Not having quality back ups at DM and CB is significant. Also City have about 5-6 forwards of similar quality.

We have Cavani (injury prone), Martial, Greenwood, Sancho. Rashford is out for months and James has no brain.

At RB we have AWB and Dalot. One is a liability offensively, the other is a liability defensively. City have Walker and Cancelo. One gets injured or fatigued, the other one steps up.

And don’t try to compare City’s midfield with ours. They have way more quality than we do. It’s not even an argument.

We hype our Academy products because we see them regularly but remember that when we were hyping Gomes and Chong Man City had Sancho and Foden.

There are Academy products at City who are as good and probably even more ready than ours who won’t smell first team there this season because City has enough QUALITY senior players.
