So we went for our 6mnts immunization !

Since he's a little bit underweight, and he accepts the pap and rice very well, you should feed him more often. You know pap doesn't hold much weight, I think every 2-3 hrs should be fine for pap and 3hrs for the rice. He's just 6month old , then with time you can increase the time. This is apart from the breastmilk o, breastmilk will come in between the meal.

If you plan to do EBF, there is no need giving your baby the NaN1 again cos your breastmilk contains everything your baby needs for now. If you can see who to dash it to,fine.so it doesn't spoil cos I think it has 4weeks span after opening

Morning: lemon water
: about 4mile walk plus other light exercise when I got back home.

Afternoon: #100 cooked groundnut. I didn't eat it at once. Kept eating it from around 1-3pm then my yard people helped me finish it.

Evening: 2 medium size moi moi with half egg in each. Me and my yard pple ate it shaa. So I literally ate about 1&half of it.

Evening: walked same distance I walked in the morning. 4miles

Night: I licked little okro soup with 2 small piece of beef.
I think am seeing 73kg in the scale when I checked this evening

I quickly shouted NO , I don't have any baby in my tommy, your baby is in her cot. He went ahead to ask me "" so why are you putting your hand on your stomach""? And I replied while heading to the loo "I want to poo you need to see the way I frowned my face while answering him lol.

Weighed up to 80kg few months ago but down to 74kg at the moment. Hoping to weigh 70kg at least. I hope I can reach my target.
I do more of exercise (walk) and portion control/ dieting.

I'm a bit worried about somethings I hear, pls I need to know! Don't they give anaesthesia before suturing your episiotomies in Nigeria

Now this is gross if they don't! Mamas pls clear the air for me. That area should be numbed with a localised anaesthesia at least.

My dear, it's here I ve been hearing this too. When I had episiotomy during my first delivery of course I was given anesthesia. Infact they gave me the anesthesia while trying to clean up the womb cos the way they were putting hand inside eh to clean it up eh, I had to hold the nurse hand like say I don catch thief, I didn't allow them to go any further until they called the doctor and he told them to administer anastasia. How can they be suturing someone's skin just like that.

It's your body, you are the one that will feel all the pain alone when the time comes so do what you think it's right for yourself and not because hubby is jealous about someone putting hand there. I know some people opt for female doctors to take their delivery. That's another option you should try instead of CS. My opinion.

Dunno why you allowed DH to travel without making plans for emergency knowing fully well that the baby can pop any second from when he left the house. He could have arranged for a cab guy number atleast and let the person know the situation on ground and be alert if anything starts during midnight.

Anyway, we praise GOD for seeing you through, Mother alive, baby alive. Thank you Jesus.
Other expectant mums, please try to make arrangements for someone that will take you to hospital if you will be staying alone. If possible have different trusted and willing people's number in case if you call number 1 person and he doesn't pick up, you can call number2 and so on till you get an answer.
