Even when a supposed leader of the presidency was there, the senate has never been focused. The greatest undoing of this presidency was to hands-off from election in the senate house. Buhari wanted to be more democratic than George Washington when he said he wouldn't interfer with their election. Now the result of the elections are hunting this presidency till date.
