To anyone thinking of doing this here are things you need to know from an unbiased View based on what I've observed for a week old Newbie like myself.
1. There are other Transcription websites that pay higher than QA, make Google your best friend.
2. QA guidelines is rigid for example even if you spelling, sentence structure and Grammer was perfect is you mistakenly mislabel Rep for speaker or vice versa that is automatic 1/5 meaning zero payment if u like spend 15 hours on it.
B)if you put full stop or comma wrongly that's a minus mark.
C)Always capitalize first letter of names or company name e.g Lion Finance not lion finance, CLH Group not clh group not CLH group.
3. Don't assume a 3 minutes call means you will finish under that 3 mins it's impossible because you will have to proof read and re listen again to make corrections.
4. If you can't hear well or you don't like then use release call and pick another.
5. Honestly the pay is not worth the stress believe me it is not as easy as those on hear make it seem like. When I started I will transcribe on a 3 mins call I will start at 12:45 am before I look time it's already 2:30 am because you have to make it perfect by cross checking or else you will score 2/5.
6. There are other ways to make money online not just transcribing. U can get paid to survey a website, I did it for $5 per survey, you can proof read, Copy write, you can ghost write, you can even teach English online but you need a computer, Skype account and fast internet (make the video call no go dey hang) that teaching English is for native English speakers you register on the website and when you're hired. The website is like a school and you will be given a syllabus to teach them with, you can earn an average of $1,150 depending on the hours you work. I am currently on a project as a copy writer , they hired me via freelancer.com , if you can speak another language besides English it's even more fantastic.
7. The Pay is not just worth it when you include costs (data, light or like me fuel cus light no reliable for my area.) I buy data like who wan die and spent at least 8-10 hours daily , what is 10 hours I no even add the midnight sub wey I dey use do am again till five. I got a lot of 1 and 2s sometimes I would edit calls for 4-5 hours and score 3 and less but it was all learning process and I was able to later score 4 and 3s , I have not scored a 5 yet. All I was able to make in my first week was $9.77 which is about 3,000, if I commot sub money and fuel my brother I still run loss.
8. You can do it but let it not be your primary source of living until at least you are scoring 4s and 5s shere shere.
9. Try TranscribeMe but the exam is difficult but I aced the objective and recording 1, now e remain two and three.
10. Transcribeme will pay you according to your proffessional level meaning you start as a beginner and can earn a maximum that maximum of $1,200-$1,300. The next level will earn I think $1,900 and the final level earns as high as $3,400, You must write and pass exams to move to the next level cus that is the only way to get a promotion.
11. To transcribe you must understand accents , if you cannot and want to quickly remedy this then go and buy american season films lots of them and binge watch it, try to hear what they see and how they pronounce it don't read the subtitle olodo. Watch American or british talk shows listen and try to decipher what they say, try to talk like them every once in a while, it's not difficult or special it's just practice. Transcribeme is good for me cus they will only give me work in American accent cus that's what I choose..

I might be missing more but anyone with suggestions can add or criticize constructively.

Lastly almost forgot , you can install grammarly it will assist in pointing out those minor errors you might overlook.

I have a cousin sister that’s suffering from leg problem for the past 3 years. I don’t know if this athritis because I have researched online and what she’s passing through is pointing to athritis but I still can’t figure it out because it’s worse than what I’m seeing. (She’s from ogoni)

A brief summary of her: she’s currently 23 years old and this sickness started when she was 20. I wasn’t aware all this while but from what she told me, before this problem started she stepped on something and felt a very sharp pain and hotness in her right foot. That moment she couldn’t walk until they called a traditionalist that massaged it and gave her herbs too before she was fine. He later said it was poison she matched.

Not until midnight again she started having serious pains and General body hotness. They tried the man’s number again but he wasn’t picking up and immediately they rushed her to church. After some prayers it reduced a bit but wasn’t over yet. They called back the man again in the morning but he got angry why they took her to somewhere else so he neever came. So they brought another man that worked on the leg for a while and she was better

After a year, the leg problem started again. And this time it got worse. She can’t open her legs. (Thighs) Anytime she trieds to do it the pains is always unbearable. And also have severe pains in both knees. She can’t walk properly without pains. ( she bends while walking like someone with some kind of deformity? As a matter of fact if she tries walking the knee is giving a loud sound like they are using hammer to hit it. This has been going on for the past 3 years and considering how young she is I feel really terrible about it.

I got a man that’s good in massaging to massage her. I had so much confidence in him because when my mom broke her leg he was the one that fixed it. He assured me she would walk after he works on her. he believes it’s because it’s been threee years that’s why the knees are cracking and also why she couldn’t widen her legs. According to him the nerves are stiff. He massaged her for a month and some weeks. The the massage helped in controlling the pains a bit but she still can’t live without drugs. The knees are still cracking, still couldn’t open the legs wide apart. The man is even tired now and now believing it’s not ordinary.

Currently, I’m planning on her going native way(spiritual way) for them to find out if it’s something or someone behind this because a lot of money has been wasted regarding this with no solution

Jewingle I feel it's a nerve damage problem possibly when she stepped on the object it might have damaged a sensory nerve, nerves send message to the brain that Is why there is no swelling in her leg and explains the burning pain, Massage will provide temporary relief. nothing is physically wrong with the body(thighs etc) but the damaged nerve is sending a false message to the brain and the brains responds with the pain she is feeling but there is no stimuli , the loud sound her knee is making is actually normal it will make a popping sound all joints make popping sound some louder than the other expecially you're not moving it everytime(Try cracking your knuckles that thing we do to impress kids kpra kpra sound). Unfortunately once a nerve is doing skor skor it cannot be repaired but instead the surgeons will kill it off so she won't feel unnecessary pain.

Ignorance is the problem here does your cousin know that she has Dominion over every principality and power even over any kind of medical condition (be it medical or spiritual) I can say that she should listen to Oyedepo sermons and regurgitate her spirit, his teaching will lead her to self discovery and help her know who and what she truly is! Peter was bitten by a deadly snake hidden in a wood he picked up and what happened he shaked it off like a fly! I download the latest IOS folder (about 3gb size) keep for my tablet so if I don get PC I go just update am myself via iTunes. I did it last year with iPhone 5 not 5s but that one nah iPhone disabled my baby� press wrong password until the iPhone disable. But I don't know Sha any ideas?
