Nna men, see as our jasper don waka reach the top. |
Let one of the beneficiaries come and share his/her experience with us. |
jasper7:Now happy that our younger ones are also seeing the beauty beyond the work in Agriculture. |
Agathabishen:Hian! na work you want give me so! Okay l will do that in the next few hours if sleep no carry me go! |
Na punishment go follow! |
FarmTech:l didn't take pictures as l was given a short video which captured all l needed to know. l will take snapshots from it.
|
l agree with onila. |
Most do not really let go. |
Here in Nairobi, u don't owe your neighbour a hello & they see nothing wrong in that. you can live on the same floor with someone for 3 years & still haven't exchanged greetings. Even the kids don't greet & l feel like giving them knocks on the head! |
Sighs.... |
l can eat it. |
No make me laugh o! |
Why should the peanut butter be chemicalized? Well the brand l take here in Nairobi is just made of roasted peanut and salt, which l am very comfortable with. At times l blend a finger of banana with roasted peanut to serve as my bread spread..yummy! |
Did visit the biogas centre, it was wow! My mind just flew to tonnes of vegetable waste @ d Mile 12 market, Lagos as those waste are electricity & organic fertilizer untapped! Also visited a Maasailand abattoir where biogas powers a 35KVA generator. |
hmm..l loved violated. |
May the Lord be Praised! |
tabontabon:l will surely drop all necessary information here. |
@jeffmyson, l suggest that as you are buying that much, you should look towards china and also shipping down to lagos via ocean freight as it would get to lagos within 2 months of leaving china. this would save you hundreds of thousand of naira. |
oluks05:You are welcome. |
oluks05:l know hortinews very well because l subscribe to their magazine. l will drop by their office before next week runs out as it in the Nairobi CBD and get detailed information regarding admission and fees for you. |
jeffmyson:900kg is huge! First and foremost, l will want to believe that there is no plant in whatever you want sent down to you because if there is, you will have to obtain a permit from KEPHIS (Kenya Plant health Inspectorate Service). Sending stuff to Lagos from Nairobi has always been an issue for Nigerians here but bringing in things from Lagos to Nairobi is very easy and costs on N770/kg (freight and custom clearance). Freighting will be cheaper via Rwanda Air, Send me a mail, highlighting the nature of the materials you want air freighted so l can use it to make a detailed enquiry from Rwanda Air on Monday. |
Hian! some whey never enter plane before go follow dey tweet ranting over his arrival time....twitter don suffer! |
lt is more of an igbo food and still cultivated the traditional way. some of the ones we are eating now were not purposely planted as they sprouted on their own. l recall there is nursery in Nsukka, I will try and get the contact. |
Memories..to all our loved ones who have gone before us, continue to rest in peace. |
oluks05:l will check it out. |
Do they really need it when they have a phone? CBN should come over to Kenya & understudy how Mpesa & Airtel money are running things here. All my money is in my Airtelkenya simcard which l can withdraw wit my Airtel Visa card when am in Nigeria! |
Shaking my head.. |
Though not a moslem but am learning something from the write-up. |
@oluks05, agriculture-wise, kenya is ahead of us. Post their website, will check it out later. l am very certain foreigners are accepted there. l believe it is a short course he wants 2 do there, getting admission will b an easy thing, no visa stress. |
People really need to work with knowledge to achieve more thus the need for training. Nigerians here who l have inspired into agriculture are making out time to learn cultivating crops that would see them living comfortable when they relocate back. |
lt is painful seeing Nigerians going thru stress just to withdraw their legitimate earnings. lt was when l arrived Nairobi that l opened my paypal acct with no stress. l receive payments thru it & exchange it to the shilling over the phone, no story! |
PassingShot:l can imagine. Their role is to play the spoiler. |
