Pdp supporters (even APC supporters too are sometimes guilty) are hypocrites, you are here trying to score cheap political points when in all honesty you should be asking for same from GEJ and every other political office holder...
Hiked the price of fuel, blamed cabals and promised refineries... Guess what? No refineries, no member of cabal brought to book.
Security takes a major proportion of our budgets, yet things just won't change.
If you must attack Fashola (I think we the masses have every right to vent our spleen) we should therefore leave no stone unturned as regards every other political office holder irrespective of party affiliation...People (voters and masses at large) need to understand the power of action, in this case, STRIKE...

gratieao: Kano State governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has faulted his Nasarawa State counterpart, Umaru Muktar Almakura’s type of
politics, saying it was responsible for his predicament.
According to Kwankwaso, Almakura, currently facing impeachment launched by Nasarawa lawmakers, is too soft to be governor under President Goodluck Jonathan.
Kwankwaso told journalists in his office, yesterday, that “you cannot be a gentleman and hope to survive as governor under the present dispensation”.
He added, “A gentleman cannot be a good governor, you need to have so many faces because the game is rough and can’t accommodate a gentleman”.
The Kano governor said Almakura rebuffed intervention and
expertise to assist him navigate troubled waters, adding: “He is too soft for my liking.
“On our volition, we suggested to him to allow us mobilise our foot
soldiers. He refused.
We also appealed to him to allow us come in physically. He refused; always distancing himself from such expertise that would assist him”.
The APC presidential hopeful lamented how Adamawa State fell like
a pack of cards under impeached Governor Nyako, saying the gale
of impeachment across APC controlled states was being instigated by the Presidency.
Kwankwaso opined that “the whole madness is a wicked calculations ahead of 2015”, pointing out: “It is not going to assist the PDP Federal Government retain power. We have had enough of this impunity, ruthlessness and we are closing ranks to chase them
out of power by 2015; it would be too late for them to hoodwink anyone again”. The Kano governor declared that President Jonathan was qualified
for impeachment.

So foot soldiers in this context implies boko haram? Why don't you use your brain for once...

I don't blame some fellas for referring to GEJ as a clueless president, in our present scenario, it's ill advised to go about setting timelines you're not even sure of...It's only hurting his chances come 2015 as his opponent will be on the lookout for the state of things come the proposed timeline and if things don't change it's easy to term him a failure...

rigarmortis: OP, ask all the military d1ck.tators that have (mis)ruled in times past, then ask OBJ, he promised too, you know?....ask him how much he used for turn around maintenance during his rule, you can also visit the witch in the bible, like saul did, but this time, ask her to bring up mr. Yaradua and then ask him too.......

Do you know how long it takes to generate 1k mw of power?....not to talk of 10k.......and you want it now?....

Anyway, various IPPs are being built around the country, i heard power has stabilized in some areas of umuahia due to the supply by the IPP in aba, here in abuja, light is fairly stable......up to 18hrs a day when i lived in area 1 and a little less here in gwarimpa estate...dont quote me if you live in the bush where power transmission is yet to reach or is rationed...anyway it will get to you soon, and stop the i dont support any side sh1t, infact stuff it deep into your ars-3, we both know.......

Ask olotes like you to stop vandalizing stuff, we will soon get there
Someone asked a polite question and you're here ranting... Guess the saying "empty vessels make much noise" is true after all...And please, stop referring us to the failures recorded by past administrations, quit the trend of settling for mediocrity...

Politics › Re: Benue State Workers To Begin Strike Over Salary Deduction. by patrickmuf(m): 8:15am On Jul 30, 2014
omenka: Shut your trap. What do you know?? Are you even employed?? What do the politicians themselves do to justify their gargantuan salaries??

From what I gather, not a single developmental project has been embarked upon in the last three years! All the governor has succeeded in doing in his second term is to build the biggest hotel, Metropolitan Hotel, in Makurdi and a new Government house, then keep flowers in flower vases on road deviders while breaking and remaking road deviders over and over again! The contract to do so running into billions!!!!!!

Internally, the state generates over 1.8billion monthly. What has the governor been doing with all that funds, in addition to the fed allocations, that he had to slash poor workers' salaries to pay teachers?? Talk about robbing Peter to pay Paul! How about slashing his security votes to pay the workershuh Some of those workers were even said to have had as much as 35% slashed!! angry I dare Idu-mud-house to come dispute any of these!!

Isn't this pure robbery in daylight?? Yet those idiots would come here talking about Ekiti and Osun states workers' welfare when they are yet to remove the logs in PDP's eyes!

And where is that fat headed Idumuose to defend his useless governor?? Perhaps Buhari plotted the stealing of those monies too.

Oloshi jatjati! angry
Funny thing is the house of assembly sees nothing wrong with his actions but if he defects to the opposition today, the impeachment tool will come Alive...

Wiseoldman: Who are we to judge d dead....

All of you blaming the dead lad do not know all d story so please hush. I remember driving home late in the night with my 4 brothers, and we have a freak accident too. You could only imagine what the people on the street that night were saying about our drinking and club lifestyle, people that dont even know me. They never knew we where all brothers going somewhere important. Nobody cared to blame the female driver who caused the freak accident just because she didnt fit d profile. Thank god we lived to tell the story, only God knows what story people on nairaland would have made up about the five brothers whos car flipped over along Akoka.

RIP bro....
Indeed you're wise...You made a point
