mfm04622: Most Nigerians are not willing to undergo necessary training to qualify as a cook. Those Beninoise have the certificate and EXPERIENCE needed to work as cooks. It is the same situation in the construction industry where we prefer foreign masons, tillers, POP installers, etc. How many formal school teaches welding? I recall some years ago while working in Awka Anambra State, our tilling project which was huge was handled by some Togolese who were in their early 20's while the young men of the community were idling away arguing over English premiership teams. |

You are over 30 and should be in the frame of mind of starting your own family and that can not be done living with your parents. You are already earning a stable income, you need to be on your own.
For Kenyans, when a 19 year old is earning about N35K monthly na to pack out of parents house remain. |

mfm04622: It didn't. So we have two options. Either we scrap unity schools or tweak it to work. One way to do that is to ensure nobody is admitted into a school that is in his or her region of origin or where he or she lives. The North is not gaining ANYTHING by being labelled "educationally disadvantaged". Go to schools in the North and Igbo and Yoruba students are as many if not more than Northerners. And Northerners don't school in the South. In addition, being from educationally disadvantage state do not lower criteria required to get in civil service. So what advantage are they getting? Lest I forget, I sent you a mail almost 2 weeks ago but never got a reply. |

But come to think of it, when has local government area administrators become so autonomous that their State Governments don't have an idea of what they are up to? |
