Thank God it's not the National Assembly but a Federal University. In a Federal University, you are allowed to have a phone and use a phone. It's up to the lecturer to set up his class rules and manage his students like a human being. A lecturer has NO right to punch or assault a student. If the right people take it up, he will lose his job and can even go to jail. He was caught on camera.
