When go on a good run, people will come here to insult Rangnick for saying we need 10-15 new signings but now, everyone seems to agree with Rangnick. If Arsenal fail to win the league, it's because of the lack of options on the bench who are of similar quality or on par with the starters. Arteta noticed it late and signed Kiwior, Jorginho and Trossard in January but their top performers like Saka, Partey, Martinelli, Saliba etc are already out of steam.

To play the way Arsenal did in the first half of the season and maintain the same tempo over a full season, a large squad of quality players is needed and that's the advantage Pep has with City. Dias will sit out some games for Laporte to start, while De Bruyne can be rested for Alvarez/Silva likewise other positions.

If ETH doesn't pressure the board to sign players on time this summer and at reasonable fees (so we can get a good number of players in) then we will struggle to make top 6 next season. I don't want us to go after any player that cost more than £50-60m, in fact, £20m can get you rough gems. Don't ask me where there are, the scouts and coaches should identify them because they're there. Mitoma, Kvaratskhelia, Kim Min Jae, Tonali and co didn't fall from heaven.
