Any that will be on E-hailing is supposed to be in top shape. I blame uber and Taxify not even care owners because they are supposed to be rejecting some of these vehicles.

Being idle is bad, but running into debts and having a bad reputation is worse. Diligence is the key as somewhere along, someone will have a good car for you.
