So my sponsor has this landed property which she had acquired back in the days, then she didn't get a deed of assignment or any form of documents to prove her ownership of the land.
So my question is:
Is there anyway I can prove she is the owner of the land to ircc.

Good morning house, pls I’m about to submit my application my place of work is sponsoring me, and they hv provided all documents required of a sponsor, including payment of my first semester tuition of 9800 CAD. On my own part I do not have any physical cash but I hv landed properties & my immediate family here as home ties. Now my concern is that, is it necessary I submit my SOA where my salary is been paid even though there’s no money in it? Is it important to have my own personal money or gift deed as POF too? My admission is in May, is it wise to defer it till September to enable me raise money or I should depend solely my sponsor’s SOA. Pls I need your advice gurus in the house as this would enable me make this decision of submitting the application or deferring the admission @Makano @ketima @@frankrobbn1 @lekiboboe @ anon123 and other gurus pls help a sister

This isn't advisable though and it won't fly..

He is already sponsoring his wife and I am sure he has other dependents there in Canada, so the Visa Officer won't be convinced of him sponsoring you cos I am sure they will have information about him in Canada when they do their background check on him...

Also as a 38 year old man, the Visa Officer will expect you fund your account and sponsor yourself, or if any of your parents can be your sponsor..

I need help. Please. I graduated 2012 in tai Solaris university of education. With bsc/ed sociology with 3rd class grade. SAD! but am interested in doing masters in Australia with mind of staying back with family. But when I graduated as we all known our fatherland, no work, so av bn self employed and I have tried usa many times but refused. Firstly I got scare if usa visa refusal could affect d aussie visa decision. Secondly gap, while thirdly is age, as am 34yrs now can I have someone who is very good in writing letter of intent and how to help me bridge this gap. Is there anyone who has stayed much like i did and still succeded wt visa to study in aussie? I am eager to leave this country and i think easiest way is study route. Well, i believe virtually all the Universities in Aussie for Undergraduate studies are now using AGENTS, and most of the Agents contacts are in some of them school's website.
I was the last person from West Africa that was given admission without Agent back in 2015.(my payment cleared before they barred not using Agents)

We had Zoom conference on Saturday with UQ Rep which was organized by Mel Education Agency.
I think they reps many schools because i got their contact from UTS website.
