Dike987: Hey 🤠 @Dike987 1. Thank you and God bless you too. I am happy that the moderators on this thread are reading your opinions . 2. I also want to give kudos to @justwise because he ignored them totally despite the constant pressure on him to ban my moniker . 3. Even from the Holy books (AlQuran and the Bible) a sinner , ie armed robber, 419, kidnappers, rapist, etc must be a lawful-captives (caught red handed with evidences) before he or she can be crucified. 4. @Dike987 together with @ObamaMessi ** Don't respond to them again in order to not derail . We are all doing voluntary works here . Let's use our time to keep giving best opinions . Thank you ! Best Wishes🙏 |

ObamaMessi: Hey 🤠 @ObamaMessi. Wow ! This is wonderful. 1. I want to believe that your writeup there is 85% true and at time like this i am most happy because people are now seeing their motives. 2. Nevertheless, for the sake of other Nairalanders and the international communities , please don't answer anyone of them again. I don't want to fan the flame of resentment. @ObamaMessi It's my pleasure. Best Wishes🙏 |

anamo: Hey 🤠 @anamo. 1. Thank you for your advice . I like your literate and matured analysis of the whole scenario. 2. I actually decided i won't respond to them again but anything fraud allegation I will have to counter them. 3. Their logic is to use fraud allegations to drive people away from dealing with me but I am glad that personalities like @anamo and @ObamaMessi are now seeing that they have jealousy and enviness motive . 4. @anamo thank you . I am open to corrections and working as a team . Best Wishes 🙏 |

Ebdumi: Hey 🤠 1. Yes it is a good thing that your sponsor is in USA. Your sponsor can also be in China, UK, Uganda, Umuahia -Nigeria or anywhere in the world. 2. Your sponsor's location does not add to or deduct from your chances of securing visa. There are many many Multimillionaires and Billionaires who lives in rural areas or undeveloped countries . 3. The bad side of having a sponsor in the USA is that if the sponsor entered the USA with non immigrant visa (or illegally) and overstayed before he or she eventually secured Residency then it will have " A Chain Effect " (USA consulars will believe that you will do the same) on you. 4. Talk this aspect out with your sponsor and he or she can always transfer (funds) to the next family relative who can as well stand as your sponsor in case he or she has committed the sin of number 3 above . Best Wishes 🙏 |

coluwabe: Hey 🤠 @coluwabe. 1. To me, the major reason i could deduced that caused your F-1 visa denial is " Pre-Memorized Transcripts (answers ) which you even did in a wrong way. 2. Naturally , University undergraduate students does not really deal directly with Professors, but in your answers, you put too much emphasis (mentions) on professors as if you are a graduate student , even an Msc student s relationship with a professor cannot be compare to that of a PhD applicant not to talk of a Bsc student . 3. Also , your answer to : Why did you choose University of St. Thomas is not reasonable and convincing enough because you can easily make friends in any institution and it seems your main goal is to go and worship a particular Professor which is even out of focus for an undergraduate student . 4. Another debacle is your graduation plan answer which is ; to work with the National Institute of Medical research. Did you have any employment Bond contract with NIMR ? Your Post-graduation plan should be straight Msc or to help develop family business or to apply for STEM-MBA, or after the compulsory NYSC etc. 5. The consular who interrupted your interview was a senior officer (my personal reasoning ) because they don't usually interrupt an ongoing interview except in the case they want to verify something together . I think that officer signaled your inability to qualify to your interviewer. 6. You gave little info on " Who are your Sponsors ? This denotes that you have combined different sponsors (according to your Form I-20) because the question is supposed to be " Who is (not are). 7. Someone needs to study your over all profiles and presentations. Communication training is your no 1 , follows by DS-160 information. Best Wishes 🙏 |

Soludonido: Hey 🤠 1. No !. You cannot use mummy's appointment for popsy. Daddy is the Principal applicant. Therefore, don't tamper with mum's cgi for now , let's focus on dad. 2. You have to pay another MRV for dad but call the cgi 1st . 3. Besides, you actually provided wrong DS 1-60 confirmation. Perhaps you or the person who handled the initial request lacks adequate knowledge of the policy. Best Wishes 🙏 |

Nedkenzim: Hey 🤠 1. Yes you are qualified (If you have not b4). 2. No. Your visa fee (MRV) is still valid. 3. If you want to wait till November then find a related conference (coming up in the USA by Nov / Dec 2024 . * Or Look out for a 2-weeks short trainings that is related to your jobs or business , coming up in Nov/Dec or January 2025 and apply. * Then fill another DS -160 form and update it in your cgi profile after which you will need to print out a new visa appointment letter from your cgi portal. 4. Yes there is a way round . Best Wishes 🙏 |

