You can't just twist those two wires. They would simply cut through the white foam if pressure a imposed on them. So the best thing to do here is to have a metal to go under the wires. I cut out a partiall square aluminuim sheet,and gave them two holes.

Holes are bored into the chasis,and a copper wire pass into it,to be recovered at the top of the wing. I mean the flipped side.

The little holes you see,are going to make a threaded concept on the black metal rod,thus gripping it in place.

I needed to fix some sort of gig on to the wing,to hold the aileron hinge . So i started by cuting a rectangular sheet from an alumium sheet.

Next,i fixed the setup to my aileron,which i just fabricated. I did this using electric tapes.

Then i installed a ball link for the servo pushrod. I love ball links... When you need a hinge with a 2 axis freedom of movement,they come exceptionally handy,owing to their high performance in reducing frictions encountered with a 2 axis freedom of movement joint. Also known as a ball joint.

The top of the metal rod is bent 90 degrees to the right,then 90 degrees to the left. This design was studiously done so.

Here's an example of what a solar tracker can do for you.
If for instance,you had a 200watt solar panels that ends up charging only two totally depleted 12v 50Ah battery to the full,on a good sunny day. With a solar tracker,that same solar panels will charge up three totally depleted 12v 50Ah battery to the full,on a good sunny day. So that is the optimization i have been stressing about.. |
