If not how can the Nigeriens be cheering the coup plotters? They have been crying without end for a good representation, they may have also in the past engaged in protests to show their disappointment with how they are ruled and the same government may have employed the services of the same security officers to clamp down on them.
With the military takeover, they now see them as the ones that have come to answer their prayers.
