This should also include all those siblings that feel that because they are older they can abuse the younger ones.

Olubayo, a tribal name in kenya.. Haba bros every tribe has its own name and we know the tribes that bears those names you mentioned

Check out Dr. Readen Olubayo of Egerton University, Kenya. He has no link to Nigeria as he did tell a Nigerian Professor who thought he was from his tribe in Nigeria.

Why not just organise seminars not form an association

There is nothing bad in having an association of minds who are engaged in the same endeavour. They tend to achieve more if their intentions are noble.

A name sounding Nigerian necessarily do not mean the bearer is Nigerian. Okoro, Olubayo, Opara, Amadi, Mbaka, Ngige etc these are tribal names in Kenya.
