Na agenda things and get used to it

Yesterday it was excitement and elation about how Labour will cripple the country with a strike

Today it's El Rufai jam talking like Obi
They wish things go south. Nigerians (Supposed) praying and hoping for the worst so they can celebrate because their preferred candidate lost.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by patrickmuf(m): 8:25pm On Jun 06, 2023
El Rufai made a careless remark (I don't care about religion though but for the majority of others that breathe and live religion) and should be rightfully rebuked but to attempt to link it to the government of the day is you showing your disdain for the Tinubu-led government.

What is your point? You guys should stop with the propaganda already. Na so una talk about Islamization agenda.

All the Christian governors and deputies, did they change a thing?

Instead of people demanding excellent performance from elected officeholders, they're on about religion and ethnicity...Good God!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by patrickmuf(m): 8:10pm On Jun 06, 2023
For the average Nigerian, religion and ethnicity is a thing and our leaders already know so, it is easy, quite easy to use ethnicity and religion as a manipulative tool.

The same sets of guys who talked about the Islamization agenda when Buhari entered office are at it again. No shame, absolutely no shame.

And despite the fact i subtitled the movie for you, you still went ahead to stress yourself to convert it to mp3.

Elrufai used "We". Instead of you to condemn the statement, you are running gburu-gburuishly, hoping some lame argument sticks.

I wanted to hear your wise words, but maybe I'll check back later
Is El Rufai the spokesperson for Tinubu? If Otti utters BS, is it okay for the opposition to assume it is the position of Obi?

Abeg let's not forget our respective governors, we can't be solely focused on the FG whilst forgetting our respective governors. Hold them on account of their campaign promises.

As you analyse the every move of Tinubu, remember to do same for your stategovernors. Let's expand the focus.

I mean even in the video, he clearly said when Sani Uba finish the first 4 years and go for another 4 years, then another one comes in after him before they know it, its 20yrs.

El Rufai already did 4yrs on a muslim muslim ticket
Sani Uba is doing his first 4yrs on a muslim muslim ticket, if he get reelected, that's 12yrs straight with a muslim - muslim ticket ruling Kaduna.

Just look at how they try to make it look as if El rufai was talking about the Presidential election.

Agenda ehn
We will see a lot of it here...Guys who you think should know better will attempt to twist every narrative just because of politics. The shameful thing here is that if Obi was president, it will bea role reversal. No patriotism from Nigerians at all...

Chelsea too are on the lookout for a striker.

In midfield, Barcelona and Madrid will look to strengthen as will Liverpool.

Omo! Strengthening our forward and midfield department just got tougher...

Man City won with shots from outside the box from Gundogan ( a fvcking midfielder not even Haaland grin grin).
Sometimes you allow agenda to becloud your sense of judgment. How of those shots troubled the City goalie? We were poor in attack if not we would have scored at least 2 more goals.

I clearly typed 3 months there. Did you not see it? Did I say they should do it forever?

And which one is we cannot define who is rich and poor in Nigeria?

Just last year, the same FG said 133 million are living in poverty. So what other stringent measure do you need to classify a poor Nigerian, when for every 3 you pick, one is poor?

How long do you think a man earning 30k a month would keep up to his job, before he resorts to crime, since his cost of living has skyrocketed on a budget of 30k?

All your solutions has no relation to to what i typed. You can stop oil theft and wait for Dangote to serve millions, while providing little reliefs here and there for people who are poor.

How do you regulate who accesses (buys) the subsidized food?

If you subsidize electricity, how do you regulate who benefits from it?

See N-power for example, it was targeted at reaching youths who are unemployed but I know a lot of guys who are doing well that benefitted from the scheme.

Whether you suggest 3 months or less, the bottom line is that it is not sustainable.

The government can begin to give companies and industries some percentage of tax waivers, and that percentage must reflect in the salaries of their workers

The government can subsidise major food items from the wholesaling phase, so that people will have some relief as the reality of no subsidy progresses.

Even Power, they can give some tax waivers so that the consumers can see lesser charges of their bills. If i will pay 600 for petrol, I'll be glad to see that my NEPA bill isn't high, or I can now buy more units with my urgent 2k

These can be done for 3 months, or even 6, depending on the nation's coffers.

And probably there are other sectors they can help reduce the burden for a while
Government is trying to access more money to carry out development projects so, I don't see how moving from one subsidy regime to another will help...

I support the clamor for the government to cut cost at all levels and I mean reasonable cost. When we talk about palliative for the poor, I wonder what data we use to arrive at who is poor or who is rich in Nigeria. If your subsidize food items, you will only be taking money for subsidy from fuel to pay for food just same thing as subsidizing local transport because even the rich will also access this services or how do you determine who benefits from it or not? Who do you consider as poor in Nigeria?

I support those who say the government should ensure our borders are not porous to avoid desperate Nigerians diverting PMS to neighboring countries.

If we secure our borders and tackle oil theft with sincerity, then we can make progress by ensuring our refineries are functional (At least 60% output should do).

If we successfully stop oil theft then we can start thinking of selling crude to Dangote at a reduced cost in exchange for cheaper PMS. The millions of barrels stolen can serve the masses.

The only palliatives reasonable here is to stretch it till we are ready to remove the subsidy..

We are ready only when we see other things working or at full display..

Things like ..

Reasonable electricity n cutting of unnecessary bonuses....

Truth in the amount of fuel we consume as a nation

Block smugglers and be thorough about it.

Let farmers believe they can work in their farm....

Give Dangote crude at discounted price while working on those things I highlighted

Our lives depends on fuel here Nigeria......
Stretch it with which money? Did you not listen to Mele Kyari?

If you blame DDG only for our performance this season then you are a hater. Also, if you have refused to see how badly DDG affects our build-up play then you are only being disingenuous with the truth.

Both camps are right in their take so, I do not see why there is a fuse here.

Yesterday, DDG kept surrendering possession to City by constantly hoofing balls even when we do not have a target man. Then the outfield players played like there was nothing at stake. Rashford and Sancho will not contest for aerial balls (especially Rashford). The players made 5-yard passes seem like a tall order. I wonder what we do in training.

As I will always say, if we have deep pockets then let's fix the attack, midfield and GK department ASAP. I wouldn't mind a new RB 8f the club does not trust Dalot because I am tired of watching AWB stink up the joint whenever he finds himself in an attacking position.

Let's hope for a successful summer window ahead of next season.

Garnacho should never sit on the bench for that British baby called Scamcho.

Erik Ten Hag has been given a budget of £250m + player sales to work in the summer market.

Ten Hag wants to complete the deals with the players he wants as soon as possible.
if this is true, we should be getting 5 quality players. We must not buy already established players.

De Gea should not be starting for us next season.

Sancho should be sold alongside Martial, Fred, Casemiro, AWB and McTom.

Weghorst should be taken to the airport from Wembley and Eriksen should be released.

We are 5-6 quality players away from challenging for the title.
