5...Before I started my weightloss journey, I checked my weight and took measurements of my arms, bust, underbust, wrists, waist (belly button part), waist (below the belly), hips, thighs; penned them down in my jotter, along with the date I took the measurements...
Thank God I did this, because after a while, my scale stopped moving. I kept eating clean and exercising, yet my weight wasn't changing, but when I checked my measurements, they were actually changing...

I have a jotter for taking measurement with date too, yes it actually gives me joy to see am loosing some fat. I want to attain 70kg at least. I weighed 80kg but now down to 75kg.
I ve almost eliminated rice from my meal, swallow is an occasional thing now.

I also moved from size Large belly band to small cos this my protruding belly go like to give me unnecessary tough time.
Do you use thread mill for the 3km walk? I no get, so I have to walk round the estate and sometimes I no dey get strength especially in the morning.

Abeg make I go for my walk, time don reach.
Am doing 4km or more. I dey come o, mak una no run leave me with una talk talk. Brb

Yes you need to get at least one big and one smal thermal flask. One of for yourself and one for baby.
For the small thermal flask, i got haers which is the best but a bit scarce in the market now. And for the big thermal flask, i got Vigorous GINT. Both are fantastic.

What do you do with your big thermal flask?

As for the washing machine, did you buy with warranty? You can take it back to the company to repair. My washing machine of almost 4years is in LG office now for repair for the first time. I don't allow too many hands on my washing machine, I load the clothes and put detergent myself, then my girls will bring out the clothes when done.
13years watching Telemundo? I don't watch Telemundo but I guess it's a too much Love love kinda story. I was in my sis house sometime ago and watched some scene and mehn it's not for kids, even my sis was telling her girls sitting in the sitting room with us that they shud go to their room that the film is not for small kids.

Me I don't also like visitors, we lived in a one bedroom too when we got married and we didn't have live in visitors except when mumsi came for Omugwo, right now we reach like 13 live in human beings in my house (me hubby kids inclusive) . Sometimes we don't always get things the way we want it.

They cannot say no naaa. They don't expect a pregnant lady to wash their bathroom or start arranging their clothes for them while they do nothing. It's not nice
