This means she can not present her petition pending the expiration of the suspension with possible chance to extend the suspension period

If Natasha proves her case, this same woman would be held for false testimony under oath. Natasha wouldn't need to spend extra money and time chasing litigation against her. If she wants explanation, she should ask her husband. If she already did and she believes him, she should ask him to sue her.

Who gave him visa? That investment visa is not supposed to be for anybody that has 200 dollars. There should be a limit to it. For US it’s 5m. For Nigeria it should be nothing less than 500m. What ever country he’s from they need to find it and request that he’s brought back to answer to Nigeria.
