You this slow thing, you didn't see where I wrote that with the right additions? So far, Werner, Havertz and Ziyech (to a lesser extent) have all flopped or are struggling to adjust to the league. They have added little or nothing to the team.

The only additions that have thrived are Mendy and Chilwell...

Elsewhere, other key players last season are struggling to reproduce same form. If you can excuse Ole and blame the players when we are on a bad run of form, why can't you do same for Lampard? Or is it a case of different strokes for different folks?

Some of you are okay with our conservative approach others are not because they feel the game was there for the taking with Henderson and Fabinho in defence...

We must not all see things from the same prism. It doesn't mean those advocating that we should have attacked more are holding such opinions because they hate Ole, it's just down to individual preferences...

Seeing a lot of folks make snide remarks aimed at those with different opinions is low...

Our midfielders and forwards were all off form. If we had opened the game up we would have suffered the consequences. We got those chances mainly because we sat back and hit them on the counter and that was also the main reason they found it hard to break us down.

Our players looked sloppy and jittery when trying to connect passes especially in the first half. There were at least 6 potential 1v1 counter attacking opportunities that were truncated by either Rashford going too early of Bruno/Pogba dilly dallying on the ball until they were dispossessed.

Rashford and company caused us to drop points not Amaka. We have a serious problem in attack cos presently we have 4 or 5 off form attacking players at the same time.

Our attacking play wasn't good enough but we didn't make the most of our attacking players. I felt Pogba would've been better utilized in the middle especially as the game wore on. In all, I take the point...

I think we are on the right track if a point at Anfield is being debated and considered not good enough. We should have won but it doesn't define our season although it should have.

I am fine with a point but I feel we deserved more...Our best players were not utilized to the best of their abilities. After seeing the first half, I expected Ole to revert to the very basics so we can trouble them more but he didn't yet we still had chances to go on and win it.

At the start of the game, I'd have taken a draw but at the end, it felt more like we dropped 2 pts because we should have won...

On to the next, we are making tremendous progress...

Bailly dropped to the bench, Pogba out right even when he has played his best game as a LCM or a CM...Martial out wide and Rashford at CF even when they've both shone in the reverse scenario...If you were ever going to try out something like you did today, at least you should've tried tried it against a lesser opposition but no, he plays his best team to their against Burnley (bar Rashford) and against Pool, he does something entirely different...

Tactics? Hell no, utter BS...

Martial and Pogba defended deep such that we broke away, we had only Rashford up front...Granted it's Liverpool but then they had Henderson and Fabinho in defence yet we were conservative...Not my Manchester United...

There's no reason why Lindelof should start ahead of Bailly...His perceived ball playing abilities is hyped but I don't see it, this is the same guy that clears the ball out of the pitch as soon as he sights the jersey of the opposition...

We had better not be victim of Lindelof's panicky defending else Ole will be held accountable...

Hmmm a bold and attack minded formation but i just don't trust Pogba in that position in terms of his defensive responsibility. Shaw might get isolated against Salah and TAA.
Also Martial is a fitness doubt i believe.

Pogba plays as the CM while McTom plays as RDM to protect AWB and Fred as the LDM to protect Shaw...In attack, Rashford attacks from the left to keep TAA on his toes whilst Martial/Greenwood plays through the middle...

Another interesting option will be to introduce Matic in place of Martial if he can't make it to completely lock the wings and middle whilst Pogba and Bruno are given the freedom to roam and wreck havoc with Rashford up front alone...

I'd love to see our strikers making runs in between the fullback and CB like Vardy...

He is strong but his ability on the ball is questionable...Running with the ball doesn't mean he is quite as good on the ball and his passing isn't at the level a club like us should desire...I can excuse paasing ability if he had the agility of Kante of a couple of seasons back...

Right now, I am rooting for Ndidi or Bisouma who will be available if they sign Caicedo.

You guys make it seem as if this current squad is the greatest in the world and don’t want to acknowledge that they are “this good” because of this manager. Which of the current starters were bought in the last TW?

And even at that they’re not good enough or dem never even reach championship level. The only consistent person making things tick is Bruno Fernandes. Will you compare this squad to EPL winners last season or the season before that or the one before that?

That being said, this manager is still naive and at best js learning on the job. He is the reason we’re out of the UCL because of his rubbish tactics. But that doesn’t mean you guys should blame him for everything and refuse to acknowledge his efforts. He may be the one to take us to the top but he may not be the one to make us serial challengers.

And when they're bad?
