As for accommodation, I used Soulcare and will always recommend them. They take you for appointment and shopping etal, and most apartments have bus route for days you want to waka on your own if you are like me that likes waka waka lol. I don't have any experience from SOJ but pple here hav used them successfully too.

I read your post on cloth diaper and went to dig out my old cloth diapers, I used it for previous baby, not everyday dou, just when we run out of diaper or I just feel like using it, I ve used it few times for baby S too.
OK, I cut some pieces of cloth from a flannel to use as liners so as to make washing easier cos the poo stain on the diaper itself is always tasking to wash out as I have to soak well before it can come off completely and the white colour retained. I attached pix, make una no laugh me o lol #just experimenting #

Yours might be refusing to buy asoebi for an event because the cost of the fabric + tailoring will pay for 3 tubs of aptamil. It also might be opting for wigs rather than "sew in" (wigs are cheaper on the long run than going to the salon every 2 weeks). So just sit down and think of one personal "need/luxury" and cross it off your list.

I don't even buy things for myself o or do any expensive thing for myself. Everything about me it's children this children that. GOD help us. I don't even know which one is better between when they are babies and when they are grown. you don't talk about money for tin of milk anymore, you start talking about money for school fees, cos the higher they go, the higher their school fees

Just like you said, you may never ever have time for it again after now. Even though you and DH can always make the trip some other time but I understand where your hubby is coming from, as in he wants the honeymoon trip not just any other trip. Cos if baby comes, that trip may not happen soon and if it does, then it won't be honeymoon again, it will now b family vacation cos baby have interfered
I understand what morning sickness do to people, you may not even feel like travelling, shopping, kpeks and all the plenty groove things your hubby will want for both of you.
Anyway, check your level of morning sickness and know if you can go through with the plan. But if he insist, follow him, then any day the MS hold you bad bad una go sitdown for hotel room, if E gree you, una go waka/groove. At the end of the day, I think he will be happy that he made it happen and not look back and feel bad about the whole issh. My opinion

Won't your baby too be humble and accept other cheaper brands of formula?

I did EBF for 6months, She's 10months plus now and we don't do breastfeeding too often again, and am watching my weight so I ain't eating much again, if I use the breastmilk to prepare her cereal, will she still get all the required nutrients?

I started with enfamil which was even more expensive, but this "change" Era reach my side well well, so I had to switch to Aptamil, I hope I can just manage till she's one year then we will switch to a more affordable one.

I saw a post about how to make baby rice and also corn.
My question is, is there no way to make the baby rice/corn to be just like the packaged ones so when I want to feed baby, I don't have to cook with a pot rather I will just use warm water and prepare like packaged cereals.

Can we also make baby milk ? Lol (I know the answer to this question but I need more answers lol) cos it's baby milk that's even the most expensive
I buy Aptamil 900g and sometimes it doesn't even last up to 2 weeks. This "change" era is not even helping matters atall.

People put on so many fake things there, fake life, fake smile even when they are suffering at the moment. FB profile doesn't truly tell who a person is unless the mothers that pmed you have enough concrete evidence to show she's a scammer...

My brother's wife is pregnant and has a boy who will be one next month. They are both busy people. He even travels and returns. So I ask him how she is coping. And I found out they have a night nanny. She comes in the evenings and goes in D morning. Takes care of baby and house chores. An idea I hadn't known about.

Night nanny, dat makes sense. Instead of bringing one that will just come in the morning and clean the house and sleep/watch movie for the rest of the day and then go home when you are back from work, especially if kids go to school and get back in the evening. At least the person gets to feed/bath baby/kids at night, wake up early and prepare them for school and may also prepare and pack their lunch, bath and dress them for school. To me this makes sense especially with a working class parents.

I noticed that Jay's skin is getting darker and darker by the day. I'm suspecting his bathing soap, cos I don't use it to wash his face and it's much lighter than the rest of his body.
Please, recommend a good one that won't darken his skin anymore.
We're currently on nycil soap and coconut oil (body cream).. .

Are you and DH on the dark side?
It may not be the soap. Babies tend to get darker as they grow. They can't be as fair as they were when they were born. Baby Sophie's face is much more lighter than her body, infact she has a light face and dark body and I won't be surprised if the face keeps getting dark until it becomes same with her body. We use sebamed baby wash and body milk.

Nooo, na u be my senior. I'll be 36 weeks on sunday. I go rock the pink for the boy like that too (except for the gowns sha). I'm based in Lagos. I've already been booked for c.s but na the price pursue me. I learnt that with placenta previa, the woman is not allowed to go into labor because of risk of bleeding.

You should have inquired about the prices and take decision earlier. You can still register in govt hospital as their prices are much lower (usually less than 100k).
