Yes. I got my admission 2.2 for Griffith but my agent prefers Macquarie.

What you need to know is more documents, especially financial declarations will be required and proof of all finances(incomes) must be readily available. If your sponspor isn’t your parent, you would have to prove relationship. Check my timeline to see documents I submitted. However, every GTE is peculiar to applicants

My admission Letter for Griffith. Program commencement is July 18th but they didn't specify deadline for tution payment. I've read through the admission Letter severally no deadline. There's no way you won't submit bank statement when trying to apply for visa in Australia. Either the school asks or the embassy asks. The schools are now strict with who they give COE to so they now scrutinise. It's just that their own scrutinisation may not be as difficult and thorough as the immigration own. As for your other question, you can get the answers if you make the research on the internet. If Griffith has given you admission, you should know how much you're to pay for your school fee as it's always written on the offer letter. All the best.

I'm seeing on this thread some people talking of ONLY submitting bank statement to the schools while some ONLY submit to the embassies. I'm confused who is the right organization visa applicants are supposed to submit bank statement to? And I also heard some applicants don't even submit bank statement and still get their visa. The full package should be; Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical designs all affixed with professional seal. The structural should also have an analysis sheet.

For the supervision fee, it depends on the level the supervisor is operating on, so I can't say if it is high or low for the caliber of person involved.

PS: are you at the design stage and at the same time decking?

Sorry to mention I was talking about two different sites. One at designing the other at decking stage but it's the same architect. He only gave me the architectural and structural drawings with seal. He's a licensed guy. But we intend using flat roof for the decking building I'm seeing a lot of negative comments on flat roofing. And the architect said we should use hollow Blocks what's the difference between using hollow block and normal blind blocks?
What's the use of mechanical drawings I'm not familiar with it.

How much can an architect charge for designing of a 4 flat upstairs. And for decking site supervision. Mine charged me 200k for design and 120k for decking supervision. Is it gfair or expensive? I'm helping a friend build his house cos he's not presently around.
