They have a talented faculty with the state of the art computer software and hardware which will equip me with the right tools to succed.

From the vital tour I took on their website, they have a beautiful and serene campaus which will propel my enthusiasm to study,

And most importantly, the cost of attending missouri state university is lesser than the other uni i got admitted, I had to put it inline with what my dad could afford convieniently

Bros its a big YES it doesn't stop u. But it wud be beta if u tell us ur predicament, if u have paid or not and wen u will be going 4 ur interview

D SEVIS receipt does not stop u 4rm getting ur Visa, but if u can get it b4 d interview better. At times d reciept do reflect in d consulars data base B4 u see urs. If u paid d fee 3-5 days B4 ur interview den it must ve reflected and u may probably get ur receipt.

if you are required to complete 36hours for Msc and its stated that per semester rate is $10,000 based on 12 semester hours,how much tuition will you be required to pay for that semester?thanks

The standard semester hours 4 most graduate program is 9 credit hours, and most programs takes 2 yrs to complete. So 9 credit hours for each semester into 4 semesters(2 years) sums up to 36 credit hours for d program. Divide 10,000 by 12 semester hours den multiply d answer by 9 which is the standard credit hour (am not too sure). Better still search d skols website very well I bet u dat u re gonna see d fee for each credit hour. Gud luck

SEVIS fee takes up to one week. But dey may tell u 3 working days but it might not reflect after d 3 working days so don't panick. Give it abt 1 week or 5 working days after u pay

Walspring: You can check your school site for the necessary health test or maybe it was sent along side with your I-20 just check the other documents inside the envelope.

I saw d HEALTH test, dere re MENINGITIS and TB test but I don't knw if I can take d test here in Nigeria cus it will be cheaper

No body is a VO here, I have said it B4 dat score card is not a guarantee for Visa it is One out of many Factors to be considered for ur visa to be granted, I saw were a visa was granted to some one wit out any score card, d gal was bold and defended her sef TOOTH AND NAIL d VO was so impressed and even praised ha dat she is suitable candidate for d course she wanted to study (journalism). With out further Ado d VO can not kill u or deny u Visa bcus he can't verify ur score, do u want some one dat wrote d exam wen asked to Lie dat he didn't write d exam cus his scores were witheld, at times lieing at d Embassy is dangerous bcus dose VO re like psychologist, tell dem u wrote d exams, show d score card, if she can't verify it, its not ur fault at times d VO likes hearing d truth and they can use oda factors to judge u. I ve said time wit out number dat confidence and gud bak up reason and prayer is Key. After all MS NAS said dat during ha interview d score card she presented weren't checked. Score card is just a plus dere re many oda factors to a succesful interview. My candid opinion. And am sorry if any one saw my previous post as offensive

For my Brodas dat re affected by dis ETS stuff, mind u dat d score card weda verified or not is not a guarantee for Visa its One out of over 6 reasons for Visa to be granted, the Major Key is GOD then CONFIDENCE. Confidence is important and having a gud bak up reason, I was surprised wen one individual stated dat if VO don't verify ur score card dat dey may see it as Fraud. Statements like dat put fear into d candidates dat find dem selves in such condition rada u shud motivate dem and boost dere morals. One dat is confident and has gud bak up reason and wit GOD is almost always going to get d VISA, if d VO can't verify ur scores he mite use other conditions to judge U. The VO mite use Academic questions Like " why do u want to study dis course, the Benefits, the Course structure and content" to know wat ur geniun intentions are. So its not all about the score card. But if u re not affected by ETS the score card is a Big PLUS. And if u re affected but have d score card go wit it, be bold and defend it, I bet u dere will access oda tins to issue u a Visa.

Walspring: If the test were genuine why would ETS declared administrative reviews on toefl and gre? Cant u see that ETS noticed fraud or malpractise on these exams cos i dont know why u are still arguing cos result cancelled is equal to zero and result not availble is equal to zero. So can you state the differences on both since they are equal to zero? Because i dont know how to spot differences on both ooo.

Instead you should rather be thinking of what u will tell VO if u are being ask why is your result not available online anymore or u should be praying that VO should not ask ur toefl result print like that guy on this thread who scored very low in gre and the VO didnt ask for his result print out and he was granted visa.

FYI the VO all knew why ETS is doing administrative review concerning toefl and gre but ETS still believe that not all people who sat for this exams are guilty which is a normal thought but they are doing this to seperate the innocent from the guilty and VO does not accuse applicants for fake documents

Havent u read of someone who is qualified for visa but not still elligible to be issue visa? My brother lets pray for God's unmerited favour during visa interview and lets stop arguing pls..

