Omen100: so who is responsible for these children?the demons in Africa called leaders.....they wont just let these children enjoy the goodies God put in the ground on which they are standing... forever sad. |
I honestly find it difficult to believe a lot of the comments that I have read on this thread. How does the building of a medical city check medical tourism? Are people going to India because there isn't a medical city? I am convinced the guys in the ministry of health know what the problems are. I know this is just another land grabbing , billions siphoning scheme and white elephant project no one is going to hear anything about in the next 12months. I weep for the potential "giant of Africa" |
emma2ways: Hello friends, I just pick my S.A visa today.. I need a cheaper airline to book my flight.. Pls help meEthiopian airlines are cheap only the journey is longer with them and you will sleep over at addis ababa till connecting flight to j'bourg the next morning. |

ibrak200: hello please which hotel can i book in pretoria, south africa for free or for low price i need to use it for my application for my visa to SA..... please help me outI think you can register with booking.com and then search from there.Well as for me the cheapest i saw was about 6k per night @ Guesthouse Threebees you can check them out. |
has anyone been given SA visa this year in Abuja? My friend applied since the 2nd in abuja for tourist visa his status is still the same being processed at the high commission. He got his first alert from vfs on the 7th after 5days saying they sent documents to high commission same day as submission. what is happening cos he was thinking it will be out in at least 10days but now will be 2weeks tomorrow. |
my thoughts on this matter..when I saw the Prof Ibeh news I said to myself things are not done like this.In this day and age research is not a one man show when you do stuff, one must actively seek peer review or at least conduct independent clinical trials to avoid bias before going public. This is particularly so in Nigeria, because we have had fraudulent claims in the past..Abalaka,Jacob Abdullahi et al. The issue here is not one of who takes credit but of ethics of clinical research and so let's not get emotional about this ,yes,hiv/aids is ravaging our continent but we must not let unscrupulous people take advantage of this desperate situation like we have seen in the past. |
collinsfbi: Since the back dated issue was done official by the government official at the registry, i am sure the duplicate will carry the same date as the original even if SA embassy decide to verify such which i don't think they do, the date will still remain the same if it was not altered manually. Thanks for your response , yes the copy has the date as the original they have. Will advice him accordingly though we had come to same conclusion. Gracia. |
hello guys, a friend who wants to go to SA for ACON with me wants to apply for a tourist visa and has all his documents,he is married but there is a little issue with his court marriage certificate(all they did was trad and registry). The trad wedding in 2003 and registry 2007, but says the registry people said he could back date it to 2003 if he wanted to and so they did.Now he may need to add a copy of that certificate as ties to naija and is wondering if they do a check up on its veracity there will not be issues. Collinsfbi i will appreciate your input. |
@ chelseabmw, did you pay repartriation fee? @ collinsfbi, where is the hotel you talked about located @ 6k/night for 5 nights = 30k. on my search I only saw hotels @ 10k & above. thanks guys in advance for your response. |
hello guys please what is the exchange rate from naira to rands and a good place to get rands. Thanks. |
yesoo:@ yesoo, have you had an affair in these 2years?I am just curious because of your expression above.I for one, truely have no councel to give. |
@ op, this is what we see when people want to be like the jones's and impress friends and enemies. This thing is going on all across this country and the cause of concern for me, is not the buying on credit but their subsequent inability to pay.You will be amazed at the way these ladies will shout at their creditor if he/she troubles them too much.I have a colleague in the office who will buying anything in as much as there is credit room. When its time to pay..... serious wahala, now those people who go round offices selling their wares know better. When married women get involved in this crap especially when its far beyond their family income one just feels sorry for their husbands. |
victorian: @ beync, without blowing my trumpet, i can be too good to be true..but am shy...as if i cant make right choices in guys that come to me...hmmm, i even told the 2nd lady that i hope she wont laugh at me , that av fallen for her uncle if we start dating and i agree to marry him. She just shook her head and said, nope with a straightface, that its life, for such things like this to happen...i intend seeing them this week, separately as friends, ask them questions and see how it goes..congratulations.. but again me thinks you aught to take it real slow the part about the straight face got me really worried cos that to me, was meant to deceive, its not a normal respond from one that is match-making when it appears to be working.I you ought to be particularly watchful cos since these match -makers work for you they probably know or have an idea of your money situation. My question then is , what's in it for them ? Again good for you but handle this the way you handle your business. all the very best. |
drnoel: I actually have seen this b4. A family friend of ours had the same problem. I would have liked 2 tell u how if all ended with her but its been some time u posted on this thread so u may not see it.Bros, say what u have experienced so that all can learn and benefit from it. it is not just the OP that can learn from it. |
@ OP i have a question for you, were you also always on the move as a student? cos if you were mostly at school and focused on your studies then no wahala you will find that you will cope and may actually enjoy paid employment and probably also run your biz @ the side. all the best anyways. |
@ poster keep them coming ignore the critic. i agree that africa is growing,i also firmly believe that we are in the right direction. seeing that access bank logo in rwanda gave me great joy as a nigerian knowing the history of that bank and the young nigerian men whose dream it is. rossike well done. |
why are you selling? |
Odunnu: You see nothing wrong in turning a pulpit into a political podium?LMAO.......this Odunnu don dey crase for head.. |
if you believe this then you will believe any thing. the reality is that there are things in the PIB that will be hard to swallow hence this carrot. the more you look the less you see, its all a mirage. Question: why are they not insisting that the companies buying up PHCN are listed on the NSE? or at least part of the equity? |
why do you want to sell after 1 month of registration? what is your final price? |
only in nigeria |
slimming: Don't deceive yourself, it is a customer care number for the IGP office, not personalLmao at customer care number. starts singing ...police station don turn to IG na bank manager....... |
each time i hear this talk of both the giver and taker being culpable, i just wonder if people have any understanding at all.somebody cooperated with a security agency to catch a crook and so he is now a crook.smh |
this place looks like the mabushi area coming from berger heading for mabushi |
Danka7777: I have to agree with you for the most part. I had gone into a bank in Abuja in Maitama district area and it doesn't look anything like bank to me but a beauty pageant show. For every lady that passed me by, I kept saying "chineke" (God). Is it a coincidence that all of them are light skinned.ZENITH, MAITAMA |
LORD HAVE MERCY!!!!!!! |
If you are not sure about being with him then please don't take his money.I can see you are raising issues about your relationship that gives me an impression that you want to bail out on him.Be sure about your motive. Then i have two questions for you, 1. how do you feel about your BF? 2. Are you having an affair in the UK? |
No i am sure someone is just joking. It is simply just unthinkable. I thought they were to make laws and oversee the executive. I cannot believe this story.no no no |
is this in anyway connected with debrief? just asking. |
Thank you for the responses.
