Of course I did. I really do not understand their recruitment procedure.

I discovered on the day of the test that people who applied for experienced positions were also invited for assessment. And I think I was the only graduate trainee applicant present on the said day.

It was SHL questions. There were verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning. You will be given 25minutes (I think) to answer 48 verbal reasoning questions and 35 minutes to answer 35 numerical questions. Before you start, examples will be given to you in order to understand how to answer the questions. Make sure you understand the examples before you proceed because the questions will be like the example given to you.
Furthermore, manage your time well, leave any question you don't understand and come back to it later. Don't click finish until you are through with your work

If so then I think the "pay slip" would be to confirm your pay since the last six months by your previous employer, and the "statement" would be your bank statement probably from your salary account.

But I beg to ask....when did payslips and bank statements become necessary documents for recruitment?

There was never a time I applied for an experienced position. It was the graduate trainee programme advertised sometime in December I applied for.

I really wonder why they're demanding for payslips and bank statement...

Na wa for them o.. They have been writing test since June last year. Many are stranded @ several stages of their recruitment and they are still calling for test.

yes I did. Although the invigilator told those of us without invite that our score will not be considered that there will be another invite, that our profile is not with them. But we didn't listen. The test is simple, it is written. If you are not a finance/accounting student pls get a book on financial management because there are objective test qstns on FM that you must answer. Simple maths(percent ratio average) and english. Get acquainted with financial terms. You will also write an essay. God bless you

I also just got an interview invite this evening scheduled for Friday.
