Career / Re: Have You Ever Considered Learning Truck Driving? by Palazo(m): 5:03pm On Feb 08
Hello house, please I want to learn truck driving, I'm a graduate and I have a family. Have read from the first post to the last, what have understood was that people here prefer being a conductor through that means they learn but I'm a family man and wouldn't want to learn from being a conductor, not that I'm against it but nobody will provide for my family I'm the only one so you see. Which is why I prefer an affordable Truck driving school, I have more than 12years experience in car driving. Please can anybody help.

Sorry I have to remove your post but not because I believed that you are a scammer or intentionally trying to promote an agent. I think your post as innocent as it looks will lead to the end of this thread.

The pressure and the temptation to turn this thread to money making venture is enviable

Cool bro it's fine, I understand

cc @Palazo, @kingskim @clicked @dlordy100 @techjeff and my beloved followers...

Before replying @palazo's epistle (I swear even me tire to read) (@palazo nawa o. lol), I had to go back and skim through the thread from around April or so last year to find a particular comment I made. If anyone stumbles on it, please quote it cos I still didn't find it. maybe because I only had time to skim or it was probably one of those hidden by the ogas.

Anyways, back to the point....

I remember sometime last year , I gave a shout-out to the nairalander who trusted me with his money. NO it wasn't just words.

Truth is, Palazo did send me money in MARCH 2020 asking me to help runn his visa. one week later, everything shut down and lockdowns began. I had his money up until last week JANUARY 15TH 2021 when he said he has decided to venture into busness and would like a refund.

The purpose of this?? Nothing really but I didn't like the way he was beeing attacked. See, I am the grateful one here because it not easy to trust someone you don't know with amount of money!

I turly understand the times we're in now and how nobody can be trusted and all but I had to speak up. Notice he didn't even mention my name.

So please, he wasn't telling a lie. Forgive the long epistle though. So except he is now an agent or has another agent he is working with or talking about, WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN ABOVE is what transpired between I and Palazo.

Peace

@WhyNa please let me state categorically once again, I have never been an agent, I'm not thinking of been one tomorrow, abeg understand this part. For the little countries I know I can only guide and you do the process yourself without the help of an agent. I believe that doesn't make me an agent is I don't charge and haven't charged a kobo for that before........

I wonder how stupid you think people are. What's the main aim of this Epistle? You're doing coded advertisement.

Lol, I tell you what I don't believe there's anything like stupidity except when a thing is too good to be true and you venture into it. Please tell yourself the truth: When your friend or brother takes a risk and it yield positively will you call him stupid, but when he takes a risk and fails you call him stupid. So bro nobody is stupid until the person fails to try more. Please be guided.......

funny as it sounds, so what exactly was ur sole aim for sending the long epistles here if not for people to start rushing u in bid to get through ur so self acclaimed agent that never failed u?... looks very fishy sowi but not sowi this is Nigeria

With all due respect bro, I never asked anybody to rush me or ask me of recommendation but if I'm opportuned sure I will. Please let's not flood here with arguments instead of questions and answers we all can learn from, thank you........

Education / Re: Nigerian Students In China by Palazo(m): 3:29pm On Jun 28, 2020
Hey guys even in this pandemic and racial activities of the Chinese you still think of going there to study, for now China is not good for blacks don't get me wrong there's atom of racism else where but China presently is worse. So if you ask me stay away from the Chinese embassy for now, better still try other countries up to landlords are asked to chase out blacks in their houses and you won't do nothing.

Now a Kenya lady that renewed her rent was evicted from her house not because she's owing rent but because she's black and they see her as the Corona virus itself. Blacks are trying to relocate to nearby countries to start all over.
Please guys let's make a wish decisions, moreso Italy is ok cos there are lots of job opportunities at the moment. Please I don't have link so don't ask me how to go about it, I read to get info, I follow their news.... Cheers guys

Please expert and experienced fellas I need your advice, my Toyota Camry 2.4 2004 model started smoking so my mechanic adviced we change the rings which we did to the extent we changed engine block and top cos he noticed crack in the both, we both empty block and top. After my mechanic fixed the car he steamed the car for 2days in he's workshop and told me it's now normal again and throughout the car stopped smoking as he brought the car to the house I noticed the car changed sound like the nuzzles need cleaning and I asked him to go service it so he took the car back to he's workshop and parked to enable him service it early in the morning. The next day he came to start the car but to no avail, we had to call an electrician who came and pieced both the cars brain box, fuse panel at the bonnet and also the fuse panel under the steering wheels, for 3days now he could not detect anything but noticed that the check engine light is on and the car can't start, please what might be the problem and I doubt if the electrician can connect all the wires he disconnected. Right now I don't know what he did my wiper keeps working non-stop immediately you turn on the ignition. Please I need your advice.....

