follow my dreams. Pls your experiences and knowledge shared here will be greatly appreciated

NO! You cannot use your 2015 IELTS to secure admission for winter 2018, as IELTS can only be used for a maximum of 2 years from the date the IELTS result is published, many school insist on maximum of 2 years ....I will advice you to apply to schools that uses CERTIFICATE OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY from your alma mater as an alternative to IELTS/TOEFL .Another option is for you to write another you write another IELTS.
Thanks a lot sir for your response.

Pls how does one get transcripts certified by a notary when we are not supposed to have them to avoid tampering? I applied to some schools in US and my alma mater sent my transcripts directly to them. Sorry for all these my questions pls
