That my friend is a way to get a permanent seat to the UN Security Council, something Nigeria won't get.
i spent my undergraduate years studying peacekeeping and diplomacy in a very prestigious nigerian university. Now there are several instruments available to a state in pursuance of its foreign policy ( this should not be detached from its national interest) this instruments are institutionalized and recognised by the several institute of international relations and diplomacy scattered around the planet. They are- 1. War,
2. Might of its economy
3. Military might,
4.available mineral resources,
5. Propaganda,
6. Strategic detterence,
7. Alliance and counter alliance,
8. Trade,
9. Diplomatic influence,
10. Bilateral and multilateral treaties,
but the scholars at the south African institute of strategic studies have in their quest to topple Nigeria's interest for the security council seat created a new instrument of states policy this new instrument is know as A55 LICKING DIPLOMACY. You can see the famed Jacob zuma laying down his bald head to the pleasure of his Chinese superior.

Ciroc is my favorite vodka tongue
see my dear, whatever you do, don't call ciroc vodka, that poo is made from codeine and other ingredient but twas called vodka so that it could be sold legally. Ciroc, was drawn from the original name of the codeine made cough syrup that was being used by African Americans, it should be noteworthy that most of the artist promoting this ciroc in their videos are addict codeine users, lily wane, ric Ross and drake

Yet 70% are poor. Nigeria is among the poorest on earth. I hope you read the article. Your people are dying of hunger. Best solve that before you worry about. The average Ghanaian has better life, healthcare, security, education and easier access to food and water. Check the HDI of both countries.
ok, lets just end the quotes here, thanks for your time though. I think we both have our opinions about the two countries.

Well u live in a hellhole so you should be an expert on fcked up, I mean just take a look at your miserable life. That's the def of forked up.

A country where 70% lives on less than a $ a day. Nigerians are some of the poorest. Healthcare sucks, education system sucks.

Check out the hunger level in your country, all you know is to overhype Ghana's problems.

http://beautycribtv.com/news/hunger-level-in-nigeria-serious-report
hunger in Nigeria are you crazy, boy only a lazy man can complain of hunger in Nigeria we live in the fertile belt where everything grows so anybody still saying he is hungry should better die of his own incapacity and dude that your figure isn't real, how can anybody spend a dollar per day take for example " i went to the restaurant in my place of work yesterday and decided on eating beans and potatoe so i bought the beans for 0.5 dollars and the potatoe for 0.5 dollars when i was leaving with my order to my table i was under strict warning from the chef to make sure i finish. the food the food was enough to feed a hungry family of electricity exporters (ghana) and it was jst slightly above a dollar, here in naija we eat like true Africans should eat and i promise you that if the world bank statistic was a sincere one, then Nigeria should have been represented as a country that feeds well.

Do you blame them?
Ghana knows that Nigeria is not a serious country so they too want to catch-in where they could just like China catches in from all fronts: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, different rechargable lights, flash-light phones, motorcycles even cars recently etc.
India too catches in by introducing drugs and both Keke-Marwa and Napep.
Remember Nigerians industries now relocates to that country in search of regular power supply.
So by aiming to supply energy to Nigeria is in tune with realities.
let me start by saying that out of the whole ghanian lot you are the only one that tried to maintain decorum in your argument, i respect that. As per your reply you are grossly wrong from the first word you typed to the last one. Our justice system was drawn from the English system. You do not visit a law lecture room in a nigerian university without seeing lectures citing English cases. The Indian system too was drawn from the good ole English law book. But i still don't think you can use one case to just determine the competence of a legal system.

"A group of South African soldiers was robbed in South Sudan during a peacekeeping mission, the SA Navy said on Thursday.

"There was no loss of life, but some of their equipment was taken away from them," Captain Jaco Theunissen told Sapa.

He said the troops were on a convoy when they were ambushed on Saturday."

France just expanded their COIN deployment in North Africa - so they never intended on leaving

Furthermore it is plainly obvious that AFISMA is subservient to them - mere "native auxiliarys"
you cant say that. Afisma deployed little in a theater where France was packing force, afisma deployed mainly to support the French efforts and garrison retaken territories so they had to work with France.

Nope, France did.

So that completely torpedoes your argument that Nigeria will never be led.

Thanks for playing.

NEXT!
France didn't lead Afisma or any African interventive force in the continent, they are not a part of it, although they asked for the force to be set up, as they intended to leave Mali in the hands of an African force
