The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that candidates who applied for recruitment into its various paramilitary agencies can begin checking their application status from Thursday, October 30, 2025.

This was made known in an official statement signed by the Board’s Secretary, Maj. Gen. A. M. Jibril (Rtd.), on Wednesday. According to the statement, applicants for the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) are to visit the Board’s recruitment portal at https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng

The statement reads in part:

“Candidates are to log in to the portal from Thursday, October 30, 2025, to confirm if they have been shortlisted for the next phase of the recruitment process and to obtain details of their Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres.”

It further advised shortlisted candidates to take note of their specific venues, dates, and times for the CBT, as indicated on the portal.

The Board also cautioned applicants against engaging with fraudulent websites or individuals claiming to influence the process, emphasizing that all legitimate information will only be released through the official CDCFIB portal.

“Applicants are strongly advised to rely solely on the official recruitment website to avoid falling victim to scammers,” the statement added.

I am not a fan of any politician but I dont like it when people misinterprete words for lack of adequate analysis.

:so that members of the party, will feel they are involved in decision making.
Perhaps some people thought they are not included in the decision making, hence the committee set up and the upcoming convention, so nobody will feel their opinion is not valued by the party.

Now why are people feeling excluded, why do they need a persuasion team(the committee) and an elaborate event (the convention) to feel included? They most have felt somebody 'working in group or alone' is pulling all the strings and making all the decisions, at their expense.

Hence: nobody is just sitting here in lagos and asking them what to do.
Definitely somebody thought they were being ask, by somebody sitting in lagos.

In other word the whole speech to me is a persuasion and reassurance to some publicly unidentified aggrieved party members.

In my opinion its a validation of influence not a discrediting of one. Cause it requires tremendous influence to make people powerful enough to have the hears of the president feel helpless and excluded from decision making.

I don't know how their pay is for graduate operations Technician. I got a mail and text msg last night for interview on tomorrow in IMO sate. I am currently working and my pay is in 6 digit. I am on night shift today till Thursday. I have mailed them to know if they can allow zoom interview due to where I am now.

Elders in the house pls what is their pay lemme known if I can risk my current job for it.

Regarding the image uplaod.... your documents should not more than 120KB but then u must not go below 109KB - 115KB.... anything too lower won't be accepted.

And about CV uploading - The system want you to upload Microsoft Word DOC or PDF

Abeg how can i get the identity if the owner of a particular phone number.

I'm chatting with one f.oolish scammer. He revealed himself as Senator Bukola Saraki. He asked if I needed a job with the Nigerian customs. I answered yes.

Then he told me to contact one Alhaji. He gave the phone number.


I'll like to get the true identity if the owner of the number so i can take appropriate legal measures.
