Shey you know that by your comment, you've implied that penalties are more or less goals of easy virtue and do not carry the same importance as non-penalty goals in determining how good a player has been. And I quite agree with you on this. So if you remove 12 penalties from the 30 goals scored by a certain Serie A player, you'd have 18 non-penalty goals. Even Benzema has done better lol.

I used to like him, but his tactics are outdated.
Defend and counter is very good for knockout games and can be effective, but as we have seen in his two ucl final loss, it can only take you that far.

It was the same tactics that exposed Mou at Man Utd and caused him to be sacked.
It used to be a good tactics in the past, especially when used as underdogs, but not so anymore.
