For a governor who has stayed in power for two tenures, Wike’s mouth and noise doesn’t match the level of influence he should be wielding as a governor.

Wike is in control of PDP in Cross River State.

Let us not rule out the possibility of opposition politicians striking a deal with IPOB to declare a sit at home on the day of election in the East...Don't put it past politicians...Nobody will risk his/her life to go and vote...

Tinubu hopes to consolidate Buhari's stronghold and forego SS and SE but we can see that he has kwankwaso and Atiku to contend with there in those places.

Tinubu has already lost the south completely and he knows that, no SS or se person who isn't already supporting APC can be convinced to do so meanwhile there are soo many south westerners very open to an Obi presidency on the basis of fitness, competence, justice and lastly equity as pertaining religious bias.

The educated electorate are massively tilting towards Obi. It remains to see whether northerners would pick Tinubu over Atiku or kwankwaso. But it has to be said that many of them see no difference between the two, hence the numerous cross carpeting.

2023 is heavily pregnant and in labor.

APC was always going to lose the SE and SS even if they fielded Osinbajo. For the APC, the goal is to get as much votes as possible from the SS and whatever they can get from the East. I am quite certain the APC will garner at least 30% of the votes in Cross River and Edo...With the crisis in the PDP, I expect the APC to make inroads into Rivers. Bar Akwa Ibom, APC will get at 30% of votes cast in all the SS states and if the PDP crisis deepens, the chances of APC getting up to 40% goes up...

Kwankwaso will weigh his chances and cut a deal with either of Atiku or Tinubu in the last moments else it favors Tinubu because the Northern bloc will be divided in a 3 way split between Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso while tue SE and SS which are traditional PDP strongholds will see the PDP contending with LP in the SE and the effect of the party's crisis in the SS...

Obi will take SE
Tinubu will take SW
SS votes will be shared by Obi, Tinubu and Atiku (depends on how the crisis is handled)
The northern votes will be shared between PDP, APC and NNPP...
Middle belt might just be the decider...I don't see them voting for a fulani man so, it's either Obi or Tinubu...Obi will need to do very well in the North if he is to stand a chance of winning...

Only a blind man would still think this politics is not different from the rest.

As for the online polls, the difference of margins tell their own stories. I know you're a an APC guy so you have to cling to all straws as a coping mechanism. All of you will be shocked.

In 2027, more people will register to vote as is expected so, I don't get the fuss about more people registering to vote...

You should know that it's not because of any candidate that people are registering...At the end, people will make their choices and we will live with the majority choice...

Elliot doesn't work as a RCM..
In Klopp's football that uses the fullbacks as width providers, the Cm's in midfield are either expected to retain the ball(press resistant) to play passes into the final third while also being solid defensively ( Thiago*Wijnaldum ) or basically cover for the full backs when they overlap so as not to overload the CB's and the Dm...

People have been going on about Trent not being able to defend and that's the biggest load of bullcrap I've heard in a long while.. Trent is tasked with creating chances ( because the boy has such ridiculous quality with the ball, man pings 70 yard diagonal crosses with his weaker foot) . This means that season in season out, his chances created stats ranks in the top 3 or 4. Tasking such person with sprinting back every single time we are countered is asking him to basically kill his body by the time he's 28, not withstanding,he defends well enough...

The problem now is he's suddenly lacking the cover Hendo used to provide, prior to us conceding vs Ajax, I was screaming at my screen when I saw Elliot standing or jogging back as opposed to actively covering Berghuis when Trent positioned to intercept the pass..I knew Trent wouldn't get it and I knew it would most likely result in a shot and alas, I was right...It was a shot and it was a goal...

This doesn't only affect the CB's, it affects the DM too who's now mindful of the space Elliot leaves when he ventures forward,Fab is now running round the midfield and he's been beat because he's all alone in space, the return of Thiago who's a maestro reduces that as we saw vs Ajax but he's still having to cover for Elliot.... In a way, this also affects Salah too because Elliot who's been a winger from his academy days tends to drift to the wings, around the general areas Salah likes to occupy...

Around the 30 minutes mark of our game vs Ajax, I saw a situation that has played out quite a few times, Salah got the ball outside the box, he waited for Arnold to come through for a quick give and go(they do this all the time) which mostly results in a snap shot when he gets the ball back, but Arnold never came, on closer observation, you notice that Elliot himself was more in the middle of the box and Trent was in the midfield area, it was obvious that Trent was mindful of going forward in case of a quick break if the whole sequence didn't work out...With Hendo, he wouldn't be bothered about that..

As brilliant a player as Elliot is, he's still a lightweight and his attacking instincts far overshadow his defensive ones ..

He compromises our structural balance...
I've also wondered why Klopp hasn't down anything and I've realized it's either because of ask shortage of capable Midfielders, injuries or him wanting us to work through this setback and find a solution on the pitch....

If Klopp wants to accommodate Elliot, Trent should become a more traditional fullback...

Despite all these, FSG must take the blame if we want or need somebody or people to blame, they could have gotten Barella or bid for Konrad earlier, instead, Klopp was expected to make do with available options till next season....And we only got Arthur on loan because Hendo got Injured.. It's the story of FSG though, a few key transfers through out the years and I'm pretty sure Klopp would have had 3 EPL titles or 2 in the least by now...