Its possible for d VO to have direct access to ETS dat will help dem make a decision about a possible score card, its possible dat ETS has evaluated d testing centers and brought out d ones wit high rate of irregularities and may be d VO is aware. Mind u dat d VO are very smart and has access to some datas dat re of high security and dere re giving all neccessary information to perform dere duty actively. So one wit d score card shud go wit it. And d person shud ve 2 forms of answers for his score card. One of d answers shud be to defend his score card if its not verified and d 2nd shud be on how to defend d score card if VO verifies it which is even better and advantageous. Mind u VO won't Kill u or just Deny u bcus he or she could not verify it. They re aware of wats hapnen and dere are professionally trained.

abbey621: Bros no one is saying that they won't verify but you can't be accused of fraud for a genuine test. There's a difference between scores canceled and scores not available. The VO cannot accuse someone of fraud if the person truly took the test. But each person to their own, it's all about confidence. Even the visa officers are now aware of what's going on between ETS and Nigeria, so a simple explanation such as " I only have the copy sent to me by my school or I only have the online print out" will do. It's still way better than telling the VO, "I did not take any test"

Visa is not a do or Die affair, d person wit a print out copy or d copy sent from d skol is way better dan one dat didn't take d test or one dat took d test but didn't print any copy. The VO's re very smart and well trained, they are aware of wats going on btween Naija and ETS. They may even have another way of verifying d copy or confirming if d exams were geniun. Its possible dat u can not see ur scores but the VO's could see it. After all embassies re giving all neccesary avenues and assistance for them to perform their job effectively. Any one wit a print out copy or a skol sent copy is in HEAVEN compared to one dat don't have. Some people shud stop scaring some interview candidate all in d name of Advice u can even make d person loose confidence even B4 d interview, rada a logical advice and suggestion shud be given. Bcus one wit out confidence and good bak up reason is almost always going to fail d interview. This is ma candid opinion, Abbey is rite

I woke up very confident and bold 2day, and my appointment was schedule for 10:AM. Took my bath and straight to d embassy arrived by 8:30 still feeling confident. Wen it was time, we were checked IN dere were 2 VO's(Ladies) one strict but granted visa to Confident and outspoken people d 2nd Lady was calm but was document concious. Luckily I was asked to meet d 2nd lady. I was brimming wit confidence

Advice! Advice!! Advice!!!

By now, i wanna believe you have all documents in tact. check previous posts for the list of documents required. Get those documents neatly arranged in a folder such that you can easily access whichever doc you need. Ensure you pass the night in a place very close to the embassy. You don't wanna give a touching story of how perplexed or worried you were due to traffic grid and eventually didn't arrive on time.
Dress comfortably, a nice trouser, classy t-shirt, tie, shoes and a suit (optional) will do. Put a smile on your face throughout your stay at the embassy because it does boost your confidence. Approach the VO with confidence, maintain eye contact and be audible. it's natural, you might have a cold feet for the few seconds but learn to quickly overcome it so you don't get screwed!
Finally, put God first in everything you do. i tell you miracle happens at the embassy. At times, people that deserve visa don't get it and those that don't deserve it get it. success!

Walspring: Go with her personal bank statement cos it's her own savings that she can spend on herself and her family only but if you go with her clinic bank statement the VO will think that after paying her staffs,rent and bills for her office, tax(es) how much will she have left to use and sponsor your education is the usa. Bro u can go wit any Bank statement, its even better if u go wit d bank statement dat is more active and often used and I guess it shud be d CLINIC bank statement which mite be a current account. All u need do is to ask d bank to give u a reference letter stating dat ur MUM is d sole signatory to d account, to indicate dat she is d sole owner of d account. Its not adviceable to go wit a bank statement dat is not Very active. It is better to go wit a Clinic account dat is debited wit money almost every day dan to go wit a personal accountant dat is debited/credited wit money once in a month

kunlebal: Bank cant write sponsorship letter for you oooooooooo, they can only give the owner of the account reference letter that is not liable to the bank

House pls I need assistance, I heve already scheduled an appointment for dis month and I observed dat I made a mistake on d DS 160 I used to book d appointment. I was told to retrieve d DS 160 and correct d error. But d issue is dat if I correct d error I will be giving a new confirmation page and BAR CODE which is different from d one on my Visa appointment letter. I want to know if it will have a NegatiVe impact. And I want to knw wat d DS 160 is used for and wen it is used wen u go 4 interview
