SeverusSnape: Operation crush all dissenting voice.
Good job dullardeen. The Appeal court delivering judgement on someone defaulting on a legally binding agreement since 2009 means operation crush all dissenting voice. If you have a property just make sure tenants defaulting on their rents are not shown the way out even through the court because if you do, you sure know what you are! |

Someone who took up a lease way back in 2009 and had some outstanding payment, then in 2011 the owners wrote him to quit their property which he refused and decided to take him to court, the appeal court finally ruled in 2016 and some say it is witch hunt! I only wish those crying victimization should be bold enough to owe their landlords so they can have the opportunity to accuse Buhari when their landlords throw them out! |

BlackPeni5: PDP deserves what is happening to them right now. At least they'll learn and come out better from this ugly incidence. APC has failed woefully and has continued to fail on a daily basis in the minds of ordinary Nigerians. The only way to keep power is to ensure PDP is decimated. PDP is decimating itself, did another party impose Ali Modu Sheriff on them? |

Justcash: Yes, I agree. BMB definitely needs to repay his debts. That is certain. All I am saying is that considering current negative economic dynamics, AMCON should have taken a more strategic approach to ensure that the benefits of Silverbird investments are retained for the masses, while the investor is made to pay his debt. That is actually not rocket science. They closed the businesses and are just politicizing everything as if they are hurting BMB. Do you know how many dreams died with those investments? The process started way back 2011....this is 2016. Servicing the loan would have saved the situation, if AMCON had not bought off the loan from Union bank and it collapsed, do you know how many dreams that would have died with the collapse? He should negotiate and get back his business, it is not as if AMCON has already sold them to someone else. Sometimes people need to be jolted to do the right thing. |

AMCON bought off the bank debt with our collective wealth, even some who can only afford to buy half litre of kerosene to cook are screaming witch-hunt. BMB should negotiate an agreement on repaying the debt and take back his business. Must the masses continue to subsidize the business indiscretion of the rich? |