Its so disheartening that when those who knows the way are trying to help others the disgruntled elements with notorious heart will try all possible means to block ways just because of selfishness. @whyna have gain knowledge and tried to open our eyes so that those who wish to leave Nigeria will know how to go about it by themselves but yet some persons had to report her post and she was blocked now she can't post or follow up her post anymore. She told me she's been trying to continue with her post but she can't and ask me to tell every Naira landers of goodwill about it. God is watching as con agents don't want to look for legal jobs to better their lives they will con themselves...........

Sorry dear what are the documents to authenticate at Vietnam embassy and how much USD did you pay for it

quote author=WhyNa post=86682557]The next day, I proceeded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as early as 7am. Was lucky to get someone who did it via the express route at a subsidized rate.

Please be careful when using outsiders or fast tracker to authenticate your documents both at MOE and MFA. If your document is found to carry a fake signature, it would be seized and you'll part with nothing less than 50k with abeg.
Saw two guys it happened to.

Now that I was done with both ministries, I proceeded to the Vietnamese embassy for another round of authentication. I was supposed to go with dollars and I didn't so I had to go change the money and come back.

By 4pm, I was done with everything authentication.

Stage one had been completed
@Whyna: My sister no vex abeg, this package is it a business visa or a tourist visa, please font be offended. Also did you apply for job from here or the agent did that for you?
Travel / Re: How To Apply For A Kenyan Visa by Palazo(m): 8:22pm On Feb 29, 2020
Nigerians don't apply online, visa is at Point of Entry, just make sure your passport is valid for 6months,book a flight(round trip) and go when you get to the airport in Nairobi they will issue you a form to fill, in that form its like your itenary of places you want to visit while in Kenya but then make a hotel reservation then fill the address of the hotel as the address of where you want to stay while in Kenya. The visa office will just ask you your purpose of visit, you tell him/ her you're a tourist, once bro you pay $50 they issue you a sticker visa in your passport. NB: if you're a first time visitor they will issue you maybe a 1month visa you can extend your visa for 3months while in Kenya before you exist. The places is OK just few areas are dangerous.

Now my worry is that I intend to book a flight ticket to travel by the end of March and return in April. If I do this, will my visa be issued based on that date or has it been issued in this day the 19th of February already ?
Please Does anyone know about this?
Nothing has gone wrong yet, since its 2weeks he should try and get contact of somebody on ground that will guide him through he's agent on how to process RP within that 2weeks he can get it for 1year at just $250 after then he can come back, prepare himself again and go back freely without visa palava. My brother don't be deterred but that doesn't mean that the agent is not wicked, please agents clients deserve to know the process you're applying for him or her so that they can be able to understand and by any point they have issue with the immigration they will know how to maneuver. My opinion.........

NairaLuck:

There's something we've not noticed. It's has been said over and over and over in NL. You cant cheat the system o. Baba you're going there to suffer take it from me. Your Visa type is SportsMan and
1. you're not an athlete of any sport.
2. Your Visa is till end of this month and we're 6 days in.
3. How can you apply for an educational sector job on sportsman visa?
4. Who will guarantee you a job in less than 2weeks?
5. When you visa expires i assume you intend to stay over and then you become illegal, so even the $800 a month will be a struggle.

Las Las you go just join statistics of people abroad complaining the system is not good when you open your eyes enter like this use rope tie your neck by yourself.
Best advice for this your Visa type, just go and visit and return when the time comes or use that period to submit resumes and return. Hopefully you'll be contacted then you'll apply for the right employment/work visa which will give you a resident permit.

Honestly the ADVICE OF MIGRATING LEGALLY CANNOT BE OVER EMPHASIZED.
it's not easy living as an illegal trust me.

I am just a novice in travels, I believe the gurus can add the points I missed and correct (if any)
