Very simple...if you noticed during the elections, the card readers had numbers on them...I suppose INEC will only load data of that particular polling on it...or maybe the data of a particular polling unit might have been stored on a flash card and then inserted into the card reader...

They are standalone units with the data of each polling unit loaded on them. The readers are expected to compare the data stored in the cards with the ones in its memory and determine whether they are original or fake.

Not really, your foreign degree and experience should suffice for most jobs. However, there are certain roles that may require some certifications from appropriate regulatory body.

No, you don't need to be a registered engineer in Canada to be considered for engineering occupation. You would only need to be registered (certified) to use the title "Engineer" or practice as one in Canada.

That's not how these things work. You just don't wake up and say you feel like questioning one random person. Anybody been probed or question left 'traces' that did not add up,so they are now being questioned for the purpose of clarity and what they know.

Jonathan is not beyond arrest if he is found culpable.He was really a let down to Nigerians.We kept our common wealth in his hands and he closed his eyes to d frittering away of meagre resources.This is not about tribe or any rubbish some nonentity spills here.It is about lack of supervision or incompetence,or both. I want only reasonable pple to react to my comment and not some hopeless Okada riders mostly from Afikpo and Abakaliki calling themselves and their deranged leader Nnamdi Kanu.
