Video call should only be made with your spouse, parents or close family members who are your mahaarim, even if your female friend wants to make a video call with you, don't pick it, it maybe that a man is with her who may see you!
Making video calls with strangers is dangerous, they may take snapshots of it and expose it later, they may record it and send it to other people.
Its only permissible for a strange man to look at you for a marital purpose.
