From an angle it might be difficult,but it's still easy. Make up your mind and do the following;
1. Go to a bet shop
2. Make a decision you won't play any game that day
3. Make sure you keep to that decision throughout the period you will be there
4. Do not join any collabo(very tempting)
5. Do not be distracted that the ticket might all be green(trust me on this one)
6. After adhering to no: 1-5 for a period of time,leave the shop
7. Repeat no:1-6 on a frequent basis(daily or anyhow you want it).
Simple and difficult,but I hope it helps.
