Hello House, myself and a friend have appointment on the 18th to attend a conference. in our preparation, i said i will tell the VO that three of my four kids are triplets if asked about my children. My friend feels that is a bad idea cos the VO will think i am trying to play on his/her emotions. the matter caused an argument between us so we decided to bring the matter here while staking some cash on whose side the argument will go.

Have your circumstances changed? Based on what you have written it doesn't sound like they have. You are welcome to re-apply but I would suggest you strongly consider the fact that another VO will probably come to the same decision after you were so recently refused unless there is some kind of big change in your circumstances.

This is the reason for all this ghost stories and bogus accusations. The truth is that in Nigeria we don't keep records. There is no way to find out what was taken and by whom. This is why Price waters complained of incomplete data to fully analyse the accounts of NNPC. We should know that the staff of NNPC are very smart and can hide anything. Buhari should stop all this distractions and simply pull resources together to try to run the country. He doesn't have to run it, he can simply pretend till the storm passes over. Call the embassy. They'll tell you to fill a new ds160 and send a mail with the new ds160 number and passport page. It takes about two days to get done so make sure you make the call as soon as possible and way before your appointment date. They will effect the change on your appointment I.e. Put the new ds160 on your booking confirmation . They'll let you know when this is done.

I just realized that this piece of news may have been somewhat startling. I mentioned a while back that my tour is drawing to an end but that was several pages ago, so it's probably a good time to explain.

After three wonderful years here, it will soon be time for me to sadly move on to my next tour, a couple weeks from now. But I'll stay on Nairaland until my successor has arrived and settled in. This does mean that I won't be able to log on every day, and that questions about specific cases will all be directed to LagosIV@state.gov because I'll have no way of looking into them -- but I'll be glad to keep answering inquiries that don't require me to be physically present.

I have to add that sometimes applicants attempt to hide their marital status from us, which is a very bad idea because we do check, and if someone lies about that, they incur a permanent ineligibility for material misrepresentation. So it is always in your best interest to be open and honest about these things.

Thanks i emailed LagosIV@ state.gov and the reply was that they have no record of the application. they recommended i email NVCInquiry@state.gov. i did that and didn't get any reply till now, what do i do please to let them know of my change of status or even to get an update of the application filed for me by my dad since april 2010? my dad is a citizen.

Jose Mourinho’s return to Chelsea brings them their first Premier League title since 2010, Tottenham finally finish above Arsenal for the first time since 1995, Martin Jol is sacked by Fulham before Christmas, while all of the Premier League new-boys – Cardiff, Hull and Crystal Palace, go straight back down.

That is according to computer game giants Football Manager, who after being asked by the Evening Standard, ran a simulation of the league to predict the future.

With all the newly-assembled squads in place and after taking all of the results in the Premier League so far into account, Football Manager found that Mourinho’s ‘homecoming’ was a successful one, while Arsenal’s £42.4m signing Mesut Ozil couldn’t prevent a new-look Spurs side from pipping them to fourth place and Champions League qualification.

Football Manager, a management simulation games developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega, has officially ran since 2005 (although Sports Interactive are actually responsible for a game called ‘Championship Manager’ which has actually been going since 1992 before a break-up of their partnership with the original publishers meant they had to change their name.)

Its database and cross between fiction and reality is very impressive – compiled by approximately 1,000 researchers across the world (including real-life scouts), there are over 500,000 players, managers and other staff members worldwide.
