Hello mama's I came yesterday to ask about how to make labour happen sharp sharp and pearl05 and Ninusun responded , I want to say Thank you so much for your response.


We squeezed ewedu and she drank, before we knew it contractions started almost immediately and we rushed her down to the hospital a drug was inserted into her v jay and the contractions were on fire and she gave birth to a beautiful princess.

Mama's still preggy please let's start doing a little bit of exercise so that when it gets to that time our body will not be stiff and labour will progress well.

I bless God it all ended in praise, my own testimony is coming soon but I have to wait till March.

To all TTC mama's babe dust to you in the name of Jesus.

Abeg sabi mama's shook mouth, my brother's wife is 40weeks today o and she's really tired of carrying her baby bump, she is thinking of going to the hospital to be induced, but I told her about some people that used ewedu and pineapple and Labour started biko is there any other thing she can try, because she is really tired.

I should have submitted my BS as promised but my baby's condition has made me so down, confused and stressed. I never knew my water has drained completely. In fact I can't say how it happened. I decided to go for inducement and thank God I did because I gave birth to him without that special water. Though the process was quick because God did his wonder and due to the fact that I was already 3cmdilated but the hospital keep telling me I should wait for more days since the pain is not so severe. Since on Thursday I gave birth. My baby has not made that baby cry, he has refused to suck,all he accept is drops of water. Doctor said he will be alright that is a gradual process because he is very weak due to the drained water. In fact I can't sleep well,all I do is stare at him, shed tears and pray to Allah to make him alright. At least to take breast milk. So that he can recover on time. There is also a trace of tiny blood on his two eyes. Was told it will clear in its own. All he does is sleep and I think it makes him more weak. pls we need your prayers.

I guess when I was sick prior to labour, my water do come with my urine whenever I urinate because I still can't say how it happened. Pls make una manage this because I am not in my right state of mind right now.

Your baby's healing will be perfect in Jesus name, please they should try feed the baby tiny drops of formular to have strength, he might be weak because he is hungry. Shalom

So I prepared this stir fry spaghetti yesterday, but due to the domestic incident that followed it's consumption I couldn't post.

So I prepared the spag and devoured it almost immediately, but when I was done eating I noticed I was experiencing some discomfort somewhere down my throat. Then it hit me, the shell/Legs of the dried prawn I used for the spag had hooked my throat and was causing serious pain.

I tried everything I could to have it forced out but I couldn't. The more I tried, the more the pain down my oesophagus increased. I even dipped my hands down my throat to throw up as much as I can but yet the particle causing the pain never came out. I even followed some YouTube videos that required one to take coke or olive oil when food particles get stuck in the throat but nothing came out.

I eventually ended up in the hospital. The doctor who happens to be a childhood friend whom we grew up together in Sunday school told me I just have to keep drinking warm water and allow the particle drop down my stomach by itself over time. An alternative to this is for her to refer me to ENT specialist who will perform a procedure and remove it. She gave me a drug to relieve the inflammation around the area sha.

Well, I woke up this morning and it appears like she predicted the particle already dropped down my stomach. I only feel slight pain from the sore the particle made from my constant efforts at trying to force it out yesterday.

Why am I posting this long story? It's for us all to be careful when swallowing these food items especially seafood. As we keep safe this period, let's also eat safe ó. For me no more dried prawn in meals for now

I didn't eat up to 50naira pineapple. I had a lot of cramps and back pain at 6/7 weeks. I had to go for a scan thereafter....conclusion was threatened abortion. bed rest was advised.
I took zobo with little pineapple in it at 20 wks.
I felt somehow,slight back pain and mild cramps so I stopped it.(pineapple here was cooked with the zobo so I believe that was why it didn't have much effect plus even zobo has its own effects)
So I decided to postpone eating of pineapples to when baby is full term. I hope to share the experience by then.

Mama biko don't eat it again till you are ready to bring forth your bundle of joy, with my first baby if I eat pineapple I should be ready for war and I also had threatened abortion, but with my second pregnancy if I don't eat pineapple chaiiii , I make sure I don't eat the seed or the thing in the middle I just eat the fleshy part and am good.

What if the woman put to birth at her parents house and the naming needs to be done at the hubby's place??

We name our baby in my parents house and he is already 2 years plus, nowadays all those issues ,you just have to take some drastic decision and forge ahead, the husband has to stand his ground depending on issues surrounding the situation.