Soludonido: Hey 🤠 1. Medical Emergency Appointment request denied as a result of lack of DS-160 is kind of not right to me, but if you received the email personally (not that an agent or someone forwarded it to you) then may be. 2. Naturally, MRV , USA contact hospital (doctor/specialist) invitation letter , Nigeria hospital (doctor/specialist) referral letter and payment (hospital bills deposit ) receipts are the documents i thinks are sufficient to request for a Medical Emergency. 3. I might get the call number for USA based callers for you but you may ask a family member to use the new call number i provided to call the cgi team first. 4. But let me be honest with you. it seems you re going to get another MRV for Daddy because once the Emergency Appointment Option disappeared it's not coming back again. Best Wishes 🙏 1 Like |

Soludonido: Hey 🤠 1. Change in local call center number format Effective January 1, 2024, the local Nigeria call center number 23412278955 new format will = be 2342012278955. The Nigeria Communication Commission introduced a '02' prefix to fixed line numbers, increasing the format of the local call center number from 8 to 10 digits. Best Wishes 🙏 |

excel1960: Hey 🤠 @excel1960. 1. Did you read the answer given to you by @fearlessfang (He wrote that you should find a more legitimate means to enter the USA) ? 2. Ask him what are the more legitimate means ? 3. Is conference B-1 visa OR study F-1 visa not a legitimate means to gain entry to USA ? 4. That's how far he has confused and misled lots of applicants on Nairaland with his over-protection of America which is not his fatherland. 5. You can enter America through any visa type . What the American government do not want or like is to jump fence into USA via Mexico or to cross illegally from Canada or via cruise ships from the Bahamas. 5. May be @fearlessfang wants you to wait till the USA embassy re-opens visa lottery to Nigerians or he wants your brother to file for PR for you. Best Wishes 🙏 |

excel1960: Hey 🤠 1. Don't apply for visiting visa in order to visit your uncle in the USA , the B2 visa stamping would be 10% over 100%. 2. If , however you are a very very rich individual with great ties in Nigeria then the score can move up to 25% visa success over 100%. 3. Don't give up on USA F-1 visa (because Canada study visa is more costly and takes time) . Nothing good comes as a piece of cake. You have to study (Google) the early life of successful people like Abraham Lincoln in order to keep you moving and emulate how they overcame failures . 4. Expectations makes you live longer . You have to keep expecting (visa re-application) something and make moves if you want to be successful in life. 5. If you are a professional person you can go for conference or short advanced study (also depends on your age). Best Wishes 🙏 |

ObamaMessi: Hey 🤠 @ObamaMessi. 1. Yes it's a shame for the likes of @Danburuwa, @fearlessfang. @Zihno and the rest of their gangs. 2. They have devided Nairaland into executive segments. They have groups and offices where they attends to their special applicants with old visa process ideas. 3. They will then be attacking the few people (like OyotunjiUSA) who are trying to liberate the thread on Nairaland. 4. They have misled many many applicants on NL. For example , that braggart @fearlessfang will usually ask visa applicants to not take documents to the embassy. He will also claims that you don't need that invitation letter and bank statement as if he works inside embassy. 5. Nairaland authorities should look at the activities of these old school characters . They usually turn all discussion into bigmarism and bigwomanism discussions. Best Wishes 🙏 |

Agbeni33: Hey 🤠 @Danburuwa ** Stop deceiving yourself. You are the one behind the moniker @Agbeni33. 1. You placed stolen vehicle for sell since 2021 and nobody has even price the vehicle because its paperwork is counterfeit. 2. You wanted to dupe Turkey visa hopefuls by claiming that you have an agent who is also processing Turkey visa for you. 3. You also asked foolish question which a primary 1 pupil should not ask all because you wanted to present yourself as innocent and keep directing people to your offices which were raided in Ogba, Ikeja and Ibadan In 2022. 4. If your daughter gained admission to OSISATECH and they gave her NGN 1.Million bill as school fees and you gave your daughter NGN 10. Million bank statement as proof of availability of the money, will they send her back home ? 5. The blinds leading the blinds. I am waiting for your answer . 🤠

Zihno: Hey 🤠 ** The crazy duo (@Danburuwa & @Zihno). 1. @justwise is not retired but he is tired of your foolish antics and idiosyncrasies. Hence, he is using silent is the best answer for the fools. 2. @Danburuwa, are you telling Nairalanders with @justwise that OyotunjiUSA is the one who is also behind the monikers of ... @samueljayone. @demmyfranc. @Jemima01. @anamo (your colleague who thought i would failed his bait) and @irumole1975 who drilled me with the same questions and failed to respond again ? 3. So, OyotunjiUSA is behind all those aforementioned monikers speaking with himself (as being claimed by @Danburuwa) ? 4. But OyotunjiUSA is not the one behind the moniker of @Rsogbuyi who has being advertising visa- date group on Nairaland ? 5. You guys should go and take your medications prescribed to you at the psychiatric- hospital located in YABA - Lagos. Best Wishes 🙏

