You still have the 50k bet waiting, firstly if CSU mentioned third party authorization. Since you are poor and not properly raised, I will make it 70k, if you reference the part in the deposition where they mentioned same.

I pity for your likes, because your party has reduced people like you to toilet papers, beat fit for wiping the butt...keep ass-licking.

Person wey fit dash out 50k no fit dull like you. You no get sense. People like you are useless.

You no fit get sense make you dey misinterpret what the CSU registrar said.

The Registrar said Asiwaju got his replacement certificate from a third party, and he took it to the school for it to be certified alongside his admission letter and transcript.

I don't know where you're seeing the rubbish you're talking about.

Lemme take a wild guess probably 2 or 3. Tho am aware of the one at Delta state. I still believe the problem is monopoly over everything.
So you believe the 2 or 3 are the ones that are not letting the others build and operate their own?

A lot of people that were suppose to build this modular refineries prefer to import. That's the reason we only have 2 to 3 operating.

A clearer explanation. I hope all NNPC, Mobil and Bovas stations will have fuel. Maybe others will buy from NNPC for now to solve the problem. We really shouldn't go back to the subsidy to independent marketers era. It's too fraud prone.
What problem are you talking about? Is there fuel scarcity in your city?

NNPCL is the sole importer of fuel, the marketers can buy from the NNPCL. Fuel Subsidy is gone for good.

Bro be honest to urself.. will the federal government give some of these petrol importers license to build a small refinery in nigeria
The federal government have been giving out license for people to build refineries fore more than 15 years now.

More than 19 individual/firms have been giving license to build refineries since Buhari first tenure, where are the refineries?

The reason they are complaining is because the federal government is forcing them to maintain the price of fuel after the have calculated there landing cost. The price of crude oil per barrel just increased of recent so they can't match up the request from fg. The president should have repaired of the refineries before taking off the subsidy
The NNPCL have been the one importing fuel into Nigeria since July.

The marketers should go and get from depots in Nigeria the likes of BOVAS, Northwest, Mobil etc are getting their fuel from.

There will be no scarcity of petrol neither will there be ques for petrol because the NNPCL is on top of the situation.

There was no budget for subsidy from June 2023 and the PIB scrapped subsidy.
PoliticsRe: Petrol: Marketers Fault Subsidy Removal Process As Queues Return by Paraman: 3:47pm On Oct 06, 2023
zikter:
Why are talking like this? Ask yourself this question, do the marketers have access to dollars like NNPCL you are comparing them to? Who is even agreeing to borrow them money for business. Again, with the rising price of crude oil and free falling naira, even the NNPCL is been subsidized, otherwise there is no way petrol will go for the current prices. So assuming you try hard to import and land the product at 720, will you go and sell at 617? Meanwhile your competitor is whose product is subsidized is selling at cheaper rate. Who now will buy your own? Let us say the truth, subsidy removal is good but the process was poorly managed. I agree with this article 100%
The only time a marketer was allowed to import petrol is in June. NNPCL have been the one importing since then. Marketers can buy from NNPCL. The likes of Mobil, Northwest, BOVAS are not importing oil but they are still selling and competing with NNPCL.

So far you have your money, you will buy fuel at the same price the NNPCL is getting their own.

A lot of independent marketers have been run out of business since fuel subsidy was remove. This are the set of people that have been fleecing Nigeria.

There will be no fuel scarcity of que in Nigeria, NNPCL is on top of the situation. Some wise filling station owners have lease out there filling stations to NNPCL

Let me explain to you again. Asiwaju lost the certificate he got from CSU and he replaced it by getting one from a third party. CSU certified the one he got from the third party after Asiwaju ask them to do so.

If anything, we need to work on our educational system. The absence of a standard educational system is why we have too many timid and unintelligent people. Who want to forcefully impress on others their obvious ignorance.

You can support him with phrases like "yea it is not from CSU, but we like him like that" let's know where u stand. Stop amplifying ur ignorance on the internet
Did CSU claim he Forged the Certificate?

If your brain is working as it should, you should know only CSU cam claim the certificate is forged or not. It's not a nobody like you that will make the claim on Nairaland.

Do you know the certificate was even certified by a staff of the CSU after he got it from a third party? If CSU could certify the certificate and not claim it was forged, who are you to claim the certificate is a forged one?

On what ground are you claiming Asiwaju forged CSU certificate when you are not employed or working for the school, yet, you're saying nonsense from the comfort of your home.

We really need to work on Nigerian educational system because I don't know how it keeps on churning out people like you who can't make use of their common sense.
BusinessGuinness To Cease Sale Of Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Singleton And Other Diageo Pr by Paraman(op): 11:47am On Oct 06, 2023
Guinness Nigeria Plc has revealed plans to cease the importation and sale of Diageo international premium spirit products, including Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Singleton.
The decision is attributed to Diageo Plc's intent to establish a new, wholly owned spirits-focused business.

The development is expected to exert some influence on Guinness that generated N14 billion, representing 6% of the company's total revenues from imported Diageo international premium spirit products.
Guinness Nigeria Plc has revealed plans to cease the importation and sale of international premium spirit products, including Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Singleton, and others, under its 2016 sale and distribution agreement with Diageo Plc by April 2024.

The is contained in the company's statement to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Thursday.

Per the statement, the decision is attributed to Diageo Plc's intent to establish a new, wholly owned spirits-focused business to manage the importation and distribution of its international spirits portfolio in Nigeria as well as West and Central Africa.

“Guinness Nigeria today announces that, with effect from April 2024, it will no longer import or distribute certain Diageo international premium spirits products, including Johnnie Walker, Singleton, and Baileys and others imported under its 2016 Sale & Distribution Agreement with Diageo plc,” the statement read.

The development is expected to exert some influence on the company, as for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2023, the revenue associated with Guinness Nigeria's imported Diageo international premium spirit products amounted to N14 billion, representing 6% of the company's total revenues.

However, Guinness Nigeria said it will continue to manufacture and distribute its full portfolio of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, ready-to-drink (RTDs) and locally produced spirits, including inter-alia Orijin, Captain Morgan Gold, Gordon’s Moringa, and Smirnoff X1 Choco, fully utilising its asset base following the expansion of its production capacity in recent years as a foremost total beverage alcohol player.

Also, there will be no changes to Diageo plc’s shareholding in Guinness Nigeria, and Diageo remains a key shareholder of Guinness Nigeria.

According to Guinness Nigeria, the new development will position it to focus on its core business and its strength in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, RTDs and its locally produced spirits, thus enhancing sustainability, growth, and value creation for all stakeholders of Guinness Nigeria.

“The change will enable the full utilisation of Guinness Nigeria’s asset base and will accelerate innovation in local spirits products,” it said.

The company also expects a decrease in its foreign exchange needs, which will help offset the adverse effects of enduring foreign exchange scarcity and fluctuations in exchange rates on its financial performance.
