Her mental age is so ahead of her physical age |
Picturesque! |
How things can change quickly. A few days ago many Nigerian fans wondered why Siasia had included Mikel. I’m sure no one is asking anymore. Siasia ,more than anyone, knows Mikel’s potential . He probably asked him to roll back the years |
This Shehu is baller |
Imoh Ezekiel is doing his reputation a world of good. European scouts must have taken notice. |
So glad we avoided Brazil. Playing Brazil at home is a no no considering our struggles with South American opponents at any level not named U-17(I won't have a problem if it's in the final). I knew they (Brazil) will finally get it right and once they click it will be difficult stopping them. |
chimoskyg:Yeah, Depression |
Would have been nice if he had a medal for his efforts. Nevertheless, it's no mean feat. Kudos to him for keeping himself fit for so long. Relive one of his greatest moments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahOnhEvMgq0 |
Wow! Keep at it; u can do a Leicester. |
A very dominant performance from the dream team. I can now have a good rest. |
e go pain me if Sweden equalise. We should be at least 2 goals ahead. One area these are strikers can improve is their decision making. |
ben1daEbiri:I don't understand you. You asked for established players and I called Lars Bender. U don't know the meaning of mediocre. Chelsea (like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich etc) is a top top club with many superstars. It's no shame if you are not a super regular. He may not be superstar but he's not mediocre. If he were, he would have shipped away long ago by one of the many managers that have managed Chelsea in the last decade. |
This swedish goalie is MOTM |
ben1daEbiri:Well, average players do not play for Chelsea for over a decade (earning over 240 caps and winning every title in club football). I know Germany brought Lars Bender, Mexico- Jorge Torres and South Africa- Itumeleng Khune |
ben1daEbiri:U dey call U-23, kids. Most great players Messi, Ronaldo, CR7, Pele et al were already the best in the world by 23. |
zaragal:There are places in the bible where references made to jewelries are good. Ezekiel 16:11-14 11 I adorned you with ornaments, put bracelets on your hands and a necklace around your neck. 12 I also put a ring in your nostril, earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. 13 Thus you were adorned with gold and silver, and your dress was of fine linen, silk and embroidered cloth. You ate fine flour, honey and oil; so you were exceedingly beautiful and advanced to royalty. 14 Then your fame went forth among the nations on account of your beauty, for it was perfect because of My splendor which I bestowed on you,” declares the Lord God. The Bible also makes these comparisons: Prov. 25:11-12 A word aptly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. Like an earring of gold or an ornament of fine gold is a wise man's rebuke to a listening ear. Prov. 1:8-9 Listen, my son, to your father's instruction and do not forsake your mother's teaching. 9They will be a garland to grace your head and a chain to adorn your neck. How can something so "immodest"(Jewelries) be likened to the beauty of sound counsel? In the verse below, Abraham gives Rebecca these gifts via his servant (when he sent his servant to look for a wife for Isaac). "And it came to pass, as the camels had done drinking, that the man took a golden earring of half a shekel weight, and two bracelets for her hands of ten shekels weight of gold' (Gen 24:22 KJV). |
zaragal:@Bolded Though I respect Daddy G.O., I do not agree with that line of thought. To say the way people were born was the way God created them is arguable. If a child is born with a deformity is that the way God created him? If he or his parents decide he should undergo corrective surgery are they challenging God? If there's nothing wrong with having corrective surgery then there's nothing wrong with using makeup to enhance beauty or conceal facial flaws |
hmmm.... |
maimalari:Oga, Oil revenue is just 13% of our GDP. |
Funny but true to an extent. No one is perfect what's important is teachability |
This is so funny |

Ejanla07:Life is not always digital (i.e. on or off). There's a mid-point where balance is struck. Zombies and Wailers are deep into hero worship. Zombies canonize Buhari, wailers Gej. We don't care. All we want is good governance. Zombies and Wailers attack personalities. We address issues. We know Gej did some good things but left a lot to be desired. However, Zombies think the root cause of Nigeria's problems is Gej. U would almost think Nigeria gained its independence in 2010. They ascribe everything good to Buhari blame everything bad to Gej. Even when all Buhari does is tap the ball into an empty net they celebrate like he took the ball deep in his own half, manoeuvred his way past five players before rounding the keeper and coolly slotting the ball into the net. While the Wailers believe everything wrong with Nigeria is Buhari's fault. The hatred is such that I feel they rather have him fail and be happy (that they were right about him being a dullard) than see him succeed and Nigeria be better. |
Emyogalanya:I wish I had a name for them. U could coin one. |
duality:I'm not against your philosophy. But I've seen this happen time and time again. It's just the female psychology. U'll have to find the balance. |
He's not a wailer. I think they are three categories of people: Zombies (Buhari is infallible - he can do no wrong), Wailers(Buhari can never do good - even if he gave his life) and those who are objective (see things as they are. Give praise when due and criticize when required). I think he's in the third category |
kachikwudavid:I was rooting for someone else. The truth is one generous well-to-do fan can out vote one thousand fans who are might just be students. Get my drift? |
Sounds nice in theory but the reality is that you may end up being just a Friend |
HBD Papilo Happy New Month Folks |
Nice points u've raised. I sometimes ask myself if we actually need a National Assembly. IMO, the National Assembly is useless. I'm yet to see them pass into law a bill that would benefit the masses. Yet they are paid handsomely. The yearly allocation for the National Assembly, which has less than 10,000 individuals on its payroll, surpasses the annual budgets of 21 of Nigeria’s 36 states including Katsina, Benue and Jigawa all with populations of more than 4 million people. http://dailypost.ng/2015/06/03/7th-national-assembly-low-output-despite-huge-cost-to-country/ |
kachikwudavid:Hardwork/Talent are important, but it's votes that count. |
This is interesting. If she were to go what would Fayose say. |