Jemima01: Hey 🤠 1. The best form of mock interview is via physical drilling. All other avenue are prone to lackadaisical approach . 2. Nevertheless, in the case of distance barrier , i may draft the possible questions and answers for you (after studying your profile , program of studies , travel history, etc) and take you on via video call or phone calling. 3. A closed mouth is a closed destiny . Many applicants inability to express themselves very well or lack of answers idea is their (Visa failure ) undoing . Best Wishes 🙏 |

irumole1975: Hey 🤠 1. Yes she can get F2-visa now. The husband will still follow my previous opinion on sense 2. Renewal or New application is the same. But providing that the husband is still going to classes for his PhD degree (forget about his expired passport, he is still a valid student in the USA). Best Wishes 🙏 |
Travel / Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by OyoTunjiUSA(m): 5:32am On May 13 |
irumole1975: Hey 🤠 @irumole1975. 1. Yes the wife can renew her current F2 visa because the husband in the USA is still continuing with his PhD education (despite the fact that his visa has expired since 3 yrs back) . 2. But the husband must request a new (dependent) Form I-20 for the wife in order to renew her F2-visa. The reason is that the new I-20 must carry a travel signature (that is valid for every 6-months) from OIS. 3. She cannot go and pick up the old Form I-20 for automatic renewal. She need follow sense 2 above. Best Wishes 🙏 |
Travel / Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by OyoTunjiUSA(m): 9:19pm On May 12 |
irumole1975: Hey 🤠 A2A. @irumole1975 . A big amen to your prayer. Thank you . 1. In specific term , every F1-visa holder inside USA has indefinite stay via Form I 94 (D/S) provided that he or she maintains a valid Form I-20 ( ie applying for new program or continue to study ie Msc after Bsc , or continue study related activities eg internships etc) even if the F1 visa he or she got from Nigeria has expired . 2. Therefore , the husband who has been in the USA for the past 3 years does not matter if he is still doing or engaging in the activities that is related to his original F1-visa . 3. The wife in Nigeria cannot use the old Form I-20 ( which she used to secure her first F2-visa) to renew automatically. She needs a new Form I 20 to renew and she cannot request for it without the husband consent . 4. If the husband is still keeping the pace with his 194 and Form I-20 (eg from Bsc to Msc , or from Msc to Phd or from Msc Biochemistry to Graduate Certificate in cyber security or STEM MBA ) , then the husband can because of the wife request for a new Form I-20 (one for him , one for the wife) which the wife can now use to renew her F2 visa back in Nigeria or anywhere. 5. If the husband has deviated or changed status from F1-visa to another visa right now in the USA, then the ONLY option for the wife is to apply for B2 visiting visa (she cannot use her expired Form I-20 to renew). 6. The best time for the wife to have been able to renew with her old Form I-20 is immediately after the end of the husband program but since the husband did not request for a new Form I-20 then she has missed that opportunity (but the husband can still request if he meets up with sense 4 above). 7. The wife may however apply for her own F1 visa from Nigeria by beginning from application to schools in the USA or apply for B2 visa to visit her husband . Best Wishes 🙏 |
Travel / Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by OyoTunjiUSA(m): 5:23pm On May 12 |
anamo: Hey 🤠 A2A. ** @anamo. Your question is a teaser but let me use impromptu reasonings . 1. Husband F1 visa expired while he is still in the USA makes the wife F2 visa automatically expired while in Nigeria , therefore the wife cannot travel again until she renewed. 2. The husband Form I-20 is still sufficient for him to keep going in the USA despite the main visa expiration (it's not compulsory for the husband to renew) if he applies for advanced program of study , internships, etc. 3. The husband may not renew the main F1 visa until he eventually changed status (ie to H-1B, H1-C , Lvisa etc) all through Permanent Residency. 4. The husband may help the wife by applying to advanced program in his Host-University so that he can receive a New Form- I 20, thereby apply for New Form I-20 for F2 visa renewal for the wife. 5. By number 4 above, the husband does not Need to renew visa (the new I 20 will keep him going ) if he does not plan to travel out of USA. But he has given the wife the opportunity to renew her F2 visa via drop box in Nigeria . 6. If the husband does not want to do any stress and decide to face his studies on expired F1 visa but valid I-94 D/S ("duration of status.” This means the student can stay in the US as long as they maintain their visa status) , then the wife only option is to apply for B2 visa in order to visit her husband . Best Wishes 🙏 |

Blinkkks: Hey 🤠 1. You finished with 1st class and you scored 322 in gre but the school did not give you any funding ? 2. If your claim above is right then no better school in the USA will give you any funding because more than 5,000 Universities in the USA has almost 95% identical admission requirements for international applicants. 3. Why not change department or program of study ? On the other hand, the University you applied to may not have sufficient funds available to International students in this session (thereby justifying your re-application to another school). 4. If money is not an issue then go ahead and reapply. Otherwise, cool down to research the reasons for your denial .. But don't focus on scholarships or lack of fundings . 5. Did the consular officer or the 214b denial sheet given to you states lack of fundings from the school as the reason for your denial ? Best Wishes 🙏 |
