You Can check Liftedhands post on prices of things they bought just last week, pick the things that you need and calculate but note that Abj price might be more expensive.
If you ain't buying things like cot, car seat, stroller, and all those big big things, maybe 100k go do to get the necessary things baby will be needing after few months. It all depends on your pocket cos no be everybody get 50-100k to spend on baby's items and they still get the necessary things they need.

It's castor oil.
People use it successfully but it makes labour so fast as in no breathing space that's what a friend that used it told me and she had a v. Delivery. If you ve exhausted the time given to you, you may give it a try.

I use the blue one with 7in the pack, just one hour I went to exercise, b4 I came back the tin don stain my short and it absorbed only I the middle. 2nd days are usually very very heavy for me.

I do have heavy flow at time so i use tampon then use always.before d tampon get filled up n b4 it drop down to d always am already home.
