pls there s this baby fruit puree product callled PURITY, It has different types like apple, carrot, mangoes, etc. I saw it ystday @ shoprite.
pls Wo knows abt it and has used it b4. how was it n is it Gud 4 babies? how can 1 gv it 2 a baby.

I have Purity mixed grain and my baby have been taking it without any problem. It's good I guess just like most other brand. I don't know about the puréed fruit.

3.2kg at birth and already weighing 9kg at 7months. I attached sleep suit with open leg. I guess we will wear it up to 18 months if possible depending on how fat she grow. The sleepsuit in the picture is 6-9month for both of dem.

Don't buy anything "newborn " even 0-3 month is not necessary, if you must buy it , let it not be more than 2, for onesies, buy from 3-6months, 6-9months even 12month,and baby starts wearing them from birth. You will be so surprised how he will grow into it. For sleep suit, buy same 3-6, 6-9 months. What I do is to buy mostly those sleep suit with open leg and use socks on baby's leg, by so doing, baby doesn't outgrow it quickly. If you will be putting baby in AC, buy those ones made of polyester, it's more expensive but it doesn't fade atall, you can use it for all your kids and it won't look old. My baby outgrew the 0-3 month overall soo fast, thank GOD I bot just 2of it. As for cap, two is just enough. You need loads of bib say at least 6pcs.
The quantity you will buy depends on how often you want to wash. If you intend to wash once a week, do your calculations on what will last you for one week and buy accordingly.

@ ejeh121, your baby is more than old enough to wean, if you ain't eating right, he won't be getting enough nutrient from the breastmilk. Give him formula, cereals and normal food you eat. The breastfeeding should just be an appetizer and not his main meal or better still STOP breastfeeding completely so you can regain strength for the baby in the bun. I stopped breastfeeding my son about 7-8 months cos I got preggy again, yes I felt guilty but hey I won't kee myself naa.

1) you can keep the nappy for emergency days when you run out of diaper or dash it out to someone it will be more useful to.
2) abeg buy new baby bed with net for dear Hansel. You can keep the other one the lady gave you for maybe afternoon nap in the sitting room or something like that or maybe when baby starts learning to sit, you can use it to shield his back so he doesn't hit head on the floor, just keep it as spare, it may be useful someday.
3) a detachable car seat is ideal, just make sure they can afford it cos with this dollar rate, I heard it's going for about 60k now
4) persil( not sure about the name again) our sabi mamas go answer you. I use normal detergent and rinse and spin thoroughly.
